he was soo good in AR 3... he was so cute w/ Ada! i wish he didn't murder that girl. grrr. and he was great in WTP 2 too, he was cute with Irene Wong =]

He's a good actor I've liked him a lot since some of the older series. He should be promoted and given some better roles. I really liked him in AR3...until he murdered Maggie that is...I wish he could have stayed with Ada they look cute together

Ellesmere Choy, Ron Ng and Edward Mok were filming earlier during the night for a water scene in TVB's new series "Revolving Doors of Vengeance" and the scene showed the three men having a fight on a boat, in which Edward falls into the sea and the other two men try to rescue him. Although the temperatures have risen slightly in recent days, they were rained on all evening and when they had to get into the water it was almost 1am, so it was quite difficult and the three men were all shivering with the cold and looking quite pitiful. Afterwards though, they all brushed it off as nothing and Ron said: "It wasn't that hard work this time, compared to working on 'Twin of Brothers' when we were filming water scenes in temperatures of -4 degrees C, so this is small fry in comparison. (How did you feel in the water before?) It was not too cold because I have a wet suit on underneath. After swimming around for a bit, I had warmed up completely and I will get a hot drink in a moment that will warm me up in no time."

i think his acting is ok~~ i watched RDOV and he plays his role pretty role, but i guess that comes with experience. its too bad that he doesnt really get to "star" in the series though, since he usually plays supporting roles. sometimes, tvb should give people more chances

Choi Chi Keen, he is a pretty good actor, I always picture him playing king most of the time. He does play king alot if you watch some of the older tvb series. He's okay looking but hasnt' been able to take on a main character role.

I was really surprised when I found out what his english name was. It's kinda girly, don't you think? But yeah, he's okay when it comes to acting. He needs to shed off some pounds though. I was really upset with him in Virtues of Harmony II when he tried to lie to Bernice! Dude, if he didn't do that, Bernice and Frankie Lam would've gotten together!!

What role does Ellesmere play in Twin of Brothers? He always plays the weak guy who gets bullied easily by people like in Perish in the Name of Love. He's almost the same in RDOV.

first saw him in untraceable evidence 2 back then. since then, i already like ellesmere. too bad he gained some weight recently. i prefer him in ue2.

I don't really like Ellesmere's acting. Also, his charater's always turn evil in the end and end up killing someone. Like in "Armed Reaction III," I felt totally sorry for Ada's character.

Yes he needs to shed a few pounds, but kudos to him for joining the 12/4 demonstration in HK. In fact, he had taken part in both 7/1 protests back in 2003 and 2004 and had been seen walking alongside Wong Hei (王喜). I really admire him for standing up for his own rights and not worrying about jeopardising relationships with mainland China...unlike most stars who would make the excuse that they don't want to meddle with political issues.



I also feel Ellesmere is a highly underrated actor. He was promoted by TVB for a while -- most probably remember him as Tavia's husband in the "Awakening Story" -- but since the soaring popularity of the 6 Olympic stars, he seemed to have been outshone by the younger guns and sadly neglected. In "The Last Breakthrough" in particular, I felt it was a real waste to send him all the way to Africa and for him to only appear in a few of the scenes as a doctor. He deserves much bigger roles!
