I'm just another crazy fan here to show my love and support to JJH. He's had my attention even before I decided to watch Goong. I just finished Goong last night and couldn't resist coming in this thread. I guess I am so way behind. But oh well...

I love his acting in Goong. His mysterious ways are so SEXY. And he is very attractive. Or should I say HOT? I just think that he has skinny legs though. But that won't stop me from admiring him. I love when he cries too. Just want to hug him..what a great actor.

I didn't know he was in Spring Waltz. My sister just told me he tried out for the lead in Spring Waltz but didn't get it so that's all I know. I might just have to watch that drama now too.

Oh...what's this I hear about him being in another series? Or is it a movie? I must get a head and search about it...

This model turned actor’s head got so big over past two years that producers are having a hard time pleasing this hard to get player. Joo Ji Hoon decided to leave the drama Hong Gil-dong only a week before production because Olive Nine, local drama production house and Joo couldn’t agree on the financial terms of the contract. Olive Nine offered him a financial package similar to his latest drama, The Devil, but Joo wanted what Yun Eunhye was getting in Coffee Prince, estimated at US $20,000.

After Joo Ji Hoon’s announcement, Jo Hyun Jae also left the drama. Jo accepted the supporting role in Hong Gil-dong because of Joo’s “star power,� but as Joo left the drama, that supporting role became meaningless to him.

Joo & Jo are actively seeking out new drama roles while producers of Hong Gil-dong are hastily trying to cast these roles before the camera starts rolling.

Joo Ji Hoon to star in "Antique" directed by Min Gyu Dong


The upcoming film "Antique" (Director Min Gyu Dong) will star Joo Ji Hoon of "Goong (Princess Hours)," Kim Jae Wook of "Coffee Prince" and others.

According to the production company on the 17th, Joo Ji Hoon will play the "Antique" owner Jin Hyuk who becomes the perfect salesmen with his speech skills, while Kim Jae Wook will play the genius patissier Son Woo to mark his silver screen debut.

Also, Yoo Ah In will play the boxer turned patissier assistant Gi Beom, and Choi Ji Ho who debuted through "Time Between Dog and Wolf" will play the role of Jin Hyuk's bodycard Soo Young.

"Antique" is the story of love and friendship of four men set in an antique shop that is renovated into a cake shop and is scheduled to be released on screen during the first half of next year.

Agreed. Korea is no longer a struggling poor developing country where the young and innocent are sent off to countries around the world for the hopes of a better life. Now, the Korean government is campaigning to keep adoptions within the motherland.

And this year, top stars Lee Mi-yeon, Yun Eun-hye, Joo Ji-hoon, Kim Jung-Eun, Jang Hyuk, Park Jung-a, Lee Seung-ki, Wondergirls, Suh Kyeong-suk participated in a special photo shoot by photographer Cho Sei-hon.

The “Letter from the angels No. 5″ campaign started in 2003 to encourage adoptions within the country.
