LOVE LOVE LOVE the pictures. I agree...they are so compatiable!! Still keeping hope that one day, Louis will return to the small screen and film another series with Jessica. If Kenix and Michael can do it after so many years, so can they.

Speaking of DIFIV...gosh, that's like the best series ever!! Watched it so many times in the last couple of years that I've lost count. Yet, I still watch it over and over again, minus the ending chapter of course. Can never watch it without crying!! Would be the best best best series ever if the ending wasn't so "sucky". LOL.

They were so close it was so cute. They were probably best "industry" friends. They used to be like Tavia and Ron are now (I'm guessing that's what the TR in your name stands for). I think Jessica was the first (and maybe the only) female friend Louis was openly at ease with.

It's too bad they've probably lost contact. Since they're both really busy and travelling drastically different roads, I don't know if they'd have much contact unless they're working on something together. But I think if you put them back together again in a room, they'd still get along divinely. Just like old times. Rumor has it that Louis, Jessica and Gallen are really close even outside of work. Like-family close, but I don't know how much truth there was to that rumor.

Wasn't it infuriating with the Triumph in the Skies II speculation? It was thissssssssssssssssssssssssssss close to being an LJ series. Even if everything about the series was horrible, I would've watched it solely for the sake of LJ. Anything for LJ!

yeah the 3 of them are close outside. It is a fact that Jessica is Gallen Lo's son or daughter's godmother & jess & louis along with a bunch of other artists attended gallen's wedding a longgg time ago.

Anyways, I agree...LJ are really close off-screen also. They're both god parent's of good friend Gallen Lo's son. They also both deliberatly took off time from work on MBF to attend his wedding. Jessica was also invited to attend the birthday party of Louis' dad years ago.

Too bad TVB still can't work around Louis' schedule so that they'll have a chance to work together again. TITS II was a close shot. I was so excited for it, but then Louis said that he turned it down due to work schedule.

Though they don't seem to be keeping in touch in front of the media, I remember reading a translated interview of Louis' over at his fanclub forum. One of his fans asked whether or not he still keeps in touch with Jessica and he said YES!! After reading it, I was happy for days. LOL. NOTHING...and I mean NOTHING got me angry. LOL. All I had to do was think back to his answer. HAHA

Atleast in ASITP, LJ had "half" a relationship. Better than in DIFIV...But seriously, what was TVB thinking? They must not have wanted Anne Heung to have any fans. The first series she's in and she ends up being the third person that breaks up the "golden couple". I couldn't tolerate her for years after it. HAHA. Same goes for Sonija. When she first won, I thought that she looked pretty good (compared to previous winners) but then she comes along with her first series intruding on LJ also. Sigh....

to QuackieChau: looking back, TR and LJ really does have something in common. well jessica is practically the closest female friend to louis, and so is tavia to ron! i think that they still keep in touch somehow. tits2... it was that close, but louis turned it down! i was so upset!

Forgot to ask when I first read this. Was that the one time in Taiwan? Also, has he really kissed any other females (other than his mum, of course) even after that incident? I don't follow Louis news nearly as closely as I follow Jessica's, but he still seems very reserved around women.


I think that's the only reason I feel anything for TR: because they remind me so much of LJ. I've never actually seen TR work together (though I've seen them interact with each other a few times).

After LJ "separated", I moved on to Raymond-Michelle, mostly because Ray looked kinda like Louis and Michelle looked like Jessica back then, but I got over them after a short stint. Thank goodness for Ron-Tavia. LoL. I finally have a temporary replacement for LJ again. And this time, the friendship's really there. It also kinda works out nicely 'cause I think Ron seems to be following closely in the footsteps of Louis, and I can definitely see Tavia becoming part of TVB's next generation of big sisters.

god...this is like my ultimate ULTIMATE favorite pairing in TVB history. They have the most amazing chemistry I've ever seen. It's so real that I suspect something is going on with them in real life (ok maybe i'm dreaming....but still I love them that much hahaha lol)

I like Ron and Tavia, but they are far FAR from LJ. I don't think they can ever reach LJ's chemistry.....I don't think any couple can....well probably Michael and Kenix trailing behind lol. While Raymond can usually build up chemistry with most of his female co-stars perhaps due to the storyline or whatnot.....such as with Myolie in SL, Leila in TLB, or Tavia/LiQian in TOB, Michelle in EH, etc.......but I think so far I can only see chemistry between Ron and Nancy in TOB....and perhaps Ron and Ella (though I haven't watched it all).

my favorite lj series has to the ultimate "detective investigation files IV" i love that series, too bad they can't be together at the end. this very day, i still hope that tvb did an sequel to that series. if only DIF4 had a great ending, everything about this series would be perfect. louis kept on saying how much anne sacrificed for him, but did she really sacrifice that much? roger loved her truly, and he did somewhat protect and took care of her. however, jessica was the first one in the LJ relationship. basically, she had to chase louis and then, after all her efforts, she had to give louis back to anne. LJ's chemistry doesn't die away just now. i noticed that when louis was crying with jessica, he looked more real. the hugging scenes w/ anne looked somewhat uncomfortable to me. however, did u notice that louis grabbed the part under jessica's armpits (perhaps can be called upper ribs) after he hugged her? step into the past didn't show enough LJ scenes in my opinion. TITS would be one series i would do practically ANYTHING just so i can watch it.

there are only a few series which i cry until i can't cry anymore. i usually do cry at sad scenes, but there are two in which i can remember really well.

DIF4: what more can i say? everyone here that has watched it knows that the ending is EXTREMELY tragic. the hospital scene was too short in my opinion, but the feelings were expressed enough. i actually thought that when louis came back to visit jessica at her house was as sad as the hospital scene. new couples are still NO MATCH for LJ's chemistry. i don't think that any couple can reach LJ's point. they are truly TVB's golden couple.

LWVB: probably because i am a RM fan, but i thought that this one, michelle sacrifced a lot.

i like a lot of couples, but i am almost sure that NOBODY can replace LJ in my heart. this couple doesn't need any new series or pictures for them to have loyal fans. gallen and jessica is good, but to the point of LJ, that's impossible for them.

I could die happy if someone was just brilliant enough to bring them back together for an AD! Why won't anyone do it?! Actually, as much as I hate the ending of DIF4, I don't think I'd have it any other way. They were probably loved all the more because they were separated at the end. And poor Anne was probably hated all the more because she was the "third wheel." And I hear Jessica was hospitalized for a significant amount of time while filming "Step", so her scenes were cut so filming wouldn't be delayed. What a shame.

As much as I love for LJ to be together in the end, I felt it was for the best. [I hated the ending so much after watching it] But my love for LJ grew like ten folds...

Jessica was hospitalized while fliming ASITP, she was in there for like a month. She had something that starts with a C I just forgot.. anyways yeah her scenes where cut because of it. =( but Jessica's health comes first always!

I've always wondered where that picture was from. It seemed to pop up mysteriously without my noticing where it came from and I've never been able to figure out. Was this hanging out behind the scenes of ASITP? Louis looks dark enough and Jessica's hair (and Louis', I suppose ) looks long enough to be around that time... But that's all I got. lol. Any news or anything to go along with the picture?

I believe that the pics were taken during the filming of a sales presentation clip for TVB about 3 years ago. It was for the horror series that never got filmed.

i wonder why they didn't film it... a horror film w/ LJ would definitely be something i would watch! it's either that they have tight schedules or it's that TVB is dumb enough to not film this.

They never dated. I don't think they were ever even rumoured to have dated... Unlike all of Louis' other female costars at the time, I think Louis didn't really have any rumours with Jessica.
