This new album would be in the direction of something more passionate and emotional, with love songs as the main theme. Among the songs is one that I have done a duet with Chi Lam, I feel that the song is very very nice! The content of the song is talking about the view of a strong woman's romance, must love oneself in order for others to cherish or love you. And if you do not receive as much as what you have given for love, it means that the other party does not treasure you and being strong is only necessary." When I participated in "Famine 30Hours" and performed with G.E.M. etc, I feel that it is truly hard to come by that I can become a singer. I am absolutely not those kind of "player" nature and I really wish to be able to further develop as a singer identity. However there are times where I will meet with unhappy things, an example is being said as having lousy performing skills. This is also the most unhappy thing for me. But I will strive to learn more as a result of all the bad and unhappy comments, to try, and to proof that I myself have room for improvement." This 10 years have also caused Myolie to change quite alot. "I have become more matured. I am a more emotional kind of person and especially when I have just entered this profession, I was very sensitive to the questions of the reporters and was very nervous. But I have slowly learn the art of treating people and learned how to get along with the reporters. When I was studying overseas last time, I have trained myself to be independent and adaptable. Actually I have really changed alot. I love to cry alot when I was young and could not stop, I was a "chilli puddy (powerful in a sense)" child but I was also afraid of strangers, especially strangers who are males as I always feel that they will abduct me! A person will really become more well-behaved when they grow up and also learn how to respect people."

Humans are pets of feelings and emotions and all hope that their lover will be there for them and support them when they are down. However, to an artiste, romance and love is the another difficult issue for them to deal with. "I'm not somebody who must date and would not date just for the sake of dating. If you meet with a guy which is not good for you, not only will he not be able to support you but he will affect you more instead. If you are fated to meet with a guy, nature will take its course and there is no need to put in any unnecessary effort in allowing yourself to meet one. There are good and bad points for dating or being single and furthermore, you can also enjoy and have fun while in the process of finding the one for you. In addition, being in this profession, we are really too busy to have time to date and therefore, leave everything to fate ba! When you are young, you will get together with the other party as long as there is feel, but now that we are older, we have to considered many other factors and especially artistes like us, we would think if the other party does actually like us or appreciate us, or that they just like our identity and status. I really do not know how to differentiate. In addition, I don't like to fight over something and if the opposite party sincerely likes me, he will naturally come and find me. There is no point of fighting and whatever kind of triangle relationship will only cause pain and suffering. Just like in the new series "Burning Flames 3" where I am entangled between two guys, one with the passion while the other for the responsibility. The crew made use of many water hoses to film the romantic rain scene of Myolie and the male lead, and also when she’s afraid of her boyfriend having a change of heart and had a huge cry. Ent.163: Burning Flames 3, where you're one of the main leads, is currently being aired in TVB. But at this crucial point of time, you came to Mainland for filming. The outsiders have claimed that you've given up the race for the Best Actress award. What's your view on this?

Myolie: There's still such saying? I'll end filming for this drama at the end of August. The Anniversary's in November. There's still lots of time for preparation. Whether I'll get the award or not, I won't think too much. There are still many good dramas which haven't aired this year yet.

Ent.163: For the filming of Beauty Scheme this time, is this the start of your entrance into the Mainland market? Have you thought of coming to Mainland for further development in future?

Myolie: If I can come to develop in Mainland, it'll be good. I hope that by coming to film in Mainland, I can improve my acting skills, broaden my exposure, and hope to act with different actors. To me, the pay doesn't matter a lot. It's the script which is most important. Hope to be able to receive good scripts, and partner up with good actors.

Ent.163: After filming so many dramas, which role is the closest towards your real-life personality?

Myolie: Previously, I've filmed many comedies. Everyone feels that I'm a cheerful and active person. The Survivor's Law character is more like me in real-life. More matured.

Ent.163: This is your first time leaving TVB to film in Mainland. How did this chance come about?

Myolie: Have always wanted to work with Yu Zheng, but my schedule can't really accomodate. Coincidentally, during this period of time, I'm available, so I came over and film. This is a hugely-invested TV series. I wish to learn something from Mainland. And the costme-image area makes me look very beautiful.

Ent.163:For this costume-image, did you bring up your own opinions?

Myolie: No ah, I just sat down there, and let them do it for me. The make-up artist is very professional. One teacher has around 4 to 5 assistants following behind her.

Ent.163: Is filming going on smoothly for you?

Myolie: Currently, yes. Because this is my first time speaking the lines in Mandarin. For the first day, when I was filming the night scenes, I was a little nervous, but fortunately, not many NGs. My wish has always been to be able to act and speak in Mandarin one day, so this time, my wish has been fulfilled.

Myolie has been busy filming and recording for her new album recently. Her rest time is limited everyday. When i wake up in the morning, the first thing that i will do is switch on the television and watch the news. Next, i will pull open the curtains to allow the sun to shine in. There is a full of life feeling. Then i will look at my cats and wish them a good morning. I will then think what i would like for breakfast. If i don't want to eat out, i will bake bread at home. I love to bake bread because from preparing the flour till it becomes a dough, looking at how it is being bake and becomes the final product, the feeling is very happy, full of satisfaction. TVB's Drama "When a dog loves a cat" will be airing on 24th August 2009 on Shenzhen National Guard.
