Queenie went to jail, because she sold an insurance to a guy who later died, and the company had to give money to the family, but Ching Man Ho didn't want to give (since the amount was very huge), and Ching Man Ho made Queenie do some illegal paperwork so they don't have to pay that much.... the police found out, so she went to jail.

as for Season's sister going to jail, because she accidently killed her dad. (the guy who always comes and asks for money)

Okay, her father needed money desperately, so he was trying to think of a method and he saw the paper, telling of the news that Season had reunited with her father and had him live with her. He gets the idea that now his ex-wife must be very rich, inheriting a fortune, so he goes up to the apartment, storming in, asking for money. After a while, chaos breaks out and Gigi, in panic, hits her father with a vase because he was abusing her mother. He gets in a rage and chases her. She gets really scared and runs for the bathroom. Because she had just showered, there's still water in the bathtub. Her father catches her but she struggles and as he falls, her hairdryer falls into the water and he gets electrocuted on the spot.
