I am a businessman touring the Asian region very often. And one of my frequent destinations is Brunei.

Being a fitness freak, I need to have my thrice a week dosage of a one hour workout.

Contrary to what many busy executives think, I am a true believer that working out is good for me, as it helps me focus on my job properly and it helps me to think more wisely when it comes to decision making.

However my frequent one week stays in Brunei had been boring as it was impossible for me to find a quality fitness facility.

There are centres available. But some of these were not up to the mark that I had worked out in.

So, it was a pleasantly surprise for me on this trip to learn that Brunei finally will have its very own Mega Gym "Fitness Zone" at The Mall.

This person have also said you can find the pic (Chun & Yen his Gf's name) from a Malaysia newspaper. I find this to be true.
