I'm so excited!! Wars of In Laws!!! Yay!! I can't wait until June. I really hope it's not a rumor or anything because my hope is really high at the moment. Hope the original cast will be part of it. I don't want them to change the cast becaue then what's the point of being a sequel if the cast is altered?

hmmm many series that i like......but the recently one was "To Grow With Love". I like her so much in there. She is so cuteee.
I simply can't wait until June!!! I'm very excited even after the news of the sequel have been long gone.
Hm... my favorite Myolie series? Well, I like a lot. But if I have to chose, it'll be "Triumph in the Sky." I love that drama. I have re-watched over and over again. Love her in it.

I think her breakthrough was Survivor's Law. Ever since that drama came out, Myolie began to have semi main roles. I enjoyed seeing her in Survivor's Law. I even like her hippy hair. Many people said the hair doesn't suit her, said it made her face too big, but I absolutely love it! She was so mature in that series. She was only 23 or 24 when she filmed in it. Did you guys watch Survivor's Law? It's really good, you guys should watch it. I also enjoy Net Deception. Myolie was hella cute and cool in it.

The series I started to like Myolie was Survivor's Law. She and Raymond had SUCH awesome chemistry! They were so cute in it. My other favorite series of Myolie is War of In-Laws. Boscolie had superb chemistry--just like Rayolie.. haha
Net Deception was good too... I loved the sibling love Wong Hei and Myolie and Jackolie.. haha My favorite is SL and WOIL.
I've just read the news of the interview between Myolie and Feng. They are so cute. Now, I'm okay with this couple. Even if she doesn't end up with Raymond, which I know she wouldn't, I'll watch it to support Myolie!!

This is the one hour interview. It's a must see interview although the whole interview was spoken in Mandarin. You can totally see there are many interactions between Fenolie (Feng Shao Feng and Myolie). Shao Feng pretty much was facing Myolie the whole time and you can see he paid much more attention on Myolie than the other girl Zhao Ke.
Our Myolie's always so adorable. And you have to admit, Myolie's Mandarin is close to flawless!! I wish I can talk like this in Mandarin. Anyways ....
This interview is really really long, it's kinda hard to write the whole transcript of the interview ... lemme just share some of the highlights here.
It's funny near the beginning when the three described how they first met. Shao Feng complained that Myolie ignored him. haahahh Of course Myolie protested. Then Shao Feng said, "okay okay ... you were nice and friendly to me the first day but the next day you ignored me!!" I think he gave a little pout but quickly replaced by a smile, "just joking". Isn't this cute?
Later in the interview, Myolie said that she treated Shao Feng and Zhao Ke to a French cuisine dinner in Hong Kong. Shao Feng quickly said he was very stressful eating with Myolie because he was afraid of the paparrazzi. Myolie then elaborated that at that time, there were a lot of paparrazzi. "So if I were to have dinner with a handsome guy like Shao Feng, we would be in big trouble." Then Zhao Ke (the other girl) said, "Myolie demanded that I had to stand in between them." Myolie nodded and smiled. The interviewer then asked Shao Feng and Zhao Ke if Myolie brought them to great cuisines in HK. Shao Feng immediately complained and pouted, "She only brought us to dinner once." Myolie protested again, "we didn't have time!!" Zhao Ke then defended Myolie, "She actually invited us several times." Shao Feng then clarified, "Actually, we understand Myolie's situation. She had invited us a few times but we told her to forget about the dinner. If I were to go with her alone, she'd be in big trouble."
When Myolie was asked for her most compatible co-star, before Myolie could answer, Feng interrupted immediately, "Feng Shao Fung ar ..." causing Myolie to crack up. "haha ... of course I have to say Feng la", Myolie answered out of politeness (we all know who Myolie are thinking ... ). Feng then said, "okay okay ... besides me, you can tell us other co-stars". "Actually, I didn't really partner with a lot of male co-stars. But within TVB .. hmmmm .... Raymond Lam's pretty good (Myo smiled a bit when she talked about him) ... yup (nodding her head) ... " She then smiled even more, "and then ummmm ", covering her face may be she's trying to hide her smile, "Bosco Wong's pretty good too" and she smiled even more. hahaha ... you gotta watch the video ... she looked soo cute and shy when answering this question.
When Myolie explained that she is planning to hold a birthday party in China this year, she was quickly interrupted by Shao Feng (hahaha ... he seems to enjoy interrupting Myolie and making funny remarks to cheer Myolie), "Exactly when will you hold your b-day party? Remember to treat me dinner!" (errr .... I'm not too sure about this part ... either he told Myo to treat him dinner or he's treating her) Myolie laughed, "I believe it would be some time between October and November since my birthday is on Nov 6. It all depends on what my schedule is at the time, but definitely I will make the time to hold the party." Shao Feng then said, "Actually I find most of the time we would spend our birthdays during work. So it's typical for us to celebrate our birthdays among our co-workers. Like having a nice meal together" He then looked at Myolie and said, "so yeah ... we should eat together okay?"
When the interviewer asked them what was the most memorable birthday celebration they spent at work, Myolie talked about her experience when filming "Gateau Affairs". She said on the day of her birthday, she had to work. When ppl called out everyone to come to work, Myolie expressed that she already sensed there's something different from normal but didn't know what it was until she saw the chef (who's well known for his dessert) brought a HUGE HUGE mango mousse cake out. She claimed that this was the biggest cake she'd seen and that it weighted 15+ pounds. She continued saying that the cake was shared among the people from all four of the TVB production houses yet they still failed to finish the whole cake. At this very moment, Shao Feng said, "You should have called us!" Myolie smiled, "I didn't even know you back then." "Then next time remember to call us."

I have not watched any Cantonese drama for a long time since 2003 but I remembered this
girl, Myolie Wu.... Somehow for some reasons, I recognised her when I started to watch Wars of the In-Laws (WOIL) last week (I bumped into this article when I surfed asianfanatics.net news forum). Actually, I meant to watch Lisa Wang. Knew her since I was a teenager.
I came across Myolie Wu's thread and decided to read from page 1 thru' page 23. No kidding, it took a few hours to finish viewing... of course, I enjoyed several beautiful pictures of her.... and "Boscolie"too.
I am very intrigued with her personality...is like reading a life story of her....
A versatile actress with beauty, charms, sincerity, cuteness, charisma and diplomacy...
and many other virtues too...
She was willing to gain weight and change into a new look just for the drama/film.
Just as much as I like her... I wished that she does not lose focus on her personal life and investments, of course health is no exception. I was totally shocked when I bumped into the page where she completely transformed into another person for the drama TOG ie..so different from the usual "her". The Korean movie " 200 pounds beauty" by Kim Ah Jung did not have to gain real weight... she was wrapped with paddings all over her body and her face was also blown up (special make-up effect). My Name is Kim Sam Soon, another successful Korean drama, the actress was made to put on only 12 to 15 pounds.. Her face is still pretty except that she is more chubby in her arms and body.
Last night, I went to bed with a heavy heart and cannot imagine TVB demand that she put on the real 40 pounds.. how cruel!!........ I suddenly realized that acting is not easy for these actors/actresses as they have to play politics with people in power who can raise you to stardom or "freeze" you.
The best actress award could be viewed as a life achievement award and recognition, but it should not be done at the expense of her physical self and health. I truly believe that she has outshine herself in many versatile roles and have proven to the audience and the entertainment industry that she is now an experienced and professional artiste. Having the best actress award does not necessary gain more roles.... ( look at the Hollywood examples.....)
With regards to her personal life.. I noticed she mentioned on many interviews that she prefer the guys to be older than her... Well, I don't think that age should be an obstacles.. as long as the soulmate looked older than her, intellectual compatibility,financial independent, and behave maturely, and shows much affection, love her unconditionally and really cares for her. The age difference should not be viewed as a major hindrance if she truly loves the man who is just a couple of years younger than her. After all, woman nowadays can always made themselves look younger thru's many means. (hehehehe... you gals knows what I mean la...)
It's okay to work hard and make more money... but she has to enjoy the fruits of her hard work all these years too... I really like to see her happy and find a wonderful soulmate who would really love and care for her and her family (her family is an important part of her life...) She should just relax, and take it easy... not focusing too much on the best actress award...may be focus on hunting for soulmate... (hehehehhe)
She needs a good mentor who could guide her in her career..... (Someone that TVB respect, of course... aigoo..... people politics...)
BTW, I LOVE HER SMILES..... VERY CHARMING....... (Cantonese saying... that more you look at her... the more she exudes the beauty and charms). I am sure some of the "siu sangs" does like her.
Though, I believe in freedom of speech.. I do not think it is appropriate for anti-fans to visit this thread just to bash the celeb. One has to behave maturely and diplomacy is called for. I don't like some celebs too but I will not visit their thread to do that..but reserved the negative opinion to myself and have a wait and see atititude... Like Lisa Wang said in the finale episode as a mother-in-law...." have a open mind" hahahahha

Myolie Suffers Swollen Knees to Shoot Sexy Photos
As spokesperson for a slimming company, Myolie Wu has successfully slimmed down to just 105 lbs and trashed the rumours that she was binge eating in Beijing. After slimming down, she is even more confident in herself because she has slimmed her body but not her bust, so she has achieved the figure of her dreams.
Myolie shot a set of sexy ads for her sponsors earlier and each of her looks was very alluring. Among them, the 'wild angel' and 'innocent devil' were the most daring. Myolie also complimented the looks with nearly a hundred pieces of her own jewellery and although she was kneeling until her knees were red and swollen, the beautiful outcome of her pictures made it all worth it.
When Myolie dressed as her 'innocent devil' look, she wore a super short skirt to show off her legs. For 'wild angel', she pushed herself to the limit and just wore a feather 'nu bra'. I've heard the The Drive of Life is comfirmed to air July 2nd while Tai Chi will be an anniversary series. We'll all get to see Myolie soon! Does anyone know what other series she has done that hasn't been aired yet? I think its only those 2 and then she'll be filming WOIL 2 right?

[04/30/07] Myolie Once Wished to be a Cashier
Myolie Wu attended a charity function opening ceremony (長江集團「易賞錢」獎券籌款活動) yesterday. This ticket fund raising function will commence on May 4th and finish on June 1st; each ticket will cost $3.00HKD and all the money collected will be donated to charity organization specifically for low income family and unemployment aid purposes. During the ceremony, Myolie has transformed to a cashier encouraging the public to donate.
Accused of Being Unambitious
Myolie revealed she once wished to be a cashier when she was little because she could be with the things she likes and she could buy things with a discount. However, she was scolded by her father for being unambitious. She then laughed, "It would be best if ParknShop hires me as their spokeperson! I once lived in Tseung Kwan O (將軍澳) and went to this supermarket for groceries."
Praising Bosco
Myolie is currently taking a break from work. She has plans to travel with her family but her sister is pregnant so even if they are to travel they won't travel far. Since her sister will soon be a mother, has mother Wu hurried Myolie to get married soon? Myolie laughed, "No, I'm still young, I consider myself to be only 22 years old" (So you two have it all planed out?) "What do you mean by us? I haven't planned anything." When asked if she watches TVB series at home, Myolie said, "Yes, I watch all three of them. HOG ... " (Your rumoured boyfriend Bosco is one of the casts of this series) "is pretty good, everyone did a good job in it." (What about Bosco?) "They usually eat together as a family, but he's usually not present. Anyhow, I have to praise him, he's done a good job!" When the reporter commented that TVB will start filming WOIL2 in June and that Myolie and Bosco can finally see each other everyday, Myolie smiled sweetly, "I wish to see Liza Jeh (Liza Wang 汪明荃) everyday! Because she will cook many good food to treat us."

Myolie Keeps Watches Refusing to Give to Bosco
Myolie Wu, Christine Ng, Michael Tse, Sherming Yiu and Joel Chan were the latest guests on Nat Chan's Olympic Quiz show earlier and Myolie was full of confidence because she had taken part in the coverage of the last Olympic Games. She did not disappoint and was selected twice to shoot the net, which she succeeded in, winning each of the guests an additional $10,000 prize money. Afterwards, they all thanked her gratefully.
Although she was very self assured, she was warned about the jokes from Nat, especially when it came to talking about her rumours with Bosco. However, she said knowingly: "I am expecting it. I just turn it back on him and talk about his wife." When Bosco appeared on the show last time, he was presented with a pair of his and hers watches and Nat had suggested he gave one to Myolie. Asked about this, she says she did not receive anything from him and says that if she wins some watches from the show, she plans to give them to her parents. When it came to the real filming, Nat did give her a men's watch and then he instructed his assistant to give her two more ladies' watches, saying: "I will give you three because I don't know if Bosco will choose you or Fala, so you can split them between yourselves." Asked later what she will do with the three watches, she says: "Originally I had planned to give them to my parents and I will give the other one to my sister. (So you are not giving it to Fala?) She has her own."
When Christine came to writing her answers on the cards, it was found that there are a lot of words that she wrote incorrectly. For example, 'nei-lung' (nylon) was written as 'mei-lung' and she did not know the proper word for 'fibres' having to ask Joel for help. It looks like she will have to catch up on her Chinese. She reveals that after finishing filming for "Love Comes from Chance", she has been sleeping for two weeks to catch up on her sleep. She is very happy because she has not had to put on her make-up and in July, she will be going on vacation to Europe with her husband for three months. They had already booked a table in a Spanish restaurant a year ago and although it costs $4-5000 a head there, it is a once in a lifetime experience and it will be worth it.

Myolie Wu Auctions Her Treasures for Charity
In her second year as the ambassador for Oxfam, Myolie Wu went out to Pengliang in Jinsu province earlier to visit a poor rural village. During the trip, she saw first hand the poverty and the environmental damage in the area and the cycle of destruction going on as the poverty was destroying the environment which in turn made the area poorer. After returning to Hong Kong, she is showing great support to the work that Oxfam is doing there, so she has donated many of her treasures to be auctioned and raise money for their China Development Fund.
Among Myolie's treasures on sale are some polaroid pictures that she took on her trip that have been autographed and also the hats and scarves she wore on her trip. Also, there are some autographed t-shirts and rice bags. The auction starts today and goes on until 16th May and the winning bidders will be able to collect their items from Myolie in person at the grand opening of this year's fundraising activities.
Myolie encourages everyone to place their bids and says: "This programme not only improves the lives of the villagers, they will also reduce the damage to the environment. Although the villagers are poor, they are still fiercely independent and their laughter is very touching. I hope that everyone will take part actively and let the poor areas make better use of their resources, improve their livelihoods and protect the environment."

Yesterday, Myolie attended a fashion show, she said that she had sponsors for her outfits, but she still hopes for more sponsors from different brand names. The reason is that many artists never wear their clothes or outfits more than once, Myolie said it's definitely a waste. While looking in her closet one day, she even found some shirts with the price tags still hanging on them, but because the style was outdated, she never got a chance to wear it even once. She explains that she usually gives away her clothes to charity or to friends, Myolie even said she thought about starting a second-hand clothestore business, but because she didn't have the time, she never thought further into it.
Since Myolie has completely abandoned 'Fei Tin's' image, she doesn't mind wearing more revealing outfits this summer. When asked whether or not she'd think about a sexy photoshoot, she replied that she doesn't mind. Myolie also said that it would be best to shoot it when you're still young, but it all depends on the photographer. When the reporter suggested to ask her boyfriend to do the favour, she countered, "I don't have a bf, but if I get pregnant in the future, I want to be like Demi Moore, shooting a pregnant, naked photoshoot.
