Just want to clear things up a bit. If you guys are wondering who speaks English WIHTOUT AN ACCENT AND IS FLUENT then these people do not count:

1. Mickey: He only lived in the US for 4 years. If you hear him speak English it is HEAVILY accented.

2. BoA: I've heard her speak English before. It's not fluent, but it is less accented than normal Koreans.

3. Se7en: I remember him speaking English. He must have gotten worse because I saw a recent clip of his and he spoke with a heavy accent.

4. Other girl in MNKISS: She almost makes it, just needs to work on her accent which is almost gone. ALMOST.

I read somewhere that the people from YG Family especially Taebin, Teddy, Jinu and Sean talks in English...

Rain's English is A-OK... he worked on it so it really improved a lot!

The only ones I know are:

- Tim (solo artist; born in the states)
- Micky (DBSG; lived in the states)
- Tablo (Epik High; born in the states)
- Brian (Fly to the Sky; born in the states)
- David Henny (actor; born in the states)

I think Boa and Eric could, too. But I know the five listed above could speak it without a problem at all (most of them who speak English in music or in movies/dramas only memorized a few words).

daniel henny is the best hands down!!!!!! hes also SO GOOD LOOKING!! i def wana see him act in an international show.. would be good to watch for sure.

Uh, it's not Harvard but it's Stanford........it's written there on his profile if you google it............he majored in something to do with english literature....not sure....but i'm sure that he went to Stanford and not Harvard.......

Daniel Henney and Dennis Oh both have issue with Korean...believe English is their first language so they have to be good in it...lot the people mentioned here are people that have studied/lived aboard for quite some time before going into the music/acting industry in Korea.

although micky yoochun used to live in US but he's english is not that good...but of coz he's the most fluent in his group. But kibum's english is definitely good...saw it so many time..he used to teach donghae how to speak english in 1 of their tv show - full house...very very funny

There aren't many korean artists who can speak english that well..i think it's due to the fact the korean language is SO different from the english language. Like U-Know from DBSK has a hard time with any english words that starts with the letter "R". haha. The ones who can speak it with little accent would be the two Korean Americans..Daniel Henney and Dennis Oh. I think Eugene is pretty good too! Micky isn't bad either, but he does have an accent.

Gong Yoo speaks good english too. I've watched him speak really good english in the 1st episode of One fine day.

thanks to watching love letter - i know brain and tim speaks english. what i found surprising was the discovery that ki bum from super junior lived in CA before, so he knows english too.....just don't know how good it is.

Hmm, I've only heard some Korean singers sing in English: BoA, Rain, Se7en...I think BoA has a strong accent but knows a fair amount of vocabulary, while Rain and Se7en seem to use it mostly in their music, but it's not bad when they sing it [even if Rain's memorizing, his pronouciation is quite accurate]. But imo, Tablo has really good english xD

tablo was born and raised in us. he even went to stanford uni (saw that in ysmm) so basically his english is very good!!!

Lim Joong Hee because she was raised in the states. I think she is actually having an American debut, but they haven't released any details on when that is happening. I'm sure each of the big recording companies are also grooming a bunch of american-korean trainees to debut in the states too, you should try checking their sites. I know that YG and JYPE tend to post news about their trainees.

Hi, guys! This is my first time to post a message although I have been constantly reading from this post. Anyway, I considered Eugene as the most fluent in English among Korean entertainers who are famous. Yes, she was raised in Guam and she speaks fluent native language of that country.

Also, Rain speaks better English now as compared before but still needs a lot of learning. Song hye-gyo also speaks english but not fluent. She studied (don't know if she still does) English in the US. Lee Da Hae, too but I don't know if her accents sounds really like American but I believe she went to Australia before to study so I guess she understands and speaks english well. Another one was the lead girl in the drama " Which star are you from?" (can't remember her name). I think she was raised in Australia and her family stays there.

I forgot to mention that Ryu Si-won speaks really good English. I heard him before in an interview.

han chae young's english is perfect! she studied in the states, try searching her video on AZNTV.net there is an interview on her, and she speaks accurate english, maybe even better than me ?? haha

The best english speaking male artist that ive came accross is definately daniel henney and omg he so hot too "perfect built"..but for female io reackon it is the girl that plays the main role in my sassy girl chun hyang...great drama too..^^
