i love them together. all their scenes were so sweet. it was sad when charmaine stabbed raymond. and i definitely see chemistry between them. their love story was so emotional and how much they went throught to be together. glad they had a happy ending.

here here. i hope they pair up again. modern or ancient, i don't care. but i guess ancient would be more easy for others to accept.

i think they look pretty good together, better than ray and leila. I thought they looked weird in yummy yummy but looked wonderful together in LWOLAP. I guess it depends on the way they dress.

I've always thought that they look cute together.. but then again, Raymond & Charmaine can both pull off chemistry with almost any costar. even though they weren't together in Yummy Yummy, I still thought the scenes with the two of them were adorable. and they're great in LWOLAP, even though I'm not done watching the series yet =)

LOL Yes. They do have more chemistry in LWOLAP.

Raymond is mature in LWOLAP but childish in YY.
Charmaine is mature in YY but not as mature in LWOLAP.
Raymond and Charmaine seems to be chosen to act in ancient series a lot.

Overall, I love the ending as well and I find myself grinning madly (quoting sehseh) when I think of them. Though they do have chemistry in YY as well!

I'm sorry if you misunderstood my other post...I didn't say it clearly...what I was refering to before was this one Charray fan (Not you ...I forgot her name) who went over to the Fungyi thread and posted something along the lines of 'Charmaine has better chemistry with Raymond than Tavia'... I found that extremely rude esp with the 'fans only caption' under the topic title...

What I was wondering before was why in the world did this fan not come around here to the Charray thread and express her support for this couple here? What had amazed me even more was that your link to the thread was right above Fungyi's so they could have obviously seen it! I found that comment she posted in Fungyi provoking...

anyway now you know I didn't mean you You totally have my support in starting a Charray Support thread...

Raymond & Charmaine are so cute together! When Raymond crushed on Charmaine in Yummy Yummy I so wished that Char would start to like him and perhaps start dating, but i knew it was impossible. It's great that TVB came up with the idea of putting the two together. The age gap is nothing really. I can't even tell that Charmaine is older then Raymond, especially in ancient clothing. I loved the ending to Lethal Weapons! I wish there was more to it though, like more erm.. sweet scenes between the two. It was rather short but still great.

All the scenes with Charray in Lethal Weapons were nice. I looked forward and enjoyed them. They had such great chemistry too.

I hope TVB pairs the two up in another series! But.. I'm doubting on this. I totally won't mind if they start dating! But this.. sadly.. I think its close to impossible.

Also, just sharing some thoughts of mine, I personally think that Charray is well.. better in my opinion then Raymond&Tavia, Raymond&Leila. Hehes just my thoughts. [=

I got the same thought as you too.I think RM has more chemistry than Charray but I like Charray better. They are my second favourite on-screen couple, right after JC. Charray has a lot chemistry in LWOLAP. In YY, when Raymond tell how much he like Charmaine in the lift, that was so cute and funny.

Yesh, the lift scene is like the cutest! I agree that I can't really tell the age difference. Raymond is a mature lookin' guy (and that's what I like about him) and he matches well with Charmaine in terms of personality and looks as well! And they are always whispering together, like they are deep into some interesting, mature and intelligent conversations. They are so sweet! I just can't help noticing that they stood together for the group picture in the Astro Awards!

The story of this half FungYi half Charray clip is:

The story opens with TOB. Sau Ning (Tavia) marries Chai Siu, and unable to accept the truth Kau Chong (Raymond) commits suicides. Heartbroken Sau Ning, came to find Kau Chong but was too late; Kau Chong was saved by Mung Yiu (Charmaine) and relives as Fung Hang Lit. He is unable to forget Sau Ning, and ignores Mung Yiu's feelings for him. He tries to find Sau Ning, yet she is unable to reconize Kau Chong. Alone, Kau Chong (Hang Lit) reminisece the past and present, and finds out that he's starting to have feelings for Mung Yiu. He cannot accept this, and decides to kill Mung Yiu then commit suicide. At that critical moment Yiu's image appears in his mind, and he couldn't bring himself to kill Yiu, but this wipes the hopes off Yiu... Should he forget the past and be with Mung Yiu, or continue to be Chong live in the memories of the past? What will he choose? The ending is up to your imagination.

here I´m to suport this oncreen couple they true is so cute and adorable together as many have said that they have some chemistry together in YY, I just want to say that LWOLAP was before YY. I think y u guys think that charm and ray have more chemistry in LWOLAP is they should act (in love and together) and in YY is just ray who ahve a crush in charm.. but I really like this couple. my 2 fave oncreen couples first go charm with chilam but charray is close

It has all the awesome scenes (except ones further into the series) and the music's beat matches the scenes! Look forward to another Charray MV by Cheryl! She's making one! And Geli is making one too, his/her Hon Pak and Ye Yuet MV is sooo good that I am quite certain that his/her Charray one would shake the earth!

Jupi: Yipee!!! Glad you visited. Yeah, I love Charray and now they are tying with Charlian.

I think TVB has made a great decision making Charmaine and Ray an on-screen couple. They really look compatible eventhough their age margin are quite big. It is good to see both of them together in LWOLAP after watching Food For Life.

I hope TVB gets the hint that quite a lot of overseas fans likes them. To hell with those who are so unreasonable about Charray.

I want to see them in a modern series too. Actually, doesn't really matter if is ancient or modern, as soon as 'WE' get to see them.
Right now I am quite happy because so far there's no Charray haters post into this thread. If they do, I am going to scold them.

And yesh! I would like to see a modern series, even if it is a low production one, where the series mainly concentrates on Charray. I want a show with the love story like Life Begins at Forty! Charmaine was sooo cute in that show. She's elegant and successful but after work, LOL so cute.

I think they do have a small chance of being together. Charmaine does seem a little evasive though because of their age difference. But I do understand because she doesn't want rumours to spark up so she's gotta say something about it to convince people.

Throw any trick at me Charmaine, I will play at it with you, but of course I do think they have a chance together. Because they are so sweet together when they whisper in conversations!

Speaking of FungYi, I'm also a fan of FungYi's pairing. Anyway all three of them are my favourites actors in TVB, love them all ok? LOL =P

I do like Tavia but the thing is I prefer Charray and I don't find FungYi has any chemistry? I mean Tavia is the crazy playful girl and Raymond is the mature and calm gentleman. Yes opposites attract but generally I find Tavia to be more suitable for Ron. Their personalities are good, they keep having fun teasing each other.

until now i still havent watch their series yet, now i start to watch Yummy Yummy but i already like them tgt a lot just looking at pics where they're tgt on it. They looks close and very cute together very matching.

I don't think Charray will be together in real life, Charray have a lot of chemistry in LWOLAP and I am desperate to see their parts in LWOLAP. Also, at the begining,at lot of people actually saying that Charray is a bad couple because of the age difference. But after LWOLAP, some people actually start liking them, I am so glad..

and my favorite person w/ charmaine is of course julian, but i definitely wouldn't mind raymond w/ her. charmaine fans seem very nice so i would drop by this forum at least once every three days just so i can discuss more things about charray and just talk a little. it's always nice to have someone welcoming me!

gosh, everyone and their mothers are making LWOLAP mvs. and they are so good. makes me wanna make one too..but i know i don't have the dedication.

I don't know if I like them together, but I do like Ray, I love Charm, of course. But cuzz their ages, i didn't like them much. But now from others opinion, I might love them as well as others. I mean i didn't watch YY, and LWOLAP yet. But everyone says that Charray can compare to JC, I was like omg. Gosh. But, I think I will love them.

i've always loved charray as a couple. i remember being so excited when i first heard they were starring as a couple in LWOLAP (during the filming process). back then, there were a TON of haters who were so skeptical about the pairing because of the age difference. i'm glad that after LWOLAP, this pairing has gained many fans. and i hope that TVB is smart enough to pair them up again real soon...

It's not hard to make MV's. Try WMM, it's easy and you can make nice thing if you know how to work with it. And you can use clips to make the MV. No need to download all the eps lol

Charray did gain a lot of fans during LWOLAP. Yesterday I was looking at good fanfic to read, and I find out that people start writing Charray fanfics, I am so happy!!!

Woah, 3 news MVs! Well, Charray might not be the most loved couple (being the ones who are hesitating just because of their age) but they are certainly the MOST MV-ed! LOL We should have our own award. Maybe I should post something like that in my blog.

And yes, Charray can definitely compare to Charlian! You've got to watch both YY and LWOLAP! LWOLAP they are a sweet and pure couple, with many obstacles but they handled their burdens with wisdom and a pure conscience and finally got awarded with a simple but a life full of love. In YY, they are the cutest ever! The fairy's banner scene made me laugh until i was clutching on my brother for support!

And yes I think Malaysia will love Charray in LWOLAP/YY. There are many Raymond and Charmaine fans here and the last Astro Award results are definitely given to those who deserves it! So I think Charray has a good chance . Heck Charmaine and Raymond definitely deserves the Best awards, Charlian of COURSE deserves the Best Couple, the WAB Sheren crying scene deserves the Best Moment and even Gigi deserves Lethal Beauty.

Another Charray fan reporting to this forum. I have liked Charmaine for many years and have been a huge fan of Charlian. However, after LWOLAP I have become a Charray addict. Ray and Charm look so sweet together! Just love the way Ray looks at Charm. Their romantic scenes have melted my heart. I still like Charlian, but I would love to see Charry pair up again!
