it does take AGES to translate... it takes like nearly 30 mins for a 10 min segment lol! but man the pain is worth it! i also thought i learnt MORE during my translating =D because i had to pay MUCH more attention to everything =D hehe, it was fun!! i am so busy i can't even translate atm .... soo sad!!!

I just finished this series... and wow! I usually don't watch anicent series because of the language... I have trouble understanding what's going on. But I watched this because I'm a huge Ariel fan

I loved it! Hu Ge and Ariel have really good chemistry together!! (Almost as much as Mike and Ariel in Love Contract hehehe)

The storyline was great! It was funny and touching at the same time. Also, there were many stories to follow. The last episodes where it was all about Di Gua and Xiao Qi were so sad... you can feel their love for each other but couldn't be together at the same time.

One of my favorite scenes was when Di Gua was holding his son and lighting the lanterns and he's saying "I'm glad you're here because now I don't feel lonely anymore. You can keep my company when I light these lanterns for your mom, that way she will always be able to find her way home"

And! TAE's character was so funny! hahaha

uh lucky. i wish i understand chinese. I want to understand what going on. I like the series. IT really good, everybody do good job on it. Love these three people Tae, Ariel Huge, They made the series good. I wish they do the sequel. In modern and everybody in ancient could be in here. It will be good.

I finished this series weeks ago and the ending was kind of sad, but at least it isn't as sad as Xian Jian. I liked this series more than Xian Jian overall...

I was reading some stuff about TWFX and wanted to share with you guys what the other stars said about Hu Ge and their feelings about filming the show.

First, Hu Ge just mentioned how he learned a lot from filming TWFX. He learned from ARiel, this other person(whom I forgot the name of) and Xie Jun Hao(the one that plays Kong Fu Zi). He mentioned about how Xie Jun Hao helped him during Xian Jian as well....

Bobby talked about how he and Tae became good friends. He taught Tae some Taiwanese and he tried to use it to talk to the director... That is so funny...He mentioned how Hu Ge is taller than him and how he is the one that suffered the most hardships since he is the lead. BUt Bobby never saw Hu Ge get mad or complain that he is tired(at least from what he saw, hee...). He said that it was really cold since he is from Taiwan and this was his first time filming in CHina, therefore, he wasn't used to the weather. It seemed like he was closer to Tae than Hu Ge.BObby said that he had to talk to Tae in English at times too. Bobby majors in English so he can probably speak it decently well. Bobby also mentioned that when he first saw Han Xue, he said "wow, so beautiful... and was happy that he will be working with her. The producers are really treating him well.. hee.."

Tae also mentioned about the cold weather since he is from Thailand. He also mentioned about Hu Ge being too tall... Hee... He said that Hu Ge is a mainland idol, Bobby is a Taiwan idol while he is a Thai idol. He didn't know that Hu ge is sooo popular in CHina. There was one time when they were filming an outdoor scene and Tae was not sure that Hu Ge was so popular in CHina until he saw all of these female fans waiting for him.... THey also all called Hu Ge(Ge as in Da ge/big brother instead of his name as in "chang ge"). It was like he had all of these younger brothers and sisters... They all called Tae "Die"(daddy) so it seemed like he had a lot of children... so funny... I am glad that he mentioned how they are all good friends in the series and in real life. He filmed for 3 months and said that they went by quickly. THey all had great feelings for each other when they had to separate after the filming was over, but Tae believes that they will always and forever be good friends.. How sweet!! I was so happy to read this.... Tae also mentioned that Hu Ge is really kind hearted too. That is also good to hear!!

I also read about Hu Ge talking about how hard it was for them to cry during certain scenes, so they had to take some time off in order to make themselves cry for some scenes...
