Some of the scenes in Kung Fu Soccer starring Dicky Cheung made me cry. Did it make anyone else tear up? And in Duke of Mount Deer 2000, I cried in some scenes too. Actually, most of Dicky's movies are possible to make tears come out. I think he's an excellent actor.

There are indeed some sad parts in his series, especially in proud of twins, but his acting wasn't very good his crying was so unnatural, but I like him in the funny parts.

I found Kung Fu Soccer to be so uninteresting. It was so uneven.

But why is this in the HK movie section? It's not a movie but a television serie.

i dont think this movie was very good. almost everything was so fake. it didnt cause me much emotion at all. to me, this movie was poorly done. i wouldnt watch this again. but i did like that song by dicky.

exactly tat he is a good actor.... he speaks fast, good-looking, always funny in his drama....he is quite cute in kung fu soccer, and quite 'tian yan mi yu' in mount if duke.... haha

Kung Fu soccer is not a movie..... but still it is a good tv-serie... but his final movie using in soccer was a bit too crap....

I would say that Kung Fu soccer was badly edited
Some parts didn't make sens, or needed more explanation
They sometimes skipped important details that should have been included

yeh i think dicky is a great actor and the film was not too bad i thought

His movies sometimes can be touchy, but i'm starting to get kinda tired of his try to be funny kinda acting, too much sometimes may not be good.

Yeah, I think Dicky Cheung is trying too hard to act funny, even though I don't think he is funny at all. I've never bothered to finish watching any of his series, I just get bored to death

kung fu soccer doesn't make me cry but it make me sad when dicky sister die in the series and the group split up. I cry a little in duke of mount deer when the princess died at the end.

this movie to me it was really funny, and i liked it alot, specially bc it has stphen chow on it, man i love his movies, they r always so funny.

I can't say i hate dicky, matter of fact i actually like his acting. the show was pretty good, but dicky has been playing same roles over and over again and it's kind of getting old. overall this show was pretty entertaing but kinda hope that dicky play roles other than the ones he has been playing for the last few years. i don't know if anyone agrees or not. pretty good actor but plays to much of the same roles..

I never liked Dicky from the begin till now. Only in Journey to the West he has great performance. I remember he won the 1st price in the San Sau song contest, he was telling the media that he was a cousin from Leslie, that was just a trick to get attention.
He is sort of copycat from Stephen Chow, and finally he has made it due to his success in JTTW. But seriously, just like Ng Kai Wah, getting famous at later age is ok, but pls don't accept those roles which are too young. Especially for him, cos his roles are funny roles. Watching a old man to make funny movies..

i got bored of it pretty quick, because of when he always seem to babble on about soccer, i'm personally not a soccer fan, but even if its something i like he would babble, i would still say its bad, because u dont need all that babbling, which is what got me to stop watching it.

This is not a good show at all. Very boring. The show been stretch way too long. It more like a way to showcase all the guest actor and actresses. Even Wong Chau Sang agree the show sucks.

I watched about 2-3 episodes, but after that I couldn't make myself keep watching... it was so boring

i don't like it at all. although the football tricks are quite interesting, but it lacks real storyline. at times, just aimless tv series of nothing but famous actors/actresses

I liked Dicky Cheungs movie for a while (for years? lol). But his jokes are always the same and not funny anymore. It is a pity

Even though i like Dicky's series, but Kung FU soccer really disapointed me cause it wasn't as good as i thought, it wasn't funny and lots of boring scenes that makes me dont want to watch it anymore

dicky cheung's acting is not bad....journey to the west is shure very nice....i'm catching up kungfu soccer now...not bad lar...quite farnee also...but the casts a bit weird...but good thing got stars like joey...hahax

I met him in person a few times already. Not bad...he has a good sense of humor and his acting is great. When he cries in his series, he told me that the tears come out naturally. I like most of his series.

I love this movie!! It was so cute and funny! I almost cried when Joey ran away from her wedding!! It was so sad! ='[ But there were funny parts too. =]

I was watching it in mardarin it was really bad in my opinion. I did hear some of my friends say it was alright though. Most dicky series are humuours though so the dramatic thing was very odd.

Too long and draggy. Not really funny. Certain characters were annoying. And ppl kept on dying.

This series was only enjoyable at certain parts, like the suspense during the football matches. Other than that, the jokes were pretty lame. Only a handful of the jokes were actually funny

this drama is ok but it had a lot of famous ppl in it. sometime i watch it but its boring to me.

This series is so-so , but I like Dicky's acting...
I think he is the one only acting, the rest just joining in or as background...
And he is really good cryers, when he cry he made people sad too.. (the scene he hug the old lady and cry)

He's a good actor...but his dramas are so unreasonable...Sigh...

So far only 2 TVB series that made me CRY and that is

- Return of the COndor heros 95 with Luois and Carmen

- Life Begins at 40 - omg Kelly and Rays relationship made me cry so so much, it remind of the past

other then those 2 i havnt drop a single tears watching any series.......it might be sad but the only thing that can make me cry is through relationship problem and not life problems

I think Dicky's TV series is just boring. Bad producer, bad director, bad lines,....everything is just not good...except for actors.....overall....bad.

yeah i know he can reallymake you feel so much for him because his characters are alwaysso good and his protrayal si so amaing some ppl think that his characters are all simiilr yes he has his own style which makes us love him so mich but he portrays each and everyone of them very differetnly!!!! totally love him

o my gosh i reamember this - yeah it was really sad ! I really liked it though- it was sweet in some parts

Kung fu soccer is really neat....you can never get tired of watching this drama...when thinking about kung fu soccer it reminds me of the movie with stephen chow...he is also one of my favorite actors

i thought the ending was terrible, and so was a lot of the acting in the series. it was pretty entertaining, but the lead actress made me mad! the selfishness and materialism ticked me off.

Kung Fu soccor sucks! Copy version of the movie mixed with the anime Captain Tzubasu...too many big stars with close to nothing screen time..

When i see the cast I am excited but when i watch the drama.. it is a dissapointment...... it is not nice at least for me... and I dont really like Dicky drama.... i think a lot of them are not worth 2 watch cos most of them are full of nonsense ..... I only like his Duke of Mount deer ( I mean those drama that he direct after he left TVB)

I liked Kung Fu Soccer. Some of the scenes were hilarious!! Some scenes were sad.

dicky cheung is so funny and cool in this serie.. i like this serie so much!

I don't like dicky, his characters are all the same but in different situations and storylines. It gets uninteresting after a while.
