I was only attracted to Suh Do Young's pair of eyes in the first few episodes of Spring Waltz But after Ep. 6, goshhh his whole appearance as the lonely & reserved Jae Ha started to grow on me Daniel Henney is very charming but there's something very unique about Suh Do Young which makes him outstanding, yeah? I believe he'll look real good if his long curls are slightly trimmed.

Aiasshh, i shouldnt have been so curious to find out about Spring Waltz --- now, another drama after My Girl & Goong which got me so hooked Oh boy, all these endless drools are killing me!

I luv the umbrella scene in Ep. 8! When SDY smiles, he could make one smiles along with him! hehehee... His expression during the scene when he stopped Eun Young, and searched frantically for the compact powder to give it to her but didnt know that he dropped it earlier, was so funny

It's unbelievable when u told me that Han Hyo Joo is only 19! She's very adorable As an inexperienced and first time lead actress, she's fantastic It was sweet when the naive EY continued to translate and didnt realise Phillip actually expressed his feelings when he said 'i like you' and 'i luv u'

OMG, just saw some preview photos of Ep. 9 & 10!!! JH & EY are going to have more opportunities to be together! Cant wait to see some sparkling interactions between them soon!!

It's the beginning of the quarter so I've got free time. OH! GOONG!! Didn't you just love the last 2 episodes???!!!

Suh Do Young, I LOVE his eyes and cheekbones!! And his tall frame! Hehe..you know how I love tall guys! Episode 9 and 10 were too sweet! I actually love the progression of the show. I really hope Han Hyo Joo kisses back. I don't want a "Full House Song Hye Kyo-Bi kind of kiss" It seems like SDY DEFINITELY knows how to kiss, but I'm clueless about HHJ since she's young and her first lead. Daniel Henney's handsome but SDY's Jae Ha/Su Oh is SOOO mysterious!! That's H-O-T!!

Are you excited about the Lee Dong Gun-Ha Ji Won drama in May??!!! I'm SO excited!!! Lee Dong Gun is another hottie!!

Did you watch this week's Ai Qing Mo Fa Shi?! The preview makes me anticipate next week! NOOO!!! Why must Shao Wei be fated once again to not get the girl??!!! Xiao Bei is the first girl he genuinely opens up his heart to but she's falling for Ya Si!! When Er Qi was in the rain and he told Xiao Bei she was the first person in his life that he wanted to say "good night" to I teared up like crazy!!

Awww, I'm soooo happy to see a happy ending of Goong season 1 Gudness, i still cant get over the sizzling kissy scenes of your Shin Goon & Chae Gyung!!! *swoons*

Remember when i mentioned that i didnt have any comments about SDY after Ep. 1? But now... whoaaa... i've so much fun 'analysing' his role as Su Ho/Jae Ha

I really admire the courage in the young Su Ho, who had gone through such a big sacrifice for saving Eun Young by going away with 2 strangers as his 'parents' and to live for the last 15 'lonely' years as a completely different identity as JH and had to pick up a new interest in playing the piano. Therefore, the Jae Ha now, with a remote character, mood swings and being temperamental when he's at work, is natural.

However, the least i expected was to see a very mischievious Jae Ha when he's with EY Awww, it's like he finally got the opportunity to 'emerge' as Su Ho once again! Goshhhh, the car scene in Ep. 10 -- how he placed his cheeky face next to EY's seat is realllllllly adorable and refreshing in a K-drama Dont u luv his eyes' expressions throughout their conversations and especially when he shouted 'OH!!' to ask EY to watch out for the oncoming cars but at the same time, wanted to 'distract' her concentration Han Hyo Joo has mesmerising smiles, too!

It was so romantic when he called her mobile phone to let her be the first person to listen to his newly composed music *swoons* (oh, was that an imaginary scene of both JH & EH playing 'hide & seek' under the cherry blossoms?)

From Ep. 8 onwards, every interaction of JH~EY is awesome! How JH 'tortured' EY when they went out shopping... how they laughed so naturally after the chasing chickens scene... so couple like during the baby-sitting part... the cute scooter ride... when JH accidentally held EY's hands and refused to let go... Oh my, i could go non-stop chatting about them!

I luv the slow motion kissing scene!!! IMO, it's beautifully filmed -- with JH's repeated 'hesitants' before taking each move closer to touching her lips... *swoons* wOwee, that got to be HHJ's first on-screen kiss, rite? hehehee... Yeah, the inexperienced HHJ sure needs some 'intensive training' when it comes to kissing! As for SDY, u r absolutely right about his kissing skills! kekekeee... Poor him, it was a bit awkward for him to bend down so much due to his great height

But darn, why did the PD has to torture poor Phillip by witnessing his best fren kissing his so-called gal fren? I'm worried how he is going to react ' Another cliche of an amazing 2nd lead turning 'evilish' after he's hurt by the lead gal? Definitely dont want to see Phillip hating Jae Ha Luv to see their brotherly-cum-special friendship. When the two gorgeous guys played the marvellous duet on the piano and each looked up & smiled at EY, respectively *fainted*

Hope the upcoming episodes are not going to be tensed & pathetic

Oh...I am so tired today. I have a quiz and oral in Chinese tomorrow!! I like to think my Chinese is fluent, but when I have to speak in front of 30 people, I stutter and sound retarded.

I'm going to rewatch all of Goong this weekend and more of Spring Waltz. I managed to skim through the episodes only. Look at episode 1 of Goong and episode 24 when Shin proposed to Hyorin and Chae Gyung. When Shin proposed to Hyorin, he said he didn't want to marry a stranger, she was familiar. When Shin proposed to CG in 24, he said he's finally found the person he wants to spend the rest of his life with.

Yes yes....my passion for tall guys. I always notice a guy's height and dress first. My ideal height is 180-183cm but I can do taller! I'll just have to wear heels more often! It would be a pain for him to bend down all the time if he wants to kiss me right?! I will be going home in June after Spring Quarter finishes and then I'm back in Davis again to see of my Korean friend, Ji Ae. She's going back to Korea June 27th . I won't see her again until next summer when I go to Korea!! I'd definitely like to get a Hanbok..that would be awesome!!!

I watched a good bit of 10 and didn't you feel awful when Jae Ha was confessing to the priest??!! And when he yelled out Eun Young's name on the cliff. He's fallen for her and it's killing him!! But I'm glad that Jae Ha fell for her before he finds out the truth. It's only episode 10 so we can expect a LOT more drama! It wouldn't be a seasonal drama if we didn't have drama!! Omigosh...Suh Do Young is TALL...I mean, Han Hyo Joo is 170cm and he STILL had to bend down to kiss her!! Haha...it's a good thing Yoon Eun Hye wore heels in episode 23 then! She's my height (168cm) and Joo Ji Hoon is 187cm too!!

Lee Dong Gun is confirmed for the drama. His first project back after a year off. Ha Ji Won isn't confirmed yet since she also has a movie offer at the same time. I loved his look in Sweet 18 and Stained Glass. Ugh...Lovers in Paris look- DID NOT WORK!

AQMFS is getting better!! But I hate what's going to happen to Shao Wei! As much as I love him and his character, I'm liking the Ya Si and Xiao Bei pairing! I can't stand Ya Si's ex-girlfriend Qing Kong! She wants him back now when she left him for her career! Hmm...sounds like a recent kdrama we saw Onni! Now..which one was that...haha...

The 'Alice in Wonderland' Eun Young was so cute here... kept on trying to chat with Chris/Jae Ha although he ignored her (but luv the way he stole some cool glances of her when she wasnt looking ). HHJ is very photogenic -- she looks great in all angles

So far, the story development is marvellous... seeing how JH develops his feelings for EY gradually... dont u think of cherry blossoms? Till now, I cant predict what's going to happen in Ep. 11 ' If Phillip is hating JH, i dont think Phillip will ever let EY to continue working with JH In Ep. 10, Phillip told JH, 'if u r not nice to EY, our friendship is over'. Goshhh, now having him witnessing how 'nice' his best buddy is treating his gal, he'll be furious '

Although i could only guess what JH confessed to the priest, but i cried buckets It's heartwrenching to see him enduring so much pain alone Falling secretly for his best friend's gal and hearing him saying how much he's loving her... is real torture!!! I have a feeling JH will back out from the relationship for the sake of saving his friendship with Phillip, at least for the time being until he found out about EY *sighs* Aww, EY is so fortunate to have these two amazing guys falling for her so deeply Aiasssh, the best solution is to let EY have both of them, rite?

Goong... remember the time when your Shin Goon & Chae Gyung spent their honeymoon... he asked if she's willing to grow old with him? *heart melts* In Ep. 23, when CG rested on top of Shin at the couch... awesome chemistry of a hubby & wifey, yeah? Cant wait to watch Goong 2!

Read summaries of Ep. 11 & 12 -- poor Phillip was shocked & hurt but it seems he didnt confront Jae Ha & Eun Young since he treasures his friendship with JH! Wat a sigh of relief tho -- at least, the two great buddies didnt end up in a fight ' Goshh, where to find such gentlemen & magnificent guys like Phillip & Jeong Woo?

Watched an upcoming preview clip, too --- there'll be an awesome scene of JH hugging EY from the back That reminds me of your Shin Goon & CG hehehee...

I wish they would include the catchy piano duet by JH ~ Phillip at the church in OST 2! The slow and fast tunes played by JH & Phillip, respectively -- something like their relationships with EY. I watched the preview for 11 and while it looks so sweet and romantic, I can't help but be worried for thingd to come My Korean is limited but I did understand that one scene in the preview with Jae Ha and his father. He told him she is the one he loves. The hug-from-behind is now the newest trend in Korean dramas. The last 2 years it was piggyback-ride, now it's switched to hug-from-behind.

Yes...I need more opportunities to wear heels. One of my friends is 6'3(187cm) and it does very tiring looking up at him!

At first, I've nothing against her since she's also innocent like Phillip. Onni!! Turns out my political science class was canceled this morning so I woke up early and went to campus for nothing . Oh well...I still have class at 3pm and 6pm later.

The Chinese subs for episode 11 should be out soon. Lots of sweet scenes but I'm not liking the reactions of Philip, LeeNa and "the parents." I wonder what's going to happen in the next 9 episodes...a lot of ground to cover. With Philip, I think if he were to find out the truth about Suh Ho/Jae Ha and what he sacrificed for Eun Young, he'd realize that Chris' love for Eun Young is pure and selfless.

Goong...what can I say..from episode 1 until 24, you can see how all the characters have grown and changed. Shin goon of all people...I'm speechless. Joo Ji Hoon, I am nuts about him right now !! When he shed that single tear in 21, he had me.

You should check out the Kim Rae Won and Jung Ryeo Won drama. It's really good and there's plenty of the romance element. The number of kisses (and I mean KISSES) in episode 1 tops the number of kisses in an ENTIRE drama!

MD and QQ's chemistry gets better and better. By episode 7, you're going to start getting teary-eyed. Shao Wei's Er Qi, you can see SO MUCH of the WZBQW element in there! I'm HATING Xiao Bei's mom. She's such a . And Qing Kong...selfish .

Skimmed through a bit --- oh gosh, JH~EY's chemistry is absolutely amazing during the piano teaching scene It's such a perfect moment to add a steamy kiss between the two! the PD for not being romantic enough Worst still, having his 'mom' turning up during this remarkable scene!!!

Yeah, lots of JH~EY lovey scenes in this epi, like a cute peck on the cheek, kimbap making scene, sweet hands holding scenes, etc He's like an indulging kid at times --- particularly when he smiles & laughs so cheerfully

Phillip... ohhh, i feel so bad for him but i've got to say that i'm very, very disappointed with the way he reacted (i feel like strangling the PD now ). I expected him to be different --- able to act/think rationally, able to differentiate between work & pleasure --- like how he used to advise Lee Na in the earlier situation *sighs* Just for once, i beg the PD to leave his character as the happy-go-lucky Phillip as before! Dont want him to be end up like Jeong Woo -- feeling depressed all the time

Elle姐！！Well, my professor was sick and it was my fault for not checking my email the night before class. Ugh...that means tomorrow's lecture will take up the full two hours.

I still havent watched episode 11 yet. I will do that Thursday night since I've got a paper to write over the weekened There are even more sweet scenes in episode 12! The subs aren't out yet!!

I'm not a major fan of Kim Rae Won but I do believe he's a good actor. Love Story in Harvard wasn't too bad. I think Jung Ryeo Won has amazing crying skills.

*Haven't you noticed how Korean stars can let tears flow in a second?! I don't think I've ever come across a drama where I said the actor/actress can't cry. Even newbies can CRY! Look at Goong...MY GOSH!! I guess if you wanna be a Korean superstar, the one skill you must master is how to cry at any given moment* The Queen of Tears- Choi Ji Woo!

Production of TV Drama "Spring Waltz" Hits Snag

April 12, 2006

Actor Suh Do-young has been under treatment at a hospital after he took injuries to his facial bones during the filming of the KBS TV2's Monday-Tuesday miniseries "Spring Waltz."

On the early morning of Apr 11, Suh (playing Jae-ha in the drama) acted opposite actor Daniel Henney (playing Philip) in a love triangle situation involving actress Han Hyo-ju (playing Eun-young). In an action scene, Henney accidently hit Suh in the face with a clenched fist in a moment of "complete disharmony" between the two actors during the filming. As a result, Suh suffered a sunken cheekbone.

The accident occurred despite previous rehearsals. The production of "Spring Waltz" has therefore hit a snag in the aftermath of Suh's sudden hospitalization. A total of 12 episodes had been broadcast until April 11. The next episodes are expected to focus on a melodramatic love story between Suh and Han. The episodes will make a dramatic turn as Suh recognizes that Han was the girl whom he had met in Cheongsando during his childhood.

In an emergency conference, the production team reportedly discussed how to proceed with its schedule. The team has decided that it would be difficult to go ahead with the filming without Suh because of his heavy role in the drama. An official from Suh's agency said, "No decision has been reached yet as to whether to continue the filming of the drama without Suh Do-young. As he received injuries to the face, it will be a long time before he completely recovers. But we will know for sure only after his doctor gives a diagnosis."

"Spring Waltz" had suffered from low viewer ratings, contrary to earlier expectations. The production team is reportedly quite anxious over the lead actor of the drama being in the hospital.”

For the past episodes, Suh Do Young's marvellous portrayal as Su Ho/Jae Ha already grew deep on me! I'll die if the production team decide to replace him with another actor Let's pray hard that they WONT!!!

Oh boy, he's soooooooooo adorable & loving in Ep. 11 & 12!

Hope Suh Do Young would recover SOON!!!




PS: Ohhh gudness, I still cant believe it --- previously, Lee Dong Wook was suffering from leg injury after MG. And now, poor SDY was injured during the filming of SW!! Last time during PTF days, Ming Dao had a hard time coping with his mom's accident!

Shirley dearie... poor Daniel must be going through a miserable time blaming himself for what happened

When you watch the scene in Ep. 12, you could actually sense something is 'missing'. But i thought may be it's just a filler or something. U see, after Phillip punched Jae Ha furiously, the next immediate scene showed the two guys sitting on the bench and had their man-to-man talk in a 'calm manner'? It doesnt make sense, rite? Normally, we expect to see Phillip still yelling angrily at JH, who's lying on the floor?

But it was obvious that SDY's face doesnt look right during the bench talk tho ' Gosh, the injured SDY insisted on staying back to finish filming that particular scene!

Awww, poor SDY... being hospitalised and needs to undergo an operation on his birthday tomorrow (April 14) Aja! Aja!! Fighting!!!

Other than SDY's lovely pair of eyes, I wasnt paying much attention to his aloof character in Ep. 1. Perhaps, i was too charmed by Daniel Only started to notice SDY in Ep. 4 --- how JH grabbed EY so tightly during the dance? Then, after Ep. 6, whoaaa... i'm completely hooked!! Oh ya, i so agree with you about his voice! hahahaa... When i saw the very first smile from JH, my reaction was like, 'OMGosh, this guy KNOWS how to smile, huh'

Han Hyo Joo... i simply luv this newcomer. Her every expression is natural and lovable! No wonder when PD Yoon was asked why he chose HHJ, a new face as the lead gal, he was so confident with his 'wait-&-see' reply! Hats off to his judgement! One of my apartment mate is having on-again off-again fights with her boyfriend (he came up to UCD from UCLA for the weekend) so I've been losing sleep and my other apartment mate dropped out for the quarter due to diagnosed depression

Anyhoo...I'm glad that the production team just decided to stop filming for a week. That means nothing will be effected. I hope we get news that SDY is going to make a full recovery soon. ONNI!! I haven't watched 11 or 12 yet!! I'm stressing over the first round of papers!

Shin goon does need a haircut! At least a trim!! What is it with celebs and hairdos after a successful drama? Like Sang Woo oppa after Stairway to Heaven ! He was yummilicious with his Cha Song Joo look! And breaching off that, he looked so sexy at the end of STH when he didn't have his hair completely slicked back...that frizzy look...HOT Thank goodness Dong Wook oppa looks the same!

Save the Last Dance is really good and the song Give My Love my Edward Chun is off the floor!! You'll love it because it's like the Korean version of our beloved WZBQW!

Which Star Are You From is getting really good!! Whenever Jung Ryeo Won's Bok Shil cries over her love for Saeng Hee, I get this heartbreaking feeling.

I watched the trailer for Jerry Yan's new drama "The Hospital" and it LOOKS SOOO GOOD! Wow...his character is such a 180 from Dao Mingsi!! And I'll admit it, Jerry's so much better looking now that he was back in the MG days!
