I don`t remember if i saw that series before.. But I did see Claire in The White Flame and Angels Of Mission 3D. Somehow, I think that TWF should make a number 2 x]

I was watching Dreams of Colors and I saw Claire in it, I was a bit surprised, but she played as CoCo, and she has a VERY BAD attitude..

Claire Yiu was met with a barrage of tricks from Alex Fong whilst filming in Thailand for "Split Second" earlier. As well as being dubbed the 'Hong Kong Ha Ri-su' (Korean sexy star), she also had her swimsuit stolen in public. Yesterday, Alex and Claire, together with other cast members such as Yoyo Mung, Kevin Cheng and Patrick Tam were shooting some promotional posters in TVB City and Yoyo and Claire decided to seek their revenge on Alex as they landed him with punches and kicks that brought him to the ground. Yoyo branded him as 'lowly' and added: "Alex Fong went into my room one night and pulled out my underwear from my drawer to inspect it. He even wore my T-back and walked around in it, stretching it to the next size up!"

Through this, Alex kept a straight face and replied cheekily: "They were the only girls in our crew group, so of course we had to give them special treatment. Claire looks like Ha Ri-su with long hair, so we put a sign up outside her room in the hotel saying $280 for 40 minutes to get her some business."

Claire seemed a little upset about her embarrasing event being revealed, but Alex got more and more excited as he continued: "One day she was sunbathing at the pool and she laughed at me for having mosquito bites on my back so I undid the straps to her swimsuit." Claire says immediately: "Everyone was looking on and not helping me, so I told them to look up at a UFO and quickly tied my swimsuit back up." To this, Patrick said: "Claire is my private mistress (screen girlfriend) so of course she is good fun! But Alex is a senile delinquent, so he is very immature."

Reporters later called Claire's boyfriend Thomas Lam to tell him what had happened and he said: "I know about this, Claire told me about it like a joke and I don't think there is a problem, they only do this because they know each other well. (Alex undid her swimsuit strap?) They know their limits, there are rules and anyway I have known Alex for many years and I trust his character."

TVB's anniversary awards ceremony is approaching and although she has been nominated for a number of awards, Claire Yiu does not hold out much confidence of winning, but she says that if she has to cast a vote, she would still vote for herself!

Claire was modelling some outfits for a wedding gown show yesterday, but as her dress was rather loose, her strap fell down during the show. However, she kept her cool and managed to get away with it. Claire has been nominated for her performances in "Angels of Mission", "Split Second" and "Life begins at Forty" for the 'My Favourite TV Character' award and also for 'Most Improved Female Artiste'. She says modestly: "I don't stand a chance of winning an award, but it is still an encouragement for me."

When asked about when she will be getting married to her boyfriend of five year's Thomas Lam, she says that they are still just at the dating stage. Talking of her perfect partner, she says that they have to be comfortable together and he has to be able to make her happy. Looks are not important really. She laughs: "My Chinese zodiac sign will have a lot of romance next year, so maybe I will hold out and see if I have a lot of suitors next year. I haven't been pursued in a long time. (Will that not make your boyfriend rather insecure?) Well then it's time for him to improve his act then!"

I don't think she can act and I wonder why tvb will find her for her role in split second. She gives me the impression that she cares for her look alot like her character in the White Flame with Charmaine and she will put a lot of make up to make her look pretty.

Her character Ah Wing is kick ass. I really like the character she gets (SS, LBA40, TCTU), and I really feel she or June deserved the Most Improvement award the most. I'm liking her more and more and hope to see her in more series

Claire Yiu lives in Sai Kung with her mother and on Saturday night, her home was broken into and three phones and $1000 in cash was stolen. Fifteen hours after reporting the crime, the police indicated that they had arrested a 16-year old illegal immigrant suspect connected with the crime. Claire was asked to identify the stolen phones at the police station yesterday and when the items were recognised as the stolen phones, the police charged the suspect with the offences.

Claire retold the incident, saying that at around 3am, her mother was awoken by the barking of their nine dogs and felt something was wrong, so she went into the study to check and saw that the place had been ransacked. Realising that they had been broken into, they called the police, who arrived to lift some fingerprints and take a statement. As the amout lost was not very great, Claire and her mother were both very relieved.

On the same day, police officers in Kowloon stopped a suspicious man and arrested an illegal immigrant, who had three mobile phones, all without SIM cards. When they saw that on one of the phones, there were some photographs of Claire stored in it, they contacted her about the find.

Due to the rising number of burglaries in the Sai Kung area, the police are taking the matter very seriously and Claire found out from the police that there are organised burglary rings in the area and they once arrested a man who had information about all the movements of residents in the low-density housing areas. When Claire's boyfriend Thomas Lam heard about this, he was very anxious and instructed Claire to cover up even at home to avoid people spying on her and people committing crimes.

Claire always thought that her nine dogs would deter people from breaking into her home, but after this lesson, she will not be careless any more and has decided to put in some security measures. She hopes that the 16 year old will change for the better.

Animated movie "The Arctic Express" premiered in Hong Kong on Saturday evening and guests at the event included Claire Yiu and her boyfriend Thomas Lam, Theresa Carpio, Crystal Kwok, Isabella Kau, Remus Choi, Agnes Cheung and Chan Wai Yi.

Claire does not have any new series to film just yet and she thinks that her next job will begin after the new year, so she is taking the prime opportunity over the Christmas holiday to go and make extra money through modelling jobs and a stage performance with Thomas in Foshan. She also laughs that her ambition since she was very young was to become a model and when asked about reports suggesting that the traditional 'second job' (prostitution) of artistes now spreading into the model world, Claire says she has many friends who are models, but reserved comment on the subject: "I don't think they are all like that. I don't know who the report is about and I have not heard about 'second jobs'. Most of my model friends are very well off anyway and they all married rich husbands, so she would also like to marry a rich man!"

Claire Yiu Ka Nei earlier worked on a trimming company ad capaign. Ka Ka did not notify boyfirend Lam Cho Fai, who made a surprise appearance and left her off guard. She whined for him to leave her sight. "Don't be here and stress me out."

Mother Yiu also received a sponsorship. She even "supervised" the shoot and became an "image director". "Mommy has accepted the therapy for four days and has already lost a lot. She said that after successfully losing weight she will be in the ad with me."

"After I made a pose, I realized that my muscles were all stiff. The photographer kept saying great, and I kept saying I couldn't because I couldn't move at all."

i love her in the realm of success...her character is really funny and dumb...she's always try to hunt down rich guyz to be her bf...the way she and the other girl fight for michael in that serie is so funny but it's sux that michael and claire didnt end up together..even though i hope they are...

I love claire!! she ssoooooooo coool! i love it wen she appears in shows i dont think she should be a supporting actress i think she deserves a bump up to the next level because i think lots of people think shes pretty and deserves it!

Claire's a pretty and good actress. She doesn't seem to have big roles though. I noticed her in old tvb series. She's a good actress but she plays small roles. She should get promoted more.
