Park Hyo Shin: also known as the Perfect & Unique Voice of Korea. Mostly ballads though.
I'm also a big fan of his. His voice is deep and husky. And also great singing skills. You would never believe this voice belongs to a 23 years old singer.

Well, most of the songs played over in the k-drama series are good such as Stairway to Heaven's Bogoshipda and Full House OST. Even Lovers in Paris main theme is good too. The latest I've heard is Hyori's AnyClub (a nice song too). As for Rain, I found that not all songs are good but that's for me though.
