I'm not really a NewS fan (I'm a Yamapi fan), so I never really noticed Ryo before. But then I was watching Utaban (classic - everyone should watch it) when NewS members were getting shocked in those zap chairs...and goddamn the boy is ONE HELL OF A DRESSER. The way he wore that vest over the white shirt and with those skinny jeans was amazing. I wish all boys could dress like that! He looked hot as hell and he even stole my attention away from Yamapi at some moments. *melts*

I gotta read back through this forum. He's super, super cute. And Yamapi needs to take some fashion advice from him. (LOL, I'm sorry Yamapi, I love you, but it's true! Some of his outfits really make me cringe sometimes.)

ryo is so hot, but it is hard to find a good wallpaper of him because the camera does not always do him justice. and he is also camera shy. sigh, ryo could you be even more dreamy?

I'm putting that on my ever-growing list of dramas to watch. I've heard lots of good things about that one; didn't know Ryo was in it!

Ryo is definitely a better dresser than Yamapi. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore Yamapi, but some of his outfits are like...wth were you thinking?!?! (Like in the Utaban clip, his BOOTS or whatever they were really made me twitch, lol. And his pants look pretty cool but they also look like he took a tumble in bleach.)

I've long been interested in fashion, so I always comment on clothes and appearance. I looked back at some old Ryo pictures and he is a pretty snazzy dresser. He really knows what works for him and he also has quite a posh style. Just wearing that black wristband (or is it a watch) on his right wrist makes him look a 1000x hotter. How tall is he by the way? He doesn't look that tall in some pictures, but sometimes what he wears makes him look taller.

thank you for the caps. i have to say that i think ryo looks good in that outfit (on utaban where they got zapped) but i'm not big on guys and vest and tight pants. well maybe the pants looks tight because ryo is extremely skinny. so yea i wasn't really feeling the outfit but i was definitely feeling ryo. he'll probably be the only guy that i will ever think that would look good in that outfit.

the guy sitting next to Ryo in the SukaJ Leah Dizon interview is Ohkura, one of his bandmates in Kanjani 8. The one sitting across from Ryo is another one of his fellow Kanjani 8 bandmates Yu.
I think he is just a little shorter than Yamapi, but if you see Ryo's chibi pictures u can tell he was one shorty. he was a lot shorter than yamapi even though ryo is older. that is why they call him ryo-chan. thank goodness he grew taller. but most japanese men are still pretty short except for takeshi kaneshiro . anyways according to the first page of this thread ryo is 168cm about 5'6.

Yes, I love the psycho look in his eyes. It's not only when he gets angry...even when he's smiling, he has this weird fanaticism in his eyes, and I think it is mad sexy. His huge smile is sexy, too. (Like that part in the "Hoshi Wo Mezashite" MV where he shoves Yamapi out of the frame....lmao, such a huge, crazy smile. That's hot.)

Saw people posting about 1 LOT and had to comment. I loved it. It is my favorite jdrama. Nishikido is a very talented actor. Anyone who has not watched it, please give it a try. Make sure there are tissues near by. It is sad, but it is very uplifting.

I agree, the vest and white dress shirt look on Utaban was very nice. (Orange - I agree with you about Yamashita. I adore him, but seriously, the splattered paint jeans tucked in 80's style white ankle boots ... )

His pervertedness... a little scary sometimes, lol.

His personality? He can be very blunt and sometimes the teasing is very cutting. But, I think he must be a pretty nice guy and a good friend bc the people around him all like him. He gives the impressione he is very intelligent. Also, he likes Red Hot Chili Peppers so he has good music taste, lol. Only one thing I would like to see change about Nishikido is his weight. He can use 10 or 15 more pounds. Plump out those cheeks a little and the guy will be even more attractive.

yea finally they got the first batch of NEWS con goods. so right now we just need to pay our shipping and they'll send it out. it'll probably take a month or so for shipping. about the posters, i think they said they need to get the tubes to put the posters in then send it out. gosh i feel like i've (we) been waiting for forever.

newho, i was on lj and someone posted something about a rumour about ryo doing a japanese drama version of Hana Kimi. i think it's more like they are considering ryo as the main guy character so it's not for sure and they didn't even say that they've approached ryo for the role yet. also they mention that they are considering Maki Horikita(sp?) to play the role of the main girl. it will start shooting in the summer or air in the summer. altho i think this is all speculation so we don't know if it'll go through. also ryo is so busy with concerts that i don't know if he can even accept this role....but i really want him too.

if only this was true then i would be so happy.
