English Version - Congratulations

A big CONGRATULATIONS to my 2 friends Aaron Kwok and Zhang Rui Jia for their great accomplishment in Golden Horse Awards!

Actually, I don’t know if I should say Aaron Kwok is my friend or not but we’ve hung out for a few days when I was studying in Melbourne, Australia and at that time, he was there to watch Formula 1 and he was staying in the same hotel as my parents. I remember approaching him to take a picture and he was indeed really nice and even chatted with me. During the few days of his stay there, we workout in the gym and played tennis together as well but I didn’t ask him for his contact number as I thought it might be too personal since he is a superstar and I was just a student! However, there is one word he told me and I still remember till now and that is: “You are still young! Your future is unlimited!” Maybe what he meant was that if I join showbiz, I will have a brilliant future but at that time, showbiz never came across my mind…hahaa!

As for Rui Jia, he is a nice and funny guy and I am so happy for him because when we filmed Tokyo Juliet, we became good buddies! I still remember the last time I called him, he told me he was filming a movie…Wow!!! What a great opportunities it is for him! Actually, my initial goal entering showbiz is hoping for a chance to act in a MOVIE… I know this requires hardwork and luck but I am willing to wait for that chance to come and while I still have time to prepare now, I will definitely ‘Jia You’ and make use of the time because I know “Success and Opportunity are only given to those people who are well-prepared!”

Finally, we all know Ella has been nominated for Best actress in the Golden Bell Awards… Actually, after working with her, I really feel that beside being a singer, she is also be a born actress because she is smart, her acting is very creative and natural and most importantly, her working attitude is someone that we should learn from… someone who is very helpful and always brings happiness to everyone! Although it doesn’t really matter if she will win the award or not but still, Let us all wish her luck and hope for the best!

Lastly, just a reminder – Hanakimi’s Soundtrack and Book are out already…Go GRAB it now!

i have tried looking out for that two rings since some time ago but have not been able to catch it properly. But from what i know they don't really look that much like a couple ring and I have seen wu zun wearing this ring even when he was interviewed in one of the interview during tokyo juliet. Sorry to disappoint you guys but well i was disappointed too when i first found out that he was already wearing the ring since tj.

But i did console myself by saying that maybe cos the ring meant something to him and he wanted ella to wear his ring so he gave her another ring but it is not exactly the same as his cos he could not find the same ring. But this is just a consolation cos i am realli not sure nad could not deduce for sure if he is interested in ella judging from all those shows

Ella: this i already thoght about. although it may not sound good, but i want us to be called "Hana-Kimi, Not Girl, Not Boy." (Hua Yang Bu Nan Bu Nu) *laughs*
WuZun: thats right, because we have a member that isnt boy or girl! *laughs*

Q: what type of fans and audiences do you think you guys can attract?
Ella: for myself, i think most likely the young girl types! i cannot lose to these two guys!
WuZun: i think Jiro can attract the young girls and Ella can attract the unisex fans!

Q: can you guys talk a bit about the way you guys interact with each other in real life, off screen?
Jiro: i think that i just stay at the side and watch the 2 bicker and play around! im usually just around caring about my own thing
Ella: right! Jiro is either sleeping or looking at a mirror! i think he would rather have a conversation with the mirror then us! *laughs* me and WuZun's way of interacting during filming is just to play with each other non-stop! *laughs*
WuZun: Ella loves to trick people! and she always laughs at my mandarin! *anger*
Ella: WuZun always loves to make fun of my moustache! and he says that i have no butt! *anger*
WuZun: she really doesnt have a butt! it's not perky at all! *laughs*

Q: what do you guys think about "HIM's" future?
Ella: i hear that WuZun can play the drums, and Jiro can play guitar, i think we should create a band
WuZun: but i havent played the drums in a long time, dont know if im still able to!
Jiro: i think we can become something like a circus, with Ella as our leader *laughs*

Q: can you share with us the weird things during filming?
Jiro: when WuZun eats, he will always make a weird noise, like he is enjoying the feeling of eating.
Ella: when we first started filming, i thought WuZun was gay! i would always see him with a bunch of tissues whenever he eats, then i realized that it was to soak up the oil from the food! *laughs*
WuZun: Jiro has the weirdest things. Dry eye, allergies, throat problems..
Jiro: please! ive always had a bad immune system since i was a child
Ella: Jiro loves to look at the mirror, and he would always try and fix his hair but fixing the left side, then the right side. but in the end, it still looks the same! no difference! *laughs*

Q: has there ever been a gay or les that has revealed their feelings for you? if that did happen, how would you react?
Ella: in high school, me and my friend were walking the streets and suddenly this girl from another school ran up me and asked: "can we be friends?" at that time i didnt care much and answered "yes" right away, but when i told her that i was a girl, she answered: "good, i love bisexuals."
Jiro: in high school, there was a boy that would always wait for me and take the bus with me, ut we were just good friends!
WuZun: i havent had any experience with these, but whenever im on the streets, guys would stare and look at me. if it was to happen one day, i would reject right away!
Ella: i would also tell her that we can be friends, but i like guys!
Jiro: im not really good with rejecting people because im afraid that it will ruin the original relationship, but i will try to hint to them that i like girls!
Ella: i once thought i was a les! there was a really good friend of mine and she had some problems, and i would help her no matter what, but then i realized that it was just out of friendship! *laughs*

Q: are you willing to dress as the opposite sex to get close with someone you like?

Q: what have you given up the most for love?
Ella: when i first entered the industry, whenever i had a break i would go back and see my boyfriend and not let my family and friends know. now to think of it, ive lost a lot of time to spend with my family
Jiro: im not very sober when it comes to love. i once didnt want to enter the industry due to a girl, i lost the opportunity to sign a good contract!
WuZun: i would think, that if i find the right person, i am willingly to quit work and everything, just so i can take care of her and my family

Q: is there a difference in the way you care for relationships when you were little and now?
Ella: when you are little, you would believe in those "love at first sight" and when you do actually start dating, you realize, GOD! our personalities dont match! now that im a idol, i need to know the person first, then decide on whether i should take antoehr step.
Jiro: i will always remember, in primary school, i wrote a love letter and got first place. but after the girl got her friend to reject me. when i heard that i was heartbroken! but who can i blame, i was so skinny, tiny and white, just like a monkey!
WuZun: i remember when i first wanted to date a girl, i was very nervous! i would stay by the phone for 3 hours thinking of what to say, then when i finally thought of my lines i called her
Jiro: im not really good with words, so i would draw for her, showing her my feelings
Wuzun: im not good with words either. i think that if the feeling is there, we would automatically get together. if i was to really tell her my feelings, it would be a hint i guess *shy*

Q: the most unforgettable memory during the filming of "Hana-Kimi"
WuZun: i think this drama has allowed me to learn a lot of things. there are a lot of weird hallucinations, like my pretending to be a 70year grandpa!
Ella: because it was filmed during the summer, the entire cast and crew were very tired and stressful.
Jiro: during the filming of this, it was the point where my body was the worst. i didnt even attend the wrapping up party for "KO One" and headed straight out to film for this, and i had dry eye and such.
WuZun: i really miss the times with the crew! everyone was very happy and put a lot of effort into this drama. just like the premiere of this drama, seeing our efforts, i wanted to cry *shy*

Q: what words do you have to say to the audience?
Ella: happiness is really important! i hope that everyone is happy when watching this, and that it was worth all of the cast and crew's efforts!
WuZun: thats right! hope that this drama and bring happiness to everyone. and this is the first time i use my voice to voice in, and i didnt know that i was so hard! so i hope that everyone supports this drama!
Jiro: the reason that i filmed this was because i want to bring happiness and enjoyment to everyone! my character in this is kind of like "It Started With a Kiss," which is a bit like my real self. hope everyone can happily enjoy our work!

So happy to see so many of you supporting this drama… During our activities, I can see friends from HK, Japan, Singapore, Australia, USA, South Africa, etc. who have come all the way to Taiwan to support us! I also know that you guys really had a hard time queuing up for the numbers and very unfortunately, many of you are unable to be the lucky ones to come on stage! I know you guys go through so much hassle and there is only one thing in your mind and that is: To show us that you really support us and i can really feel it!!! Of course for those who couldn’t come, I know your supporting spirit is always with us so don’t worry ok :-)

Also, I have to admit that I might not be able to remember all your names but I will really try my best to remember, ok? Most importantly, what I want to tell you guys is that I’m extremely happy seeing all of you and reading the letters you guys wrote to me…

It’s very sad to know that will be no more activities for HANAKIMI. To be honest, I am really happy all these while… How about you guys??? The feeling is the same as when I was filming this drama… its tiring but the process is a happy one and I really had a nice time with you guys lately… Thanks a million for this great memory!!! Also, let’s hope the ratings will get higher because I believe GTV will definitely plan for more celebration activities when the ratings hit 5, 6, 7 and so on ( Am i dreaming ) and by that time, we can meet and have fun again, right?

I know most of the you have been watching Hanakimi especially students, who even told me their classmates love this drama too and I’m glad it’s their discussion topic every now and then :-) BUT remember, you guys still need to ‘FOCUS’ on your studies or work, ok! Realising so many of you supporting me now, I’m indeed very happy and I know some of you are worried that my personality might change… Well, I don’t think I will change because I think I am mature enough to know what I want, what I can or not do and I am really comfortable with how I am now and of course- let all of us Jia You together and give ourselves a better future ok!
