Although Vann lost the Best Newcomer award by 0.1%, it didn't affect him at all. The night before, he, together with the cast and crew of Star Runner met for dinner at Zhong Huan - Hong Shuang Xi. Friendship comes 1st, awards take 2nd place!

Besides celebrating Andy On's win, everyone gathered & chat. Qian Jia Le brought Lee Shan Shan along.
The whole gang of people chatted from 6pm till 12am, the meal took 6hrs. This goes to show how much they treasured this gathering.

Over 100 fans were spotted there too. Although they were inside, they paid attention to fans every movement. They even lifted the curtains to look at the fans, and even cheekily place the figurine tat fans gave at the window facing the fans, causing fans to scream a few times.

To chase their idol, fans rented 8 cabs & 2 mini vans to chase Vanness. When he left the restaurant, he hugged the crew of SR. When fans told him: "Don't give up, you are the Best Actor in our hearts!" Vanness was touched & replied with a smile: "I'll continue to work hard"

Regarding having lost by 0.1% to Andy, Vann said he does not mind. He's rare to earn a nomination for his 1st movie. He's happy for Andy. He'll continue to work hard for every role he acts & will never disappoint his fans.

Zhen Kai played by Vanesse Wu Jianhao
Hope Enterprise Planning General Manager, had his education in the US and graduated with a MBA. Returns to Taiwan after his studies and a clash of culture amazes him and takes a interest in it. Frequents pubs with his ABC (american-born chinese) friends and shopping to relieve his stress. Facing enormous pressure from his work and his cleaniness-obsessed aunt, he gradually finds himself developing a compulsive streak. Even though he appears normal to people, he finds himself doing repetitive actions again and again. But he manages to find calm and security in the arms of An-An.

An-an played be Hebe
Her grandpa is a drama play actor while her father is part of a getai singing group. Because of her father occupation, An-an from young starts to learn singing and dancing and always filters from place to place to perform. (this part is adapated from Shang Liang 3 Jie Mei lifestory). Because of her vagrant lifestyle from young, An-an develops a character that defies logic, accepts everything that comes along, and a fierce determination. After she meets Zhenkai, she begins another new adventure and although it look interesting at first, but after intervention from Zhenkai aunt, she finds that she and Zhenkai are from 2 totally different worlds. She starts to feel inferior and her relationship with Zhenkai becomes strained.


Hope Enterprise besides being in charge of manufacturing tomato juice, it also has investments in various industries, including real estate properties. 1 day, the company invited a performing singing/dance group to perform as part of its marketing promotion. Zhenkai (Vanesse) was present and witnessed the public laughing at An-an (Hebe) who was making a lot of mistakes performing on stage and was immensely drawn to her.

Backstage, An-an father who was director of the group, chided her for laughing sheepishly on stage even though she was making mistakes and sully his reputation. An-an was very upset and Zhenkai came over to console her. This was their first meeting and both of them have a good impression of each other. To cheer her up, Zhenkai took An-an for a spin in his sports car and during the trip, both took to singing at loud voices and enjoyed a thrilling ride.

Zhenkai then send An-an back home and was caught red-handed by her father. In actual fact, An-an father had set a rule for his group members who were not to fall in love before 25 years old or they will be expelled. An-an was severely given a scolding in front of all the group members and subsequently thrown out of the group.

Zhenkai then arranged for her to work at his factory and frequently checked on her on the pretext of doing routine checks. He even took to working along beside her by changing to factory worker clothes. But this soon caught the attention of Zhenkai aunt. An-an later took Zhenkai to the night markets to savour all the tasty food, unknown to Zhenkai himself, his compulsive streak was gradually getting more stable with the time spent with An-an.

Zhenkai's aunt although she admires An-an cheerful, bubbly personality, in actual fact though, she highlights her inadequacies and points out to her that she and Zhenkai belongs to 2 extremes world. An-an understood her point and promises to leave Zhenkai.

An-an is left heart-broken and with no one to turn to, she decides to seek her father forgiveness who accepts it and An-an seeks to forget Zhenkai by training dilligently in her singing and dance movments.

After Zhenkai repeated visits, An-an softens her stance and decides to get back along with him who proposes to her. When Zhenkai's aunt learnt about it, she rushes down and creates a ruckus and heated discussion with An-an father. An-an father was furious and forbids An-an to be with Zhenkai.

On the day of the wedding, everyone was waiting for An-an to appear but she did not, Zhenkai was left heart-broken...at the same time, An-an was just getting prepared to go on stage to perform and was feeling rather anxious, suddenly her groupmate appeared in the same clothng as An-an, hinting her to go while she takes her place, will An-an make it in time....

yeah, Vanness is in the Say Yes Enterprise, infact, i think he's one of the main characters..=)

Xiao S admitted to Ha(admiring or crazy about) a basketball player, Cheng Shi Nian during one of her spokesperson event recently. And on the Tai Shi's Qiu Hun Shi Wu Suo website, there were lines such as "Vanness Wu and Cheng Shi Nian looks alike" of a discussion issue, leading to suprise cheers by Vanness's fans. However, there were some Vanness fans who didn't find the similiarity. " Vanness is special, no one can be compared to him."

Cheng Shi Nian who is 19 years old this year, is similiar to Vanness. Height as 180, fair skin, single eye-lid, it was a little alike as certain angles. The only thing which wasn't alike was that Vanness had long hair all along and Cheng Shi Nian had always had that student's head. However, Vanness had his haircut recently, causing both brotherly faces to be more alike. Adding that both were good athletics, there were similiarties.

Vanness's role in Qiu Hun Shi Wu Suo, becoming a rich guy appearence , lots of heart down scenes in the show allowed fans to be brightened. Cheng Shi Nian is after studies, and has become the next popular basketball star. Accordingly, as he is young, and as a energetic person, many managers have been wanting to sign him on into the entertainment circle. Now that he is linked together with Xiao S & Vanness, it's hard for him not to get popular.

Vanness's best year was 2003, The year where his pop single hit the tracks..Via 1st solo album, Body Will Sing, let everyone know that Wu Jian HaO was all grown up. He'd ditch his TEENY bop past, was shacking up with the real dope producers, and in doing so was pretty much pulling the white sheet over the bloated corpse of the blue-blooded rock-biz-sired
boy-band/girl-group phase.
With all the planets overseeing almost all the tracks on his debut disc, Wu finds himself falsetto-singing over some seriously worked-over beats like Imagining 10 of you. But, truth be told, although Wu makes another beat-making masterpiece with 2nd album, most of the time the record plays politely.

Things are kept pretty smooth - occasionally, too smooth - meaning that this radio-dominating producers and pop star is much more like following trends than trailblazing. He's not exactly "reinventing pop urban", as the marketing angle goes. For the most part, though, that's good enough.

The only problem comes when the damage-mode power ballads come into play, the production geniuses ditched for another track, who almost destroys the album in the space of more than 4 minutes.

F4 regroups for Pepsi, breakup rumor

From the beginning of last year there has been constant news that F4, a Taiwanese group popular throughout Southeast Asia, will be breaking up. Besides rumors directed at Jerry saying that he isn¡¯t getting along with the other 3 members, Vic Zhou, Vanness Wu and Ken Zhu, Jerry also has intentions of making his own company to develop independently. Summer is about to arrive and the two big soda companies, Coca-cola and Pepsi, will have a big war. There has been some news recieved that the 9 members of Pepsi, Sammi, Aaron, Jay Chou, Jolin, Edison Chen, and F4 (Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Ken Zhu and Vanness Wu) will be having a traditional ancient look in there new sets of promotional photos, giving fans a new refreshing feel. A little later, they will also gather in Thailand to shoot a summer advertisement. As for Coca-cola, they have Jacky Chan's help.

Pepsi's 9 stars having an anchient look is classified as a secret. Employees are ordered to keep their mouths shut. Before the photos are exposed, no information is to be revealed to outsiders. However, when the 9 stars arrives in Taiwan secretly in February to shoot photos, they took turns going to the hotel for tryouts causing the news to be exposed. According to what is known, Pepsi invited Yu Jia An as their celebrities' designer. Among them, it is the first time that Jay Chou, Jolin and F4 to have an ancient look. Vanness once again proved to be one devoted christian.

Maybe after watching Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ, he went and bought himself
a memorabilia of the film. Specifically the nail necklace, the nail in the necklace
is the replica of the nail used in the movie, and used to nail the hands and feet of Jesus
on the cross on Mt. Golgotha.
And in the recent HK Film Awards, Vanness wore the necklace and thus proved himself a true christian.

This special "wedding cermony" was held at Taipei's top floor. The elegent and beautiful Hebe wore the especially long wedding gown specially done up from a famous wedding gown shop in Taipei, together with the wedding music, walked in with handsome and suave Vanness Wu into the press conference. The Ti Tie Vanness even held on to her as he was afraid she was not able to move around in that gown.

When the host invited Cheng Zhe to speak standing in the middle of them, he had no choice but to break the beautiful scene. He talked about the wonderful performance of them both inside the first chapter. He said, " Vanness's appearence makes everyone feels that he is a person alive, and not only an idol. Just like in a scene with people, Vanness showed the entrepenership in the world, the angryness of not being able to get love, panic, weak , i allowed Vanness to become a "real person"."

Hebe and Vanness promote for Say Yes Enterprise



Acting in the first part of Say Yes Enterprise , Hebe and Vanness Wu have become the new generation's onscreen couple. In today's promotional activity Director Niu Cheng Ze obeyed fans' idea, making the two have a real wedding ceremony. Only that Hebe, who has recently put on a wedding dress frequently, is a bit yi xing lan shan.

Vanness on TVBS G-CLUB Fei Chang Ren Wu

Recently, TVBS G-CLUB Fei Chang Ren Wu visited the filming set of Say Yes Enterprise.

Vann, who had kissing scenes with Hebe in the show, revealed that he had his 1st kiss when he was 9 years old. Vann and the gal kissed out of curiosity, to experience the feeling of kissing. It was not romantic at all because it was in front of a large crowd. But the very 1st kiss which have real feelings took place when he was 13 yrs old, at a summer dieting camp.

Vanness expessed that he was sent to dieting camp when he was young because he was too fat. In 2 wks, he met a cute gal. Juz when the camp was coming to an end, he realized that he should do sonething, therefore, he kissed that gal. However, they didn't keep in contact after that.

18th April Things that happened of F4 in the plane

- Jerry & Ken sat together while Vanness & Zai sat together, in between them was a another row.


- Vanness chatted with Zaizai, at times, he'll laughed out loud.

- Zai kept sticking onto his chair & did not stand up at all, not sure why but Zai didn't even had his dinner, however, Vanness who was beside him finish up everything.

- Not sure why too, Zai kept playing with his fingers, or maybe saying, he kept doing exercises with his fingers ? And kept turning the ring on his index finger, sometimes he'll raise up his fist to do a boxing pattern, very funny. practicing some mars thingy?


- When Vanness, Ken & Jerry got absorbed in talking, Zai , at many times, would raise his head and take a look to see what is happening ....(Zai, why won't you walk over to play together, has ur butt for stick onto some glue?) too absorb in his rei role?

Nine big stars converged at an old city of Jordan, Amman.
Each of them put on a period costume designed by Yu Jiaan and stood in a row, looking very imposing. Stood in the center again was Pepsi eldest brother, Aaron Kwok, with pop diva, Sammi Cheng, stood next to him. Four members of F4 were dressed as young martial artists, each with his own characteristics and looking absolutely very cool. Jay Zhou and Jolin Tsai were separated by Edison Chen. After stars arrived one after another, they met with the crew to launch shooting of the commercial. Because this commercial is shot with an unprecedented cast, the first day of shooting already had 4000 Jordanian serviceman to act as extras. Plus, nine big stars seldom appeared together, the production team endeavored to best utilizing the photography time, shooting continuously from early morning until sunset. Pepsi has specially rented a restaurant for meals.

Just in case that the entertainers can get used to the local food,
Pepsi has brought large quantities of foods and drinks from Hong Kong. The set had six police cars stationed and an ambulance, to boot.

Entertainers?make-up room was a make-shift big tent, located outside the set. To avoid the media and fans, the crew had thought of an ingenious scheme - Security personnel covered entertainers from head to toe with big felt blanket. This was done regardless whether they went to a washroom or went back and forth to the set.

The funny part was whenever the entertainer came in and went out, the 4000 extras present would cheer them. Especially when the two females, Sammi Cheng and Jolin Tsai, appeared, the cheering would be so loud that it shocked everybody. The male entertainers laughed and suggested that they should come here to launch their careers, they certainly would become popular.
During the shooting, one extra was injured and had to leave the scene. Fortunately his condition has stabilized. According to Miss Li of Pepsi ?Actually all nine stars were very popular, maybe because it was all males, so ladies were especially popular. As soon as they appeared, noise rose from all directions.?In addition, asked why, in the group photo of nine stars, deliberately separating Jay Zhou and Jolin Tsai, lovers according to gossip, She clarified that it wasn arranged by Pepsi; it was all done naturally by the stars.

Due to the fact that everyone appears in ancient costume, all the actors and actresses had to go to the filming location at 6am in the morning yesterday to get dressed. Pepsi big sister Sammi feng qing wan zhong bright-eyed floating up, F4 automatically stood together, and as for Jay and Jolin, maybe because they were afraid of awkwardness, in between them was Edison. And besides Aaron, there was no other person looking straight at the camera. Everyone’s expressions were very “killing.”

All Nine Stars Drink Out of One Bottle:

Amman's desert and sand blizzard has the nine Pepsi super stars' eyes, nose, mouth and ears full of sand! With a 3 minute break, Jolin uses a towel to cover her face when re-doing her makeup, whilst F2 Vanness and Ken are her bodyguards. Jay and Edison decide to go in a mountain hole for a bit of Monkey Magic.

The 9 stars are in their 4th day of filming, water and toilet are the biggest of problems. Most have learned to 'hold' and drink less, only when they are really stuck do they take a 20 minute walk to the nearest reporter's car to do their business. To save water, they all drink from one bottle of water. Everyone of them have learnt how to tip water from mid air and are hygenic and skilled enough to prevent saliva accumulation.

The worst problem is wind and sand. When it blows, their mouth, ears, nose and eyes are filled with sand. Jolin has learnt to use a facial towel like the natives. When director calls cut, assistant immediately gives her the towel and she hides under the stone post, whilst Vanness and Ken, who didn't bring towels, accompanied Jolin.

Yesterday's filming involved all nine stars acting astonished, as everyone's actions was not sychronised, they ended up NG 7 or 8 times. At the end, all the stars were fovered in sand. But seeing that Sammi and Jolin were persisting all the way, the guys had to follow, no one lifted a brow. Aaron and F4 were hanging in mid air yesterday, no stunts man, all taking up the role themselves!

1st segment of TTV Say Yes Enterprise, Ma Que Bian Feng Huang will end on 25th. Hebe & Vanness's love story which deals with their incompatible family background will have a happy ending after much difficulties. In the end, Hebe dressed in white bridal gown, took off her high-heeled shoes & ran on the streets to rush to the wedding. Vanness fulfilled his dream, put on the ring on Hebe's finger & they kissed.

In the show, for Hebe, Vann gave up his family enterprise left to him by his father. Juz to be an ordinary person to be with Hebe. With the help of Tang Zhi Ping & Li Kang Yi, they finally managed to convinced Hebe's father & Vann's aunt.

Hebe was performing with the dance troupe when she received news of the wedding. She immediately changed to her wedding gown & ran, causing her to "pant like a dog". When Hebe reached the church, Vann took out the ring. With everyone's blessings, they completed the wedding ceremony with a romantic kiss.

For the show, hebe & Vanness especially took some bridal photos. Hebe, mischevious in nature made some ugly monkey faces, & Vann followed. They played while taking photos, and ended up with "Most unromantic wedding photos"
