the series is getting exciting so far.. it looks like Keith and the uncle (Fei Sok) is getting evil... i hope Patricia breaks up with him soon! because i dont like them together.. lol
Sam and Myoile are still very cute.

man i feel like in every series.. the Villian is always the 2nd uncle.. (ie. Golden Faith, RDOV, Square Pegs....and this series) or just some uncle of the main cast.. it's just getting too old.. is there a GOOD hearted uncles around here?

thx for posting! but so weird, 21 episodes? and of course, the tvb weekly only goes till 19!!! the most important 2 episodes they leave out! interesting development, seems like Patricia's character will get back together with Wayne's...and I guess they'll resolve Myolie & Sammul's relationship in the last 2 episodes.

I just finished watching eps 17 and 18, it doesn't seem Ha Yu's heart is any better. I am worried that he might die. THe problem with him is that he never tells anyone. And the brother on my gosh, how can he betray his family like that!
As for Patricia, Keith dumps him and Patricia finally finds out that Wayne wasn't disloyal to him. Patricia cries and hugs Wayne saying I am so sorry.

i just finished up to epi 18 and i dunno i felt touched, when Patricia finally found out the truth.. and realized she was wrong about Keith and Raymond.. Myoile and Sam getting soo cute together... it was so cute when Myoile got all pissed off of Sam.. lol

what there are 21 episodes? not 20?

Really thanks for the summary.. seem like the series is getting more exticed... but i think this series is kind of short...

in the summary, HaYu is hiding his sickness from his family.. really scare that he will be die.. as Liza is crying in the theme song...

about Natalie n Keith, they seem like together for a short time only.. then she already realize the truth and Keith seem like ignore her once he together with her... he is sooo bad... hope Natalie will together with Raymond...

I want Natalie and Keith to break up soon. They don't match and she's so selfish looking for an easier way out of the marriage by blaming the husband *sigh* Keith's too evil and self-centered

nah... kate wasnt the "third person". it was just myolie seeing them together as friends and she thought about her past. then she starts complaining to sammul and seems like shes just "mo lei chui lau". thats how they fight, but in ep. 20, they make up already.

omg i hate Fei sok! how come he couldnt just ask his family to help him pay off his debt ... instead of going to Keith for money?? stupid.. Liza already told him before that if he had any problems just go and talk to the family about it..


anyways i didnt expect this series to be this good.. i thought its gonna be boring, but it's actually pretty interesting.. and all the couples have great chemistry.

I thought only 2 more episodes and the series finishes, but it is great to know that there are 21 episodes in total for this series.. So at least the ending may not be rushed like in Life Made Simple... I can't wait for the last 3 episodes, I hope the ending will be happy even though I know that Ha Yu will die...

Man, I thought 20 was the end and now all of a sudden after watch 20 - wheres the end haha. So one more episode cant wait.

it's only 21 episodes in total..and i have just finished watching the last episode.

I'm surprised that this series has only 21 episodes. But this series was pretty good, funny and entertaining. I just love these lawyer shows. But it's a shame that the father has to die because I never would have thought that he would die but I guess that's the anticlimax of the series. It would lead to how they as a family regroup themselves amidst of all the troubles they have so far and how they would overcome them as a family. I like shows like that.

can you please give us info/spoilers!? sigh, i'd always put up spoilers because of none of you people do. ( as in other forums ) .. will ha yu die in the end ? whats the relationship between kate / sammul / myolie ? anything happens ? what other problems does everyone face ? hows liza ? how does marco get what he deserves ? hwo does patricia and wayne get back together ?

in the end, patricia and wayne stay as friends. marco gets arrested. yes ha yu dies in the end.

other problems...Liza gets her lawyer licence stopped for 6months and she and Ha Yu go on holiday together...Ha Yu dies after writing his final postcard to Myolie...he died so peacefully with a smile on his face
Liza decides to close down the firm as she doesnt want it to be a burden to her daughters and she believes that no matter where they work they will be successful as lawyers

Fei Suk learned his lesson..I think he will become a good person after he came out from the jail. Myolie cried really " real" here. I almost cried along with her. it was so sad that Ha yu was dead. sno miracles. but i'm glad for him cz he finally can go for holiday with liza. liza's stopped licence was actually a good thing. At least she can fulfill her husband's dream.
I dont understand..Keith is normally a very "good" lawyer who makes enough preparation, didnt want to lose and leaves the opposed side silence. But this time, seems like he didnt do any preparations.
Also, in the last case, is it appropriate for Myolie to mention about his dad? while it has nothing to do with the case anyway. And normally if you say something non-related, the other side will just oppose it..It just doesnt seem right, with Keith saying nothing..I guess tvb just wanted to end this series soon..

That ending is indeed extremely rushed.

Myolie was all happy and stuff throughout the episode after his father died, then suddenly she became all sentimental after she heard her father's story...

Keith is normally very "cool/confident" but this time he was not at all without a good reason. OK, so maybe he didn't prepare, but still he wouldn't lose his confident. And all of a sudden he was arrested without prior story on why and when he did the fraud.

That myolie ranted on about her father's story is a big flaw of the complete series anyway, in almost all the cases there is some moralistic story that they will tell to win the case, but this one was really untold for and pretty boring.
The thing that there was no "objection" was because it was the ending statement, so the lawyers can say what they want without interference.

The only part that was handled good was the story of patricia and wayne.

Oh, and there are no tullips everywhere in Amsterdam, so how the postcards say that Liza liked the tulips here so much that she doesn't want to go... maybe she liked the red light district and the marihuana....

and i found the the fact that they cut down on Ada and Dick's scenes so much that it was rather pointless having Ada as an interference in Dick and Sum YY's relationship. it was very undeveloped.

the ending was rushed. totally agree with you...they could of had anyone there and she was quite pointless besides the fact that she made myolie realize and face her relationship problems...
besides the rushed ending...i found it quite decent. i mean it could of been rushed a lot more...(tvb's well known for REALLY rushed ones). i like how everything ended up...really sad at the part where the dad died...(i cried..lol) but overall this series is above average, really enjoyed it

its too rushed and the last part what myolie said didnt exactly tie with the case. also the part where myolie finally accepted his father death was like sudden and very rushed. but i do agree with kloey that it was a decent ending. although the death was sad, it was very touching. also myolie's crying was superb.

i think this was a very good series! it also has a lot of morals and stuff too.

Sigh.....even though I knew Ha Yu would die, it was still quite sad. And not morbid lor, coming out with the 'GAME OVER' screen just as he died. But at least he didn't suffer much and left with a smile on his face.

Sooo glad there wasn't any hinting by Raymond bout getting back with Natalie, just a very matter-of-fact discussion of their relationship. I would have burnt down TVB if they had degraded Wayne's character further.

There was a funny part where Myolie did the 'hahaha' laugh with Ha Yu before he left on holiday. Cute.

The court scene was just stupid. How can Keith become kinda like a bumbling idiot all of a sudden. And what has Myolie's closing monologue gotta do with anything? Such a fakeass way to tie things up....

i thought the ending was ok.. it was defintely RUSHED...
so SAD that Ha Yu had to died.. i didnt think he was gonna. Actually cried when he died.. it was a sad scene. and yeah .. they made Keith seem like he had no skills.. and Myoile had all the skills and experience.

so Raymond and Natalie just stayed as friends?? that sucked.. they should of got back together..

I was hoping they would have more scenes for Sam and Myoile... did they skip a scene? like i saw pictures everywhere where Myoile and Sam had this hug. and both of them were so happy together..

anyways overall the series wasnt that bad.. except the ending wasnt all that great.

anyone else also wish that they didnt close down the law firm? half the series was taken in that firm...kinda sad that its gone...however, glad that they each found what they were looking for in their career

I feel that this series is kind of short... feel like I had just started watching and the ending come too quick...

when Ha Yu knew his heart become worse and start preparing everything for his family... Really can't stand when he taking video clips and talking with his family.. .I was very sad and become like this (maybe is because I'm sick then influence me easily cry lar) how about u guys??

Yeah, I wished the the series was longer, it was a great show...
In Hong Kong, there's one more episode tonight 'til the end! I don't want the series to end!! It's so sad 'because I already know that Ha Yu is gonna die but I really don't want to watch that, it sounds sad...

I think the ending is quite abrupt...i actually hope to see "Keith" getting into trouble.Thought they should elaborate more because he has been so evil...But overall,this is a good show.I like their family reunions..so sweet...

ya i wish that they DID show more of keith...like maybe the final case which put him into jail or sth....otherwise everything else was really cute..

i thought there was going to be a love triangle in this series between kate, sammul and myolie. there was nothing going on between ada and dick.

this serie was much better than what i had in mind! it's so much better than always ready. i cried when ha yu died. not the moment that he died, but when liza was back w/ the family and she was telling them the news. and when myolie, and patricia got something that reminded them of ha yu (like myolie got the postcard), that was really touching.

Yeah Myolie's dad died, but her sister and her husband not make up again, they are be friend.

It's not really a love triangle.. she has really few lines and little screen time and Myolie just gets a little upset because she thinks Sammul is playing her like her boyfriend before was and Sammul doesn't even like Kate and Kate doesn't like Sammul.

i was like hoping that the mum would return to law and that keith would be in more trouble and so would Elsa. And that the court thing would be more dramatic.

i wish that the opposite happened, i wish myolie's dad DIDN'T die and i wish that patricia and wayne DID make up and re-marry eachother!
