As for the train scene, the part after Chris/Jae Ha commented the bear sweater was too childish.. the next thing, he was seen wearing it! His expression was adorable! Then, followed by Eun Young's hilarious remarks which made me cracked up: "It's totally custom made for you. Also, that bear is the best. If you laugh like that bear, wouldn’t it be so much nicer?"


Frankly speaking, I'm more comfortable talking about SW here than in SW thread As most of the comments were mainly on SDY's parts, so I feel it'd be much appreciated here.. knowing very well we are all SDY lovers who are sharing the same point of views about him & his role in SW. Anyway, I noticed the SW thread has been 'quiet' and slow moving. The only recent post I made was on SW OST. Ahh, Mary, saw your previous comment there! hehee.. Hmm, might be a good idea for us to 'promote' the drama together! Just let me know and I'd happy to join along

Yep, not much talk over at the Spring Waltz thread but still, one at a time... they'd drop by and share (some maybe just shy )... at least give their nice thoughts about the series (though there were a few who have different views... but it's okay). The series has not yet shown here in my country (Philippines... I'm hoping that viewers would show interest and appreciation once it will be aired here). And watching SDY... the guy is just and his acting in this series is ...seeing him at first you'd have an impression that he's not a Korean (even his leading lady, HHJ). The JH/EY loveteam is just adorable! I really really hope that SW will be a 'hit' here (hit = good tv ratings) and that the tv station will promote it well (hey, maybe like LDW of My Girl.... they could invite SDY to come visit the country with HHJ and maybe with DH too ).

Yep, I like that babysitting scene. They should have extended SW to one more episode and give us a one whole eppy about their family life see how their kids look like... maybe follow the footsteps of their parents... who'd be another pianist like dad or be someone creative like mom. But yeah, that scene pretty much gave us a view on how/what they'd look like when they'd have kids! beautiful family!

ahhh, just to watch anything bout SDY it really took time (and patience) to download the first one... almost about 5 hrs. for me to download (downloaded yesterday). Then the second part (just finished now) was almost 2 and 1/2 hrs. Yep, that's dial-up for me! I so envy those of you with faster internet connection.

Actually, those 2 videos (fashion show) and the music video made by Yvonne are the ones I've watched/downloaded so far. The rest of the links posted in page 1 and the other pages I'd like to see them (but the links are not working anymore... yep, those sites store files only for a few days)... but it's okay coz I'd probably not be able to download them all at once coz of my slow connection I'll try to download next that G.O.D. 2love MV... hope it'll still gonna work!

Ahhh, you found the bathing scene! heheee... The part when Kang Goo was jumping happily on the bed and all of a sudden, JH grabbed him for a brotherly hug was touchy, but at the same time, KG's stunned reaction was hilarious

I certainly share your sentiments on using dial-up I think any person who had experienced using dial-up before (that's including me) would understand that every minute & every second count Therefore, I feel the AF Rules are practical. For example, to only post a few pictures at one time and the rest, as direct links so that it wont be a pain to wait for a long period for a page to load, etc That's why I'm trying my best to keep this thread as 'organised' as possible for easy scrolling, so that every page would look interesting & informative enough (hopefully) I'm glad most of you are very cooperative all this while Thousand apologies if I ever give some of you gals (especially the newcomers) the impression of being 'fussy' ya! heheee... Hey minamono (yep, kabayan here too )... THANKS again for the Coldplay song and nope, I have not watched Emperor of the Sea on QTV (oh I remember I watched a Japanese series on that channel... 'Beauty and Beast' ) but um saw some of SDY's screencaps posted here so yah, got to see on what his character looks like... was mentioned here also that he had a few scenes in it. Been wanting to watch him in other series to see his acting in a different role but yep, on his filmography... so far it's only Spring Waltz, Emperor and Oh Sarah. There was a link here on that Oh Sarah eppy but I guess I couldn't download that coz it would take centuries before I'm able to complete it . Thanks to Elle's other video links which I greatly appreciate coz I got to watch a different JH/SDY. Anyway here's hoping there'd be new projects for him soon.

No news yet as to when Spring Waltz gonna be aired in the Phil. I once saw a teaser ad on channel 2... a snow shot and kinda looks like a background in Korea. Thinking it was a teaser for SW but maybe not coz it's not a familiar scene from Spring Waltz. Don't know what's that about. Anyway, really can't wait for SW to be aired... hope they'd dub it well and that the Filipino viewers would watch and support it coz I think it's really a good love story with good looking characters in it! And yes... hoping too they'd invite SDY and maybe also the other cast to promote SW. And wow! if we could just get lucky and see him up-close and personal...

minamono... you have an original SW ost cd... (how much? where did you buy it?) you also have the original SW series? Mine is not. The first K-drama I bought, My Girl (in divisori) has a good english subtitle (it's noted there: translated by Goks)... wished that it's the same with Spring Waltz. The SW dvd I bought got poor quality video (very much different when I saw Yvonne's MV...) which also stops at some scenes and the subtitle is not good (as in NOT good! nakakaloka!). The osts... I just downloaded them from here thanks to Elle.

um, you guys watched those vids already but it's a first time for me so ... it made me in that vid when all-white-suit-SDY stepped and moved closer to HHJ then the audience clapped and cheered... then he put his hand over to HHJ side that made the audience more . SDY got that sweet smile such a sweetie. If only we could understand what was being said... I watched that several times just adorable... also nice ones with KG and DH.

Oh and also the one where they were in a party I think... where SDY's wearing a mickey mouse shirt and hat... HHJ almost pinched SDY's cheek and how many times he hold her arm .

Yeah, MG's got nice GC/YR's blooper scenes ... wish SW got JH/EY bloopers too

hello everyone ...... im one of seo do young's fan here in the philippines...... i love spring waltz specifically....... im watching this series for the 3rd time already and i love its ost too....... maybe another reason why i love this series is because i also play the piano........ the songs in this series are so so good......can you tell me where can i get the piano scores of this drama?......... and theres a scene in the drama where jae ha visited a fellow pianist in a bar and the pianist is playing the song titled "I" which is also used in Winter Sonata..... do you know where i can also get the piano score of this song and where i can download it......... sorry if im asking to much..... i just love this drama so much and seo do young too of course........ im just watching sea emperor because of him........

Yup…yup, SDY and HHJ are couple who have lovely pictures. I love all the pics of them. Especially the one they walked in the rain, one of his hand held an umbrella and another hand wrapped around her shoulder and held her hand .whoa! They looked so nature and so cute. Just love it .Elle, you know what pic I ‘m talking to huh?
The 2007 Calendar Spring Waltz is very beautiful….so glorious, but it missed my favorite pic in there. Believe me you girls will love that Calendar, if you get one.

The Japanese bookstore charged me for the magazines was $ 21.75, the novels $17.40 and CD Spring Waltz -JP version $30.98. I bought this CD because the song SDY sang “The Flower” I wished he sang more than one song since I paid that price. Thought, I already had CD Spring Waltz Korean vers .Hey, Grayhavens you are not the only one “broke”, count me in too o.k.

I really wanted to see LDW in person [oh the goodness of life! now one need not to go to Korea to see the man -- he actually visited the country... isn't that a blessing!] so yep, it's an opportunity to see him in person (well, if you get lucky?!!)... he guested in one of the shows where My Girl was aired (ABS station). Since I'm not that too far away from ABS... I tried going there not sure whether I'd get lucky to go inside the studio. We lined-up and waited for about more than TWO hours... [ahh the things you'd do just to see the guy!] but yeah, still no guarantee if you'll get an entry pass. They'd give you a paper and you'd write your name. They'd ahh what you call it... um draw? raffle? those papers and call out the names they picked. We're so many, maybe because the people knew that LDW will be a guest on the show that day... um about 200, not sure though about the numbers but there were so many people lining-up. As I recall they'd only get about 50 people?? (couldn't remember exactly) ...if your name's called you'll be one of the studio audience. And if NOT, well... bye-bye and just watch at home! Unfortunately I'm one of the 'bye-bye! go home!' unlucky ones ...aahhh I could have almost seen him in person but 'luck' wasn't on my side that time.

I envy those other fans who were able to see LDW (even follow him). I'm kinda far already to those places he stayed and shopped. Ah who would have thought that he'd visit our country. I remember... I was one of those who signed up for the on-line 'LDW visits Manila' petition then whoaa... after a few weeks news came out that indeed he'll gonna visit the country. Oh life!

[spoiler]PMP Entertainment is one of the VCD/DVD distributors in M'sia, being known for its good reputation in producing good quality products. However, time taken to process the copyrights thingy before they could get to release the latest drama series in the local market. Once available, I'll purchase directly from their shop dealers. I already bought 'My Girl' & 'Goong' DVDs - the Eng subs available may not be 100% perfect, but considerably good. Was hoping PMP will be the one to release Spring Waltz DVD, but the copyright was bought by Multimedia Entertainment (another reputable local distributor for VCDs). This distributor has recently produced K-drama 'One Fine Day' DVD. According to a shop dealer, the quality is as compatible as PMP's. What a sigh of relief for me! heheee.. Gosh, I cant wait to get hold of SW DVD soon! I wish there'll be extra features included.

I really envy how you can order from Yesasia so conveniently. I luv those original versions being distributed by Yesasia. Unfortunately, Malaysians have to pay high custom tax, etc. being imposed on imported VCDs/DVDs. As an alternative, I'll find source from: http://www.coolwin-video.com/movie/ for a good quality of 'imported' version. I'm very particular about picture quality. As for average subtitles and packaging, I can still consider. Therefore, I'll usually enquire more details from the person in charge before deciding to order online As for Mandarin dubbed versions, I prefer Taiwanese to China versions.[/spoiler]

I was so disappointed to see some extra scenes filmed in Austria which were not included in the drama Kind of misleading in a way since they were shown in the promotional clip earlier. Wonder why couldnt they add them in as part of JH~EY's honeymoon scenes, yeah?

Both SDY~HHJ possessed 'innocent-but-yet-so-gorgeous' look, beautiful eyes & smiles which are as captivating as ever! With these similarities plus their awesome on/off-screen chemistry.. made them a couple! You know, I was just thinking the other day, how I wish they'll model together in a wedding series. That would be fantastic, yeah?

Hmm, if this is the piece that u meant, I think it's different from the one played by the musician in the bar, rite? Please correct me if I'm wrong though Oh yeah, the musician is actually Yiruma ~ the well-known Korean pianist/composer whose marvellous pieces were included in the OST. What a nice surprise to see him appearing as a cameo role in the drama!

I'm downloading it right now... almost half-way through the mpg file (13+mb) coz it's about over an hour to complete. But the wmv file (67+mb) says 9 hours I'd maybe download that this weekend [coz what I do since I'm on dial-up... I just wait for the download to finish and if I can... not open any other files or surf while downloading... coz if I download a file at the same time open other sites... my downloading time slows down so yeah... patience is a virtue am willing to wait just to see these clips ]


And Elle... here's what we say in tagalog "sana mag-dila kang isang anghel" about SDY coming here ...I'm bad coz I'm not sure exactly what's the translation of it in English but it means something like... "hope what you said will come true".

okay finished the mpg file... that was KBS's promo ad for SW aahhhh beautiful! I love the background scene ...so that's where some of the pics were taken that I've seen here that I couldn't recall seeing on the eppys. The one where JH's praying... I did not see that one and so many nice scenes that they did not include where did that JH/EY-about-to-kiss go?!!! why oh why??!! did they not include those...

Seeing that promo makes me now even more excited to watch our version of it. I'm imagining now how they'd gonna promote it... like give us some teaser scenes just like that one... and probably they'll make a music video like the other dramas they show here. Now I'm really really really excited for SW.

I'm hoping too that they'll make use of the original background music coz the osts are simply perfect! it adds beauty and emotions to the scenes!
