My warmest greetings to all HK shows lover, like myself. All should agree that HK shows really rocks.

Both shows is currently sceened on SCV Channel 55, just want to see which one you guys prefer. "Split Second" at 8 and "To Catch the Uncatchable" at 9. So I watch one after the other. =>

I've watch "Split Second" for 9th episodes now and I love it. It's really cool and unexpecting.

Cons: A little unrealistic. How can so many things happen in just 30 days.

For "To Catch the Uncatchable", it's humourous and bring my mood up for the day.

Cons: Not much suspense.

Yup, want to see how my fellow friends feel about both dramas. List all the pros and cons!

of course TCTU split sceond was the worst serie in 2004 !!!!!! or even ever!!!
ayemei
TCTU was better, it was so funny until the end...but it gave a lot humor...
and split second is not that good... i dunt get the whole point of the show...yes its suspenseful...but just misunderstanding to me sleep.gif
marion_loh_singapore
i would place my vote 4 TCTU, because its so humourous. n oso bcuz dayo n ada acting was gd
lilbluehorse
I like to catch the uncatchable because it is funny. Ada and Dayo are a cute couple. Split second is boring. Most of the scenes involved gangs and cops.
Swimgrl918
well u cant really compare the too, since they have totally different plots and one is a comedy and one is just about police thingys -.-
nakamura
I just managed to watch a few episodes of TCTU, in my opinion, TCTU is better than Split Second (I've already watched Split Second before). Split Second's storyline went downhill as it progressed and its ending was really a bad and frustrating one.
JloveAtvbmie
I prefer To Catch the Uncatchable alot more than Split Seconds bcuz I find SS boring but for tctu, it was quite boring at the beginning but as it progress it becomes very interesting.
TwoFiveBoy
Unlike the othes, I liked split second better. Except for the stupid ending. What a bunch of stupid people. TCTU was funny but nonsense. I did like how the cases were resolved. Just my 2 cents. harhar.gif
nssoso
to catch the uncatchable was so funny !!! but split second was very entertaining! i don't know if one is better than the other because it's not the same kind of serie! each one is great !
quazecotlhoo
Of course to catch the uncatchable is 10(to the power of infinity) times better! Split second was the worst series that TVB had ever made
gocchin56
My vote goes to To Catch The Uncatchable.... I think the actors and actresses in this show are perfect, especially Huang Zi Hua... His acting was superb, I was crying like mad when he was trying to act strong even after knowing that the thing in his brain will cause him to die anytime...

it aint really that hard a choice split second was good but the last 5 episdoes just killed it dayo is just too dam funny everyone gotta watch the great adventurer. if the question was which series had a worst ending then the choice would be more difficult
Soler_4eva
Well i havent seen 'to catch the uncatchable' but from al these comments it seems to b a funny storyline
ive seen split second, n i reckon Sam is really cute! But the ending was, in my opinion, really really bad.
Every guy I like (except the charcter Alex Fong was playing) died, which was sad for me.
But anywho, I'm not sure which one to choose, as I haven't to seen 'to catch the uncatchable' yet.
Yes I know I am very far behin -.-
Oh well
lucky_star
Definately TCTU...There's humour in it as well as action....
Split Second was kinda pointless to me, the ending was rubbish and i didnt even get what the story was all about.
Soler_4eva
Ok, I have just realised that I've seen this before! Lmao
I searched it on my search engine n it came up wiv da front and i do remember this series!
It was v. funny and I loved it.

Well I think I would choose TCTU ova SS eventhough I really do like the guys in SS (So fit). The storyline, and ending of SS was really lame.

It's not really fair to compare, however as much as I like TCTU, I'm impressed with Split Second. TVB could have really screwed up on Split Second (remember Angels of Mission) but they did a realtively good job at making their 24-clone. Twist at the end of every episodes made the show fairly enjoyable to watch. It was over the top in some area but lets face it most TVB serial aren't really on the realistic side. Really the show should have fared better than it did.

I actually think Split Second isnt that bad~~~ it's kinda different from all the other tvb series which made it kinda interesting to watch~~~~~

frankly, it is a little difficult to rate both shows because their of a different type, but in terms of enjoyability, i would say to catch the uncatchable because it's rather funny and lighthearted yet there's some bit of suspense in there and personally i would always look forward to the next episode. split second on the other hand i thought was a little to choppy, the result of trying to squeeze too much 'deeper meaning' stuff and plot/people into 30 days

but as for their endings, and think both were just bad.
cloudychoco
I like to catch the uncatchable was better because i think it was funny. Split Second was kinda boring but i think that movie has a great cast though. Kevin actes so good in that movie!!!
azn_goodies
i think TCTU is better cuz its a funnier series and is much more interesting than split second. i hated alex fong's character in split second and the whole series was boring. i like kevin cheng and patrick tam in it tho
pinkdior
i prefer TCTU more!!! since it has the action and the humour as well!!! split second was too serious!! it was kind of freakie too!! don't reallie like it!
SUSIE-DANG-1988
omg!! how can u compare them two together!! To Catch the Uncatchable was soooo funny with ada choi and doya wong. Split Second was shite man!! Towatrds the end was jus draggin and i hated how they ended that eps.. It was the worst ever ending!!!!
dan168
I really enjoyed watching TCTU. It had a lot of funny bits smile.gif Totally enjoyed it.

As for Split Second, i haven't seen it so can't comment but judging on everyone's comments, it doesn't sound enjoyable.
Ron Fans
Of Course To Catch The Uncatchable. Split Second can never compare with TCTU
lb-lb
i think to catch the uncatchable is wayyy better than split second. i don't really understand split second especially the ending.
thewonderbegins
I think I'd go for Split Second because I didn't actually watch much of the TCTU... I kinda like shows about Triads and police stuff... And I thought SS was like... really cool... But omg... the storyline was actually a load of bullsh*t and bad ending as well..
sparlkle
TCTU...split second was the most pointless, boring, confusing drama i've ever watched....to catch the uncatchable was hilarious and I also like ada choi and dayo wong =)
wunderkid
You can say there is no choice cos TCTU was so much better than Split Second. TCTU was funny and engaging, though ending was disappointing
. ..Chrystalcase.. .
To Catch the Uncatchable is way more enjoyable than Split Second. SS I dont even get wat they talking bout afta a few episodes, da plot is so confusing , dont understand. but TCTU is funi, and easier to follow
Chelsea F.C.
I like Dayo Wong series so I choose TCTU, I watch one episode of SS , then I gave up watching it because that series is very boring overall.
ks92
i prefer split sceonds cuz it showed in just 30 days,n many things can happen.
Kevinw as in it n his acting was so cool but said that he died in e end
Minikki

split second was ok but a bit boring
Michie
split second was waaaaay bad.
it was really confusing, and uninteresting -.-
.sugarhearts
I'll go for TCTUC because it was more funny &
SS was kind of boring.
And i didnt really understand it much = Maybe thats why (:
♥luvergal♥
To Catch the Uncatchable because Split Second didn't really interest me. TCTUC was funny and i love ada and dayo's chemistry.
x melon nii
yea i would say TCTU, split second was just plain boring from beginning to end, i dont think i even watched it. i think TCTU should be compared to DIE... thats gonna be tough....
Kim4ever

I never download so I would'nt know! Try renting it out at your local TVB store.
ckrazy425
Split Second was alright than the ending was just plain horrid. I don't want to spoil it for you if you do plan to watch it but I have never see such stupid characters ever in any story/novel/movie/drama/series/ ____ < insert whatever you want.
