Maggie is probably among the few actresses nowadays who are able to lift the words on the paper and turn it into a real life character. In her performance she brings more to her character than reading lines and repeat the emotions as directed. In a cultural world of melodrama where actors are mistakenly praised for when they scream on top of their lung, breath like a drum, or cry uncontrollably, but few realized that most of these "qualities" come out of tension, nothing organic and hardly interesting. Maggie does it different. She plays many of her character subtly but with layers of depth. I think she got better as she got older. Tavia reminds me a lot of her.. i thought they were sisters because they look so similar. Look forward for her to come back this year.

Maggie was very pretty in OUATIS. She also did a great job in there, great for a newbie, THEN. I saw it when I was really yuong, but after rewatching it years later, I thought it was really good. As good as I had remembered it when I first watched it about a decade ago. She definitely look different then than now, she was meater. LOLZ I don't know if its good or bad, but she was real yuong then, cute!

Mystery Files was amazing, Gallen and Maggie had always had amazing chemistries together!

Yea! I totally agree with you! I was watching Plain Love II a few days ago. Then when I saw that part when she let her hair down, I was like so mesmerised! Hahaha. Then I kept watching and watching that part. And even pause it. Hahaha.
But I thought that she look great in TAS too! Because I like her look in it. HAHA. I like it when her hair is let down and it appears rebonded. It's like so nice. Hahaha.

I think Maggie looks bloody gorgeous with basically all her hairstyles. She has a very moldable and yet distincted features, therefore its flexible enough to fix almost any hair cut. I think her style in TAS was real professional looking, which fits the role. She looks casual and comfortable yet professional and classy. I have to admit her haircut normally supports her characteristic in the series. That's why as you may notice, whenever she finish filming a series she tends to change her style, especially the hair.

Yes, the scene in PLII I remember, gorgeous as always. And yes, I love her with long hair more. Since, I like long hair anyways. But still, I think Maggie looks beautiful either way.

I normally buy my dubbed one for 30-50 bucks. Sometimes less sometimes more. I do have most of it though. I just dont have some of her earlier ones, but I have just recently found and ordered; Expect the Unexpect, The Sky is the Limit and Police Station Number 7. I was suppressed the the saler actually found Expect the Unexpected, but I had to backorder it and paid a few extra bucks, even though Maggie's screentime is very little, I dont care. I just want to see her performance then compared to now. Its always enjoyable watching Maggie back then.

Yeah, I do have alot of Maggie series, I have alot (maybe all but a few) of her movies as well. I also have To Live To Love, despite the fact that it only comes with chinese subtitles and no english subtitles. I just watched the scenes and listen to the emotional tone of the actors and actresses voice, otherwise I dont understand. LOLZ. Pathetic, I know, but I was very eager to see it. Since its a mainland series it'll take years to dub in vietnamese, especially for fans overseas. So I figured why not?
