i dont get it..

In epidsode 9, the 4th tiger stabbed the girl and asked her to wait for him. But the girl like waited for 6 months ...WITH A WOUND! Wouldn't she be dead by then? Wouldn't the wound get infected?

well, this isn't really a filming error, but i noticed a typo in the beginning. instead of "the bitter bitten". they have "the biter bitten".

Apart from the dead obvious nonsensical title "the bitter/biter bitten" - which ever way you take it...the following things bug me also:

• The tigers were THIEVES- how on earth are they able to come up with riddles and clues clever enough to stump a university professor????? Come on! how unrealistic is that?
• Why would the 10 tigers go into SUCH extreme lengths to hide clues in swords, eggs, poems in public parks....
• everyone who's been to a circus knows the audience are so far that they can't see the faces of the performers....even WITH a zoom
• anyone who's been to a zoo in china knows that they are much more filthy and disgusting than the zoo in the series..The way Chinese zoos treat their animals are very very disturbing...I am not an animal lover but i ended up walking out with my friends after 5 minutes in the beijing zoo. It was atrocious!

In Ep 3 where Benny and Michael saved Linda from a bunch of rascals at the Crocodile bar. Michael was supposed to have drank Benny's glass of water. Benny's water was half full in the camera and Michael was full. Someone commented that the wrong glass was picken up, but actually Michael did not drink Benny's glass. I didn't know why the director took a shot of Benny putting down the glass. Was it supposed to be a joke between friends that looked awkward and a metaphor of the love between Linda and Michael. Why did they drank a glass of water and than a glass of liquor?

Also I think that the car didn't stop there usually why they filmed these scenes the car is being towed by a truck and then they act or the driver didn't have a license to drive in China. It is pretty dangerous for a sudden stop in a highway in China because roads are very congested.

Also I always hated Benny's acting but so far I think it is all good.

thats just how the story goes, the whole point of this series is to talk about the teasure that is hidden within the National Park.. If you don't like it then don't watch it. No one is forcing you.

I thought some of the thieves came from professional background, families that's why they SO DANG SMART!!! like the anti-gold feng shui setting of one of the graves...



probably the treasures WERE really expensive that's why they hid the clues... or MAYBE there's a even MORE VALUABLE treasure when all of them a placed together??

in a way that part is like one of the exciting, fun, breathtaking part about the series... you don't know what lies behind the mysteries... if thatmade sense to yaz = D
i just don't really like how the relationship is going on between the main characters

I nevered like his acting. I always thought it was forced, but this series I really think he did a good job and maybe because the character he is portraying is like the real me. I will have to say so far so good for his acting in this series.

haha.. its interesting how benny is like 30 something but he portrays a 25 year old guy. its not exactly an error but its interesting how benny could still look 25 and its convincing.

i thought that benny improved a lot in this serie.....i have always like his acting....but this one is the best so far

well, the only thing i get really annoyed with is whenever they say "fay sing jing sun" or "tuen geet" as if they had any to begin with?? the whole group basically hates each other.. there's linda crew vs sherming crew and then the useless guys who seems to jump from crew to crew.

I thought the plot and everythign was fine, i mean TVB had to make it seem unrealistic in order for them to really haf a mystery fit into a circus theme lolx...

The only thing that annoyed me was the parts where Linda and Sherming (i dunno if i spelled her name right) "jumped" through the hoops. The hoops were just too far away fo rthem to glide past it.

One small cellphone battery is enough to cause an explosion the power of a dynamite... If that's tru, then cellphones will never be allowed in planes...

I always loved Benny's series but this is probably my favourite so far. The story is awesome (although I REALLY hate the pairings.)

i guess i found it kind of dumb how stephen au remembered his father saying those things to him.. but if his father wanted him to find the treasure anyway, why didnt he just straight out tell him where it was instead of trying to tell it through some riddle? especially since he knew there were booby traps in the place.. like flying daggers and crap...haha

I gotta say i agree with the first one how can the tiger thieves are able to come up with riddles and clues and so much twists since htey cant predict the future they will just make it simpler but then its an episode of course the writers will make it more sarcastic or else this movie will be pretty boring cause we'll figure out everything, dont need to watch it then. Really, what series or movie is realistic, they have at least one fictional point in there

My point is that this series is kind of like Sherlocks. Sherlocks being the detective and his friend asking him questions just so us readers will know what's going on. Without his friend there will be no story, same here, without no clues and so much twists there will be no story

In the episode wit Linda praticing going through the 4 hoops thing by herself there was someone pushing the launching thing.

well thats just how it is. it is just a series. noone said it was suppose to base it on reality. just like movies arent based on reality.

The only thing that bothers me is how unscientific it is. But I guess if you're too scientific, people won't understand and won't be interested. Who says knowledge is good. I hate being a science major, it ruins lots of things in life lol

because its impossible to jump thru the 3 hoops at that angle and that speed

the computer programs are SO ridiculous. there is no way they could just click on a head and have a computer automatically predict the future look. they make it see so simple and when they scanned the picture too.

i think how they hid the treasures are very stupid too.

how come in either ep 17 or 18, benny's grandpa showed him the "hui tou shi an" statue, benny didnt react? i thought it was supposed to have been lost in the fire?

yeah that's exactly what i though too. my guess is Benny actually has that status at home instead of having it at the office.

well, it's not a big error but in ep 18 when micheal and shirley won the prize, shirley said: no i'm not staying here becuz i have to go to Hong Kong. But she was going to Canada, wasn't she??

Yeah, and they are breaking the Issac Newton gravitational law too...I can't believe how fake they did it. Although you want to do it in the computer, it has to make some sense by flying those loop...anyway this is TVB

I don't see the theme of the serie goes with the title of the serie. It is about circus but it seems like those two things don't relate to each other. Anyway they can come up with a better idea of doing this serie.

yeah.. the part in ep. 18 after they won the prize was weird. maybe shirley wanted to go hk first before boarding another plane to canada?

small error.. but in episode 15 when they were trying to connect the dots (from the map) in crazy style caligraphy.. the door (in the professors office in the university) was actually closed but they showed someone peeking in the door as if it was open.

Yea I thought that was really funny, how she stil lhad that blood mark on her shirt when she went back to the village...shouldn't she have washed that by now if she was in a cave for so long?

And also..when they were in the bar looking for that guy with the sword...the drink in Benny's hand changed from angle to angle in the camera! One angle it was full, and on the other it was only half empty..lol I thought he had drank it but then they changed angles again...

They made Michael and Shirley so crazy as to lock their friends in a coffin in a cave, no real person would do that. Esp them, talking so loud in there, it's a cave lol. Sigh....

And what's with all the fake jumpping through hoops...looks like they're flying.

And how Benny all of a sudden thinks of stuff...from nothing. Something simple that I notice and he doesn't even get until after he thinks of the crazy big clue...weird.

In episode 16, the professor got hit by a falling rock on his forehead on his left hand side, then when they were back in the office, they stuck a white bit of material on his head on his right hand side. Plus the white bit of material doesn't really do anything because it's stuck on his hair.

In Episode 19, Benny's parents were kidnapped by a group of gang. Who release them or how were they release? I didn't get why they use Linda in exchange of the secret treasures. The script forgot to mention that part. Oh well!! Towards the end, what happen to all the valuable gold? I think the ending was a bit rush.

its a series...you watch it for entertainment...we see kung fu style series with people flying everywhere...i bet you'd hav alot to say bout those lol

I think they used Linda because they thought that she would be enough to make Benny talk and give up the clues, plus if they managed to save Linda be chiance, the bad guys still have back up plan in taking Benny's parents out as exchange too....That's waht I think anyway.

Sometimes I wonder if you can fly through 4 hoops. They look like superman. I think it is done using computer graphics.

i read in Benny's thread on AF that he was 34...born in 71...

well they did say one of the tiger theives background had knowledgable about "fung shu." This can tell u why they had the ability to set those traps and riddles... i also believe they didn't all of suddne beceom thieves.. they came together to form the group.. so each had their respective backgrounds in society.

spoilery if you haven't watched:

in the ep where they opened the gold egg.. and the professor was like since the necklace came from '3 por' (linda's grandma)... and '3 tiger' gave it to her... then maybe 3 tiger's descendants have another necklace... but 3 por's childhood love was 4 tiger and 3 tiger is stephen's dad... no relation on that... so it made no sense how they connected those keys together...

I don't know if it was a mistake, but in in episode 16 when Linda and Stephen were at the professors office trying to open the silver egg and the professor was drinking from the cup it really sounded like it was empty.
Maybe I heard wrong..but you can hear the sound of water when he drinks the first time, but it sounded empty the second time.

man..yu guys obserbe too much....OVERALL was it a great series to watch? Was it funny and ejoyable? Have not not seen a great movie liek this in a long time?

Just a few things to point out..at the end of tape 4 (vietnamese dubbed)..Shirley was waiting for the elevator, right? ..but when the woman walked out, she didn't enter it and stood there to listen to the lady's conversation with her husband and lover..why is that?

series is good..i don't really mind the errors that were pointed out..so far...the series is so fascinating..

wen they found the ribbon from the sword they had to use a key to open the thingys and the blade flew out but then wen blade flew out wen benny used it against steven? he used hes fingers to remove the thingys that didnt make any sense ><

linda's friend in tha cirucs couldn't perform because of what she did right ?

and when tha captain fell .. she wasn't performing (normal clothes hair down).. but when tha captain was about to go to tha ambulance . . . tha girl had her hair up !!

even in tha meeting when they discuss about tah show to go on thing . her hair was up with make up ?

i dont know if this has already been mentioned or not, but in episode 5 or 6 (im not sure, but its in one of the earlier episodes) when linda was trying to go through the four rings for the first time, you can see someone's hand pushing the swing

HA!!! I asked my cousin how old he thinks Benny is and he said 25!!! OMG!!! Benny LOOKS sooo young in this series!!!

Benny is only 35... His birthday was on the october 7... and he was born in 1971...

really, how did Michael and Shirley get to the bridge before the bad guys and Benny and Linda? i didnt notice all the other little mistakes but this was a big one. i thought my tape got cut or something...

and after all they went through to get to the treasure, at the end all they had to do was blow up that wall. that dosent fit.
