series changed many times so I guess it was delayed until mid/early Dec 2005 then it started filming '
Anyway, i think Liu Jie Yin looks like hebe ?! maybe because of her long and striaght hair

well, i have a feeling this might not be so good. like f4 and da S, meteor garden was their BIG hit and that was about it. the other movies they make aren't so popular. and i think the devil besides you will be rainie and mike's only HUGE hit ever. (I didn't like love contract or any of rainie's other movies as much as dby)but of course i might be wrong this drama could be really good. *anyway, i was disappointed cause rainie isin't the girl main character. ~MIKE AND RAINIE 4EVA!

I would give this series a try. I like Mike, so I will watch this. The female lead looks okay. Just have to wit til it comes out so I can see how she acts. Hope the series is interesting.

take Joe Cheng Yuan Cheng for e.g: after he had acted in The rose, he went on to had another 2 dramas series, many fans anticipated for those series but it turned out that those 2 series had low ratings.
However, after ISWAK, his popularity rises again.
Also, Rain Bi, full house made his carreer soared but when he acted in another series: a love to kill, the ratings aren't that good as compared to full house.
Anyway, I guess every celebrities had their own series which will made them famous, but when they filmed another series, the ratings aren't that good; perhaps it is a normal thing for many celebrities but hopes that is not the same case for Mike.

i tink many actors only seem to have one good series cos pple have been so stereotyped about them after their big series, so they cannot accept them in another role in another show... so their next show mostly will have low rating...

e.g: i am so used to joe cheng as Zhi Shu in ISWAK dat i cant seem to imagine him in another role already...

tink i wont be able to accept mike he in another role too... his role as ah mong in DBY is really too great that i can only see him as mike he/ah mong... not even love contract or express boy can change that... sighz...

I do agree with everybody that Mike was great in DBY, but I couldn't finish Love contract or Expressboy. I didn't care for the storyline and the characters didn't catch my attention. But I do agree Mike is a great kisser... (IMHO)

for some reason, i think this series will resemble the japanese drama 'son in law' starring tomoya nagase. maybe it's because mike's a singer in the series and the title...ehhh i don't know.

This series is probably based on the manga by the same name (or Kekkon Shou, in Japanese). I've read some of this manga before. If I remember correctly, it's about this teenage girl Touko who has to choose between two guys to marry.

This is what happens: Touko believes that her grandfather has been dead for some time until one day when her grandfather's "Forbidden True-Love" appears at Touko's home in a helicopter. Not only does the old woman claim that Touko's grandfather is alive, but she demands that Touko come with her and become her grandson's fiancee! The old woman threatens to destroy Touko's village if Touko doesn't comply, so she agrees and goes off to Tokyo. Once there, she finds out that she doesn't have just one fiance...but TWO! It turns out that the old woman has two grandsons (handsome twins, but not identical) and Touko has to choose. Throughout the manga, Touko and the boys have to pass these tasks to get married (tasks written to them by Touko's grandfather) and the whole situation's pretty funny. In the manga, Touko seems to like both boys so I don't really know who she's going to choose.

Considering how close Taiwanese dramas stick to the original mangas, the series will probably be much of the same. I could be wrong though.
