hi annie. thx for writing the nice scene of the episode. I only watch partial of episode 7. I feel that bian dang and xiao qing is on flirting game it's cute when bian dang take out his anger on the qing tian wawa (dolls) he didn't want to scold xiao qing directly but shoot those dolls that represent her name

i just watched epi 3 and i found it starting interesting compare to the first 2 epis and i still cant stop comparing the set with Love contract, it is totally the same.

i think the story start to make me curious what happen next

I started this series but it did not keep my interest. I thought that Mike He was a little too whinny. Now based on the posting it seems like the story is picking up. I am too busy right now so I will probably come back to it once I have more free time.

I started watching this today. I liked the beginning, but then it started to drag...however, I'm on Episode 5 now and things are really picking up. I'm glad I stuck with it! At first I only stuck with it because of Mike's hotness, but now I'm watching this for both the story and his hotness. ^^ I love the interactions between Bian Dang and Xiao Qing, they're both so funny!

The doll part is hilarious, along with their little competition for the spare room.

i agree with lilliums bout wanting to know the story too. was pretty difficult to stick it out with the weak plot but now im also hooked onto the plot. cuz i wanna see BD and XQ end up together and see them being so sweet to each other!

Some scene from epi 8
[spoiler]
1) Xiao Qing gave Bian Dang his 7 new fans. It's actually the 7 dolls that he poke when he's mad at her for breaking the boss tea pot. The dolls now are all smiley face because Xiao Qing say Bian Dang can make other people happy. She have some feeling for him.
2) Bian Dang on the swing playing with the dolls and heard Xiao Qing sneeze...he also sneeze at the same time. He hang the dolls on the entrance of his tent. This means he started to treasure Xiao Qing.
3) Fans chasing Bian Dang in front of GS's shop...his expression is cute
4) It touching to see Gao Sou visit Xiao Qing when he knows she fall sick. He even make healing tea for her. But Xiao Qing being so sick didn't recognize him and thought he is Bian Dang. So sad for Gao Sou...he treat Xiao Qing so good.
5) Mi Fern told Bian Dang to boil the whole lemon without peeling with coke. I think it's some drink to heal flu. She is jealous so she purposely told BianDang do it. Luckily he didn't listen to her
6) Both BianDang and Xiao Qing started to have feeling for each other but didn't want to admit because they started as 'enemy'. Always quarrelling [/spoiler]

Love the potrait puzzle of Bian Dang...so hot!!! But his character in this drama haven't give me the "heart beating" when watching DBY.

The cast went to 康熙来了 on 27 Jul...Mike carried Tou (the short guy who live in Liu Lang So) and kiss him on the lips to earn some money for the game they played. Mike have to wax his leg hair also....funny

This drama is really getting better...it may be slow in the beginning. That's because the couples are all mess up. Now all become clearer...BD with XQ, GS and Cola.

1) BD sent XQ to see Gau Sou...he draw a smiley face on her mask. Gao Sou told her that there is a way to heal flu...that is kissing. While he hugs XQ, BD rush up. Then XQ run down and left with her bike leaving BD. She is disappointed that BD didn’t show jealous when seeing them
2) BD told of his story with XQ last night but he said it was his friend story...haha so cute..this kinda stuff you will do only when u started to like someone but not sure abt it
3) GS ask Cola to flush his ring, he then join yoga class to release stress....it's so funny when he poses yoga
4) BD is practicing his dancing skill when XQ came in...he lost focus and keep peeping at SQ....later SQ talk to BD and encourage him to keep up on his practice. She told him she use to c him on TV last time. She always watches him while eating. She do the hand signal like eating and BD bend forward to her…..BD so cute, keep staring at XQ...this make XQ embarrass. It's cute...he is purposely stare at her ..hoping she will admit something
5) BD keep asking XQ to c doctor because she still coughing...but she is avoiding him. But Hua Ji (the pub lady boss) told XQ to face her true feeling and purposely set up chance for them.
6) BD stand so close to SQ when asking her to c doctor...SQ blushes Then BD told her not to confuse, he didn't have any feeling for her. XQ is angry and say of course I like you to 'chase' me..."you are big star" She say it out of anger. When reach home at late, BD check SQ while she's sleeping and pull the blanket for her.
7) XQ wakes BD up. She offer to cook breakfast with cute voice...like little girl. BD repeat her line with cute voice too..and follow with a vomit noise. He says XQ is too sick till her voices also change. Then when distributing b/fast, she didn't prepare his portion. She is angry for BD laughs her when she acts cute.
8) BD went c doctor when he hurt when practicing...funny scene here. The doctor press and try to fix his body and head. BD can't straighten his head...he have to side and face the sky
9) When XQ heard he is hurt, she and Cola rushes to c him. But they still mad at each other so didn't say much. [/spoiler]

Everyone notice BD and XQ like each other. In preview of episode 10; Cola encourage XQ to grap her own happiness. XQ do mask for BD and they make arrangement to date at the zoo.....wow how will it go??

well, just want to clarify,
I watch Marry me on TVBSG ( just up to epi 4 tonite) not on CTS so i just find out that the ending theme is one of the songs in David's new album and duet with Jolin titled Marry Me! not mei tian mei tian.
i am sure about this! cos in e-news (TVBS) today David said that he, for the first time, duet with female singer ...... but didnt say that the song is the ending theme of the drama

Epi 10 talks about XQ hesitation to tell BD her feeling. Poki disappointment when Hua Ji left. Cola left alone by GS. She is so sad...this make her feel ashame of herself.

1. Xiao Qing is holding her handphone hoping BianDang will call her. She lifted the phone and put back...didn't have courage to call BD. Cola tease her that her behavior shown that she is head over heel for BD
2. Poki also notice their feeling. Poki advise XQ to be honest to her own feeling and encourage her to tel BD her feeling. I can't believe BD is so slow leh..he shld hav sense it, right
3. BD visit XQ at the pub knowing there are rat in the pub. He is still on his neck holder. At the pub XQ gave him a present to wish him get well...he worried that it's a rat...haha
4. Chuan To at Lui Lang So arrange a get well party for BD. Actually it's a plan for XQ and BD. XQ is so excited, she practise a few version of well wishing speech for BD. She acted cute, sexy and at last she just change back to her own cloth. She is not the typical cute and soft soft girl. She is independant and very straight forward.
5. Gao Sou and Cola finally went dating. But Gao Sou treat her as a friend only. While Cola is trying out cloth in changing room, he left after received a phone call. I guess it's one of his new girlfriend.
6. XQ have to move back to Liu Lang so because Cola is angry at her and GS. BD was doing exercise not wearing shirt .....then he pick up his stuff and move out from the room to let XQ stay. He told XQ that the room is all hers because Mi Fern is at HK for work assignment.
7. There are story of Poki and flash back of Hua Ji in this episode. [/spoiler]

Is the shop owner where Cola went is Mi Fern? Her glasses and hair style is so weird

THis is just a blooper thing I noticed in Episode four about like 13 minutes in. The picture of "bian dang" on teh newspaper?! (this happens when she's on an airplane) you notice his picture is a lot brighter than the newpapers.. so they pasted his picture on it.. and the headline is actually suppose to say "Premier Hsieh announces resignition" HAHAH!! that happened in about january of this year

I have heard many negative remarks about the lead actress in this drama. But I find her quite capable of handling her role and her acting is natural enough. She's really not that bad, although her looks can't be compared with other better-known actresses. Hope people can see past her faults.

im listening to DT's song for this and the lyrics dont go with the song. so just to let people know this just in case some people sing along with the lyrics posted here.

I initially didn't like her.. now I sort of.. got used to her.. shes sort of pretty now? Her acting isn't bad either, sometimes the comical scenes she doesn't do too greatly, but overall Bien Dang and Xiao Qing are quite... anticipated?

If you look at her from certain angles, she can look better than you expected. There's just some kind of charisma about her.

She is very pretty. If you see the picture of her when doing promotion with mike and other cast, she is the prettier want. Her acting is also good although this is the first time she acted in a drama. So excited to wait until the episode when she tell Bian Dang that she likes him.

Watched up to ep. 10 already and yet the storyline is still running slow. I'll keep on watching it because of Mike He and the whole production of the drama is attractive, especially the variety of songs selected.

I found that the girl (xiao qing) is alright in parts of her acting since it is her first drama. She might seem 'plain' but she's natural and simple looking which sorta fit into the role..

by the way, xiao qing is older than bein dang... so xiao qing cannot be those 'cutie', young, nor naive type of person. Because of that reason it brings this drama a more mature setting. Besides, the theme of the drama is 'marriage'.

I've been seeing the same ppl over and over again in tw dramas! In giving her a chance in this role is a great choice which gives audience some freshness.

I totally agree with you... Although Liu Zhe Ying (Xiao Qing) is a first time actress, she's been awhile in the industry as a model. And in order to be the lead actress without much acting experience, she must have some unique talent that caught the producer's attention.

I see many ppl prefer Rainie as the lead actress. although im also a fan of Rainie, but i really believe this drama requires a strong and mature character since this story is about marriage, and Liu Zhe Ying does fit that role. And just like what SaSa mentioned, Xiao Qing (26) is older than Bian Dang (23), which are also their actual ages.

And those ppl watching this producer's dramas for the first time, you really have to watch his other dramas to be familiar with his style. You might thought some of the acting were really bad or too exaggerated... but thats actually his trademark. And some ppl who had watched Love Contract might thought this drama has nothing original, nothing new. But those scenes which mimic the scenes in LC are sort of parallelism... to give a context to the viewers, something which viewers can relate to... but to those who never watch LC, those scenes mean nothing to them...

so the point i try to get across is that to watch a good drama is to watch it with an open mind. happy watching!!

i agree with all the positive comment on the lead female ...Liu Jie Ying. She is pretty and fit perfectly for this role. I have seen few of the cast promoting this drama in taiwanese talk show. She is good

i have nothing against Rainie but i don't think she fits this role. sure ur may think she looks cuter with Mike compared to Liu Ze Ying but think about the character Xiao Qin. can u imagine Rainie as her? Rainie's cute while the role doesnt call for much cuteness, Rainie's a sunshine girl but the role isnt all that sunshiny. ur cant want an actor or actress to play a particular role just cuz u like them. must take into account the personality of the role itself. im sure if possible, the diector would have gotten Rainie to act if she fits the character. this is just my opinion so i hope nobody's offended or anything. i do like Rainie really...

yeahh i agree with some of you, I DO think the lead actress looks pretty, at alot of angles, its just sometimes she purposly makes her expression dumb looking but in actuality she pretty.

I actually think the drama starts getting interesting after episode 8-9 loll.. which is verry lattee.. im glad I stuck with it. I can't wait for 11 to come out.

OMGOSH!!!! I *TOTALLY* didn't know that Mike He started a new series!! I just went to a random site and I saw the offical "banner" of it and I was like: "That's MIKE!!!" LOL, hehe that banner really looks like the banner for Love Contract, cause the girl is sitting next to Mike and is putting her head on his shoulders, just like Ariel and Mike. Also, the title: Marry Me is like Love Contract in a way!! LOL

I just watched ep 1 on youtube. The beginning does remind me a lot of love contract, if they're gonna use that, why didn't they use ARIEL. haha jk. I think the lead actress is ok so far, this drama is very much like an anime. Hope to see more on youtube.

1) Gau Sou apologies to Cola for leaving her alone but he rush off again to do yoga. His motive in yoga class is to know girls. GS bring a girlfriend to Sa Chi bar. They Cola saw them, she purposely shake a can of beer and open towards the girl The beer spray all over her.
2) It's funny when Po Lo Yu pretend as Hua Ji by wearing her 'blue' wig. But Poki get angry and warn him.
3) Cola drag XQ to see Bian Dang. Cola pass a paper bag to XQ and warn her if she doesn’t go to see BD now, she will hit her....so good friend
4) BD is rehearsing his script at Muk's room. The line is "I've found the most valuable thing in my life" He keep repeating it without any emotion. Suddenly Muk rephase the line with full of emotions. BD so surprise and ask Muk, how he can do it. Muk say those line are said when people are in love. So Muk advise BD to get in love. Then he will be passionate when reading love lines.
5) Then Xiao Qing called BD out and do mask on him so loving. They put on mask together. BD praise XQ for being so gentle. But XQ said she actually have many weakness. When BD confronts her to tell him her weakness, she get angry. They keep talking while mask in on their face. So cute
6) Then BD sneak over to the window and tell XQ that no matter what is XQ weakness, she is still Xiao Qing....what does he mean??? Xiao Qing is very care about her 'face' (her status/ ego) So she still not wiling to tell BD her feeling.
7) XQ and Cola are helping BD to rehearse his line. He cannot remember some line of his script. After a few time, XQ finally make a cute expression to ask BD to go dating at the zoo. XQ add new line into it....she officially ask BD to go dating. She do the "da ko ko: hand signal with BD. (Lock each last finger together as promise) BD look a bit surprise.
8) Next day XQ is waiting for BD at the giraffe area. But BD is still at home. The clock in Muk's room is slow, so he is late for their dating. He quickly rushes to the zoo. XQ keep waiting and do some jumping so entertain herself while waiting. She falls asleep on the bench.
9) BD wakes her up and apologies. Then XQ ask her to start reading his script. But he didn't remember to bring the script. XQ tease him that he keep forgetting the line, didn't bring the script, what else did he remember? BD say at least he remember their date. XQ squeeze him and say that he earns that.
10) They wander around the zoo and have some good times. BD help XQ to blow her eyes when she get sand in it. They become as natural as a couple. BD put flower on her hair, feed XQ with popcorn
11) BD complaint about the script that why idol have to do dating at zoo. XQ say him not professional. So he keep talking about his past experience where he did a lot of scarifications to prove his professionalism. Then XQ offer him her lunch. BD swallow the whole sandwich but his expression show that it's not nice. He say when you are hungry whatever you eat will taste nice too. Then XQ reply him that it's same when dating whatever you say will be nice to hear too. BD feels odd and doesn't seems to understand her yet.
12) Then they went riding a mini van, here XQ repeat the line again. She says "I have found the most valuable thing in my life. To me it's more shining than the star. I hold it tightly in my fist because I worry that it will accidentally slip away. I told myself that I must appreciate it" BD reply "hur" Then she repeat it loudly and passionately. The screen pause here...so romantic
13) But instead BD appreciate it, he shouted that why he is so stupid cannot even recite a simple line. Everyone can read it easily but not him. Xiao Qing is so angry at him.
14) At this time Mi Fern called BD that she has return from Hong Kong. They will meet at Taipei. BD like forgot what happen a while ago...the line that XQ recites is so touching
15) When going to take his bike, BD realise he only have one helmet. So he told XQ to go back herself. XQ is disappointed [/spoiler]
