Astrid just recently returned to TVB...i remembered seeing her in one of the Trio Continues episode (near the end), and I think she was filming for a new series with Bobby, Forensic Heroes, which hasn't been released yet.

patrick tam was the guy in the series "seed of hope" with kenix. he was a tvb actor n he left to film somewhere else. he was also the druggie in cop movie with alex fong n marco ngai as the traid boss.

Patrick Tam went back to atv and his current series was Fong Tak & Mui Chui Fa which was really good. He'll have another series filming soon with atv.

i just happen to hear & remember it when watching tvb shows like super trios since they use it to make fun or at least make the people embarrassed (ex: in the older trio shows, they teased both patrick & astrid a few times about their relationships)...hehe

As for Julian & Anita, they started when they film the movie Tragic Commitment together. They both met & felt for each other at the same time...I saw this interview where Anita said that Julian kept telling people that she was the one who court him first to tease her They're both are so funny. When they started dating, they openly announced their relationship instead of hiding like other couples at first, which shocked a few people. But i really admire them for doing that because not a lot of couples have the courage to do that...

Dodo Cheng and Lui Fong were in Once Upon a Time in Shanghai but they were never in the same scene together!!

Jack Wu and June Chan probably started dating while filming The King of Yesterday and Tomorrow and now they have recently got married!

It's interesting that many of those listed here are no longer couples...out of those that still are, my personal favorite is Julian Cheung and Anita Yuen -- they have such great chemistry and their playful banter off-screen (like in interviews) is quite humorous...

There are also quite a few couples from the 80's and 90's who acted together. The 5 Tigers and their significant others were the most obvious in the 80's (they dominated most of the series in that era anyway). One that comes to mind right now from the 90's is Leon Lai and Kathy Chow in The Breaking Point (obviously they broke up long time ago).
