I just finished ep 7! It was hilarious! QL sure was jealous in that ep!
QL was really cute in this ep, his antics really crack me up! Especially the part when all of them were going to Nan Bu, XL was riding in Dean's car, QL was so jealous of him he turned the whole driving trip into a car race and when they overtook Dean's car, they accidentally skidded the wrong way!
There's so many characters I love in this drama; QL, JBD, Xiao Gui (I keep forgetting his character's name! >.<) and I also like XL, BZ, AT, SD, XX, Ah Da, Ah ma etc...but I can't stand QL's friend! She's so irritating! >.< I especially hate her in this ep! The part when she purposely kissed QL knowing that XL and BZ were watching, and she had that smirk on her face! God! I felt like slapping her cross the face HARD! :

I have to admit, Dean is hot, but I still prefer Xiao Zhu!

Overall, great ep! This is getting better and better! Can't wait for ep 8!

I like Corner with Love but is it bad that I want Barbie with Dean instead? They just look so good together and he seems more mature while Alan is too goofy...

i am so jealous of you guys, who can understand mandarin, i am cantonese myself. I am only on the second episode cuz sublimes still subbing the third one. Gosh This series is freakin awesome! This is waaaaaaaaaaaay better than any other taiwan series I've seen up to this point. Seriously, I absolutely hate hana kimi and over cutesy and retarded acting by prince turned into frog actress, etc. Barbie is so elegant and beautiful and classy, she just acts perfect in this series. And man I didn't know alan luo was such a great actor. I love it when he yells at people and doesn't pity them but teaches them about being real and how to treat a real friend. He's starting to grow on me and he's kinda cute. I hope the whole ariel lin thing and him works out, they're cute. I can't wait for the next episode! I LOVE this series! It's quite real and unlike the many overcutesy retarded taiwan acting i've seen before. Hoping for a sequel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In a way it's good news, but wouldn't that affect ratings? Why do they do that though? Releasing the China version DVDs already when it hasn't finished airing? Can they not wait a lil' bit? I personally am pretty neutral about ratings, but I think a lot of people and the cast and crew production are very conscious about it.

i know.. in the small scale, im not concerned about the rating being that my watching doesnt even count to the ratings.. but in general, yeah, this is bad for the production. is this like common to the chinese dramas? you'd think angie chai would do some action against this but why isnt she? i hope loyal fans can bring their concerns to her so she'll be jolted a little

china versions usually release way before the original does, that's just how they do it...they make more profits that way

actually cantonese is quite similar to mandarin or so i've been told. u may be able to understand wat they are saying half the time.

and i dun think there's anything the production team can do about piracy. when there's a demand, there will be a supply. the fact that they didnt manage to release the entire drama at once is quite good already. plus they only managed to release the entire thing about half way through the drama.

I think the news just basically say that for this scene Barbie had a substitute jumping into the pool part (because I don't think she knows how to swim or something along those lines). As for the upcoming kiss in the water, Barbie said that it should give off a romantic feel but in reality filming it was kind of distressful (she had to keep her eyes open at first and then they had to do all these things to film it accurately?). Sorry for the poor summary...Heheheh

Thank you SUBlimes for the episode 2. I loveeeeeee their lil' dialogues with each other. Too cute and funny! Barbie cries impressively and convincing. Show is so 'man' when he stood up to SD. I really like his character who has these certain righteous values. Barbie's character is cute, strong, and very sassy. Perfect.

Yes, it'll probably end in ep. 16 cuz the China version has 16 files for 16 hours also. It equals 22 episodes for China version. I watched parts of the second half of the show, but unfortunately I don't understand much.

Nope, it's not part 2. It's episodes 1-16. An episode has 1 hour, so it's the same as the the Taiwanese version almost. But it ends at episode 22 in that version. I guess for China version 1 ep equals 30 mins. If you download the 1-16 episodes one, don't download the other one because you'll have the whole drama with the 1-16 episodes version.

This is a great drama! Highly recommended! Even though most of us have only watched up to ep 7 (ep 8 will air tonight), but it's great already!
If this is a bad drama, then why is it so popular? and why are the ratings so high? Surely that's telling u that this drama is well worth watching =) the only way for u to find out if u truly like it or not is if u watch it for urself =)
