Warming up with Hong Clan Boxing, Yong Quan Boxing, and Tai Boxing

Vanness Wu goes to HK to film movies frequently. As a result he became good friends with action actor Wu Yun Long. A few days ago Vanness went to a martial arts house so that they could do some training. The two's fists and legs were in the air. When Vanness was practicing, who has learned Hong Clan Boxing, Yong Quan Boxing, and Tai Boxing, he shattered a guang guan in one blow.
Vanness and action actor Wu Yun Long worked together a year ago in "Star Runner." Recently they are working together again in the new movie "Dragon Squad." Plus the fact that the two lived in the US, they naturally got along well. Because Vanness often need to film action scenes, it's logical that Wu Yun Long, who knows Yong Quan Boxing and Cai Li Fo Boxing, would become his master.
Refuses to have a double
The other day Vanness and Wu Yun Long went to a martial arts house to practice in Wan Zi. After warming up with Yong Chun Zhuang and kicking a sandbag, the two were punching and kicking. Afterwards they practiced with swords and sticks. When Vanness was practicing with a stick, he accidentally shattered a guang guan. Luckily he didn't get injured. Afterwards he personally cleaned up the shattered pieces of glass.
Vanness learned Hong Clan Boxing, Yong Quan Boxing, Tai Boxing and Free Boxing before. Everytime he films an action scene he does it by himself. When asked why he didn't use a substitute, Vanness said, "Because I think it's fun. Everytime I watch a movie I always thought that the actor did the action scenes by theirselves. Slowly I realized that it was a substitute. I don't like other people doing things for me, unless I can't do it well. Otherwise I'll challenge myself."
Wu Yun Long was full of praises for Vanness, "He fights really well, very smart, fast learner, and has good memory. He learned a set of boxing skills in one month. He does martial arts like it's suppose to look like, and he also puts forth a lot of effort when training."
Vanness had gone to Shaolin Temple to learn martial arts. Although he was only there for 2 weeks, it was already enough to make it an unforgettable experience. Vanness said, "When I went to Shaolin I was exercising and training everyday. It felt awesome. I woke up at 7am to practice, from 11am to 2pm I rested and then from 2pm to 5pm I practice again. But the most difficult time is during winter, it's so cold outside."
Touched when he saw children learning martial arts
When Vanness was asked what he learned after going to Shaolin Temple, "What's amazing is that when a person really goes to learn something, they'll devote all their time to it. I saw a child learning Iron Head. He practiced everyday with his head towards the ground, it's very enlighten."
