Finally got a copy of this drama! but unfortunately it doesn't have english sub... I've looked every store in "china town" (Binondo) but they really don't have english for this drama.... I was kinda hoping it would have because my copy of "it started with a kiss" has one.... man, i really thought that if it's a dvd it would automatically have english sub! But unfortunately i was wrong... but it's okay at i can still watch TWFX anytime i want! but it would really be good if it has english because i can't understand mandarin....

I finally finished this series and loved it overall. SO touching.... But I am so sad that they cannot all be together. Another thing that i noticed most people don't mention is the friendship between Bobby, Tae and Hu Ge. Their friendship really touched me... Bobby even sacrificed 50 years of his life so that they can know how to get to Tian Ding. He even died during one of the battles so Hu Ge can save Ariel...I guess most people are overshadowed by the love story and forget about the friendship aspects.

Thats not very true ... well on my part.
When i watched the series, the frendship between them 3 at the start i wasnt quite into it ... but after HaoQi became distant from them, and DiGua and YuanBao always backing up HaoQi and helping him. Thats when i start "watching" and keeping note of the frendship of them 3. Especially when HaoQi had the fight with YuanBao and HaoQi, i thought that scene was more depressing than any scenes with HaoQi and ... say that DouFu girl ...

In the end when HaoQi came to help them, and said "(forgot town name) 3 swordsman, how can i be missing)" i was actually shouting yes !! lol
When DiGua begging for the way to heaven, and the Earth God decided to leave only to meet HaoQi and YuanBao begging outside too ... i was seriously touched by that, and thats when i asked my bro whos watching too ... if i have friends like them, ill never ever have a fight at all with them ...

HaoQi dying later was also heartwrenching, DiGua fighting for his love, YuanBao crying his hearts out, HaoQi seeing all the ppl thats dead, XueHai and what not ... its very depressing ...

But in the end, i still thought, through wind and fire or storm or whatever, the 3 (town name) swordsman is still together in the end ... and that im glad

Definitely, at first i thought that hao qi was ok, and then with the wue hai stuff, it made me kinda dislike him for awhile becuase he was killing all those people for his own benefit, but then when i watched him later on, i liked him again becuase he was willing to give up so much for a friend. It was sad when xue hai and hao qi died.

Oh yeah I noticed their friendship too! I always find it so touching when friends are willing to risk everything for friends. I agree with yanyan, the part in the middle kind of made of disappointed in him. I still liked him, but I was just disappointed. At first I wanted him to be with Xue Hai but then after a while I started rooting for Cai Jin again because for some reason, I'm just against the whole loving a girl and then falling in love with another girl idea. Then of course I liked him again in the end. Sort of disappointed that he didn't end up with Cai Jin though and plus he died!!!

i liked their friendship... it is like no matter what happens in da middle... u will still be friends at the end =D

it was sad what happened to hao qi.. but still... it was his 'life' as well... but it was really sad when he died and sai jing was left alone with the baby... just like hu ge was left alone with the baby.... *sniff*

It just talks about what the other casts think of each other. The clip was cutted that's why it only show the parts what other thinks of Ariel. Tae really talks alot ..haha..but it's a good thing. I love all their comments!! Basically all of them think 'Ariel is very cute and a good person!!'

oh , i thought it was Ariel's b-day or sth special ! anyway , lol wish 3 of them all loved Ariel in real life haha

I was disappointed in Bobby's character too..

but my interpretation of the show was that he loved cai jin all along..but because of fate he got stuck with xue hai and after a while grew to like her and care for her

that's just the way i saw it...pissed me off his character liked someone else in the middle too..but at the end when the 3 were takling, him, xue hai, and cao qin when they were running away..made me think that he only liked cao qin

but maybe i'm just projecting the ending i want =)

just started on TWFX this series. ariel's so cute as xiao qi! watched till epi 12 (out of 23 epi. the dvd vers) and it's downright depressing!!

When I first read this, I was though you meant it's a Hu Ge file, then I was like, now wait you meant a huge (as in big) file!! hahaha never mind corny I know.

I am currently watching this drama. I had to admit that Ariel in ISWAK didn't please me as much as it did in TWFX. I don't know, but I thought there is much more than just romantic relationship within the characters. There is also friendship as many people had mentioned. The fact that they are willing to sacrifice themselves for other really touched me. Too bad, I already know the ending before finishing the whole drama, but I know I will still enjoy it.

There definitely are many depressing scenes, but also many happy scenes. Especially those with xiao qi and di gua. they are soooo cute together.

Sweetz, the new banner im doing, unfortunately i can't use the bed scene as my animated gif of the banner, the scene is way too long .. about 22 sec (800 frames with virtual dub). In order to put it in, i chopped off alot of frames(got it down to just 120 frames !!) it works but the quality is so crap you cant even see the faces except for a cleary visible man and woman moving their arms wildly lol

there are translators (thatz what i do)
then there are timers..and then we all WORK together to put a SUBBED series together..

must tell you it takes a LONG time to translate something..haha harder than i thought..
but itz fun after a while =)

esp when you get to rewatch SUCH a CUTE series =)
