i dunt think this thread is that slow..even if its slower den other threads..it doesnt mean n e thing....alot of ppl love this show and is very supportive of this lovely on-screen couple..its just that some dunt wanna repeat things over n over again about how they love this show hehehe...this is one of the best taiwanese shows out there and i swear i'll never get bored of this serie

[spoiler]This episode is SOOOO SADDD, even more than the episode where Xin Lei had to go to the jail. Qin Lang was pushing Xin Lei away in this episode before Shen Dong gave him this whole speech abut how QL can't provide for XL properly because she deserves to be treated better. And QL loves her so much that he's willing to give up his happiness for hers and let her go, well that's what he's thinking.

XL finally admitted that she liked QL but the saddest thing is QL tried to deny it and asked her if she was joking. He was really mad her already because SD offered his family money for looking after XL and it rubbed them the wrong way. Amah ended up inthe hospital because she collapsed after she threw a huge spazz at SD for offering the money. XL came clean about how QL and her were never actually a couple to Amah. Amah actually asked her something along the lines of if there was ever a chance XL could be QL's girlfriend. If she couldn't then she would have to tell QL, Amah said.

This is turning into one of my favourite Taiwanese dramas. Xiao Zhu cries so well <333 It was such an emotional episode.

Just finished watching taiwan episode 11..hmmm sad sad one..teary too!

Amazing they played Hsu Wei Lun's song at the hospital where XL went to visit AhMah, but QL actually told her off...that song blend in well...wondering if anyone noticed that song..??

if i am not wrong, the taiwan version has sort of some cute animation but the china one dun have. whether the scene is being cut off,that one i not too sure..sorry!

OMG...This episode is soo sad and touching but also quite irksome!

Maybe it's because I can't really understand what is going on (language barrier). But isn't it a lil' too harsh on how everyone is treating XL? Putting all the blame on her it seems. I know QL is in a turmoil and frustrating state, but when he screams/yell at XL, it breaks my heart. I know he doesn't really mean it, but I think it's kind of unfair.

BTW, I LOVEE the new song that plays during the sad scenes.

I feel really really bad for what happened to Ah Ma. SD...!

I felt so proud of XL when everything was so upsetting around her yet she still managed to take care of Ah Ma's oyster stand and stood up to that one customer who didn't paid. It was so crazy when she fell but managed to limp her way back.

I like the part where XL and QL were walking back to the house and suddenly QL rushed over to XL and they were riding back together and XL hugged QL tighter.

Not to break the 'sad mood', but I LOVE it when XL pulled QL and kissed him!! OMG...Classic. Hhahah. So cute and bittersweet at the same time.

OMG...When XL hugged QL from behind to hold him back...So sweet and sad!

I literally cried buckets full when QL ran out the house with XL's shoes and then he threw it to the side and XL was limping while trying to find it. Poor girl!

There were so many bittersweet moments in this episode. So many tears and sentimental scenes. Show and Barbie portrayed their crying, sad scenes with superb talents. I give them an enormous round of applause.[/spoiler]

I am downloading ep.11 now! i'm so exicited becoz i have been waiting the whole week for it!! You guys say that it's a sad ep :'( so guess i am going to be prepared with alots of tissuses

corner with love is my new favorite drama by a MILE.. i think it's pretty well written. and the acting is better than most other "idol" dramas. =)
i'm a huge fan of Xiao Zhu, but his does a superb job acting as Qin Lang.
even though i've seen the whole thing, i hope the kids in Taiwan are still watching it as it comes out.. i want their TV ratings to remain high! =)

episode 11 was really touching and sad... i cried eventhough i didnt understand what they are saying to each other.. it was just sad that how 2 people love each other but need to suffer because of the situation..

this part of episode 11 really touches me the way xl holds the back of ql while riding on the bike, how brave she is to kiss ql (i love the way xl kiss ql) wanted tell him how she feels, and the way ql suffers because he loves her too but he cannnot say it...

No I watched de china version, they have de animations...the only noticeable difference btw those 2 versions is that the eps 4 the china version is only 30mins long, while the eps in de tw version is i think 75mins long, that is why there are more eps in the china version.

ahh just finished watching this series on Sunday (I was watching VCD version, don't bashing please...=P)

I should say that "Meteor Garden version of Da-S" has finally reappeared... don't you think that Shin Ley's character is very similar to San Chai's character in MG (well, to certain extent) -- her strong will, her expression haha..
She has done a good job in this series....

As for Xiao zu, I should say there is still a room of improvement for him, although his acting has improved a lot...

probably the HK version. although the China version has been circulating around way before the HK one came out but i've yet to see the vcd/dvd of the China version. i've only seen the HK vcd and dvd. but please, dun take my word for it cuzi also cant gurantee.

its a good thing the ratings have increased from the previous episode.

oh yeah another thing. i watched the HK version already and i think it does not have scenes cut out. cuz the flow of the scenes is very smooth. the transition of scenes is not sudden like something has been cut out.

What I really like about this series is that the main girl lead isn't a ditzy character XD DaS is only naive and ignorant of the hardwork it takes to earn money. But other wise, she is considerably smarter than the rest of the normal girls in taiwanese series. A very nice change. They didn't make her into one of those happy, sincere very considerate type of leads.

And Alan Luo is growing on me XD He's actually pretty hot at a angle.

Yup, YDY version was out about 2 days ago. I watched it already and it was hell touching. Man, I really really really hate Xiao Yang. She's a disgrace to women-folk. Her love is pure selfish. She just wants possession of QL.

I feel sad for SD, but he deserved it.

This is going to be one of the better Taiwanese dramas I watched.

Xiao Zhu's acting has improved a lot and he is so compatible with Da S!

Chen Zi kai also isnt any good in acting yet . ^^ anyways....

Gosh! Sounds like people have some bad impressions on the actress who played 'Xiao Yang', I have to admit, I feel the same way about her...not only do I dislike her character a lot, I also find the actress quite unbearable sometimes; her voice irritates me a lot, and she's not really that pretty. My utter dislike for her character is not that she's a good actress, but because she herself is quite annoying, so it's not necessary for her to have good acting skills to make the audience hate her character...gosh, was that too mean? Sorry if it was...I better stop there then!

I cheated and watched the ending scene.

[spoiler]It really is too simple for an ending. I expected something more like a hug or a kiss. The just walked around the corner and discovered each other and that was it. Then it was Xin Lei talking about their life later on. Poop. I wish it was a more exciting ending but it is satisfying.[/spoiler]

Regarding XY and the actress that plays her. I think it's a combination of the two. The actress herself isn't particularly appealing but we have to remember she is the villain in the story.

It's BZ's voice that bugs me. She tries too hard to be cute. I give her character credit for being such a good friend to XL but omg the actress that plays her is so annoying T_T

BZ acted like a retarded. I've seen other series of her with a normal voice and she's OK but in Corner With Love, her voice is so annoying

I've just finished episode 16! I just love happy endings! It was short and sweet...a little too short if you ask me. Wish they'd drag the ending just a little longer! *sigh* It's probably just me not wanting CWL to end.

To all of those who haven't watched this drama yet, I RECOMMEND it whole heartedly! It has everything...laughter , heartache , love , warmth ...and most of all...A HAPPY ENDING !!!

In a scene in Taiwanese drama Corner With Love, Da S takes the initiative to kiss Xiao Zhu. However during filming, Xiao Zhu was so nervous he ended up laughing and even forgot to close his eyes. That day, the production team had been filming from morning till night. Recalling the situation then, Da S said, “It was really very tiring, I didn’t have the mood to think about the kissing. It was only after we finished filming that I suddenly realized it was already dawn!”

Xiao Zhu said that although this was not the only kiss scene in the drama, this particular one was difficult as he was supposed to be very touched and had to tear. This made him extremely nervous. To develop this feeling, his eyes had to be kept open when his lips met with Da S’s. However, he ended up laughing causing NGs and the mood was not romantic. Recently there have been many rumours about Da S and Zai Zai’s relationship breaking down. However the crew revealed that Zai Zai often visited the set and when with Da S, they always held hands, looking very sweet together.

finally finished watchin corner with love*!!! it's soo goood!! i have to say...show and barbie both did a very good job =)..aside from d cute love scenes n sweetness..there were also very funny parts =)..

i cried SO MUCH in episode 12. by far..i think that was the most touching episode yet!!! and from 12 on..just coulnd't stop crying until the very end! haha..but it was definitely good =)..!!

i totally agree with you. that from 12 on i couldn't stop crying til the end... even if there were happy parts i still cried cuz it was tooo happy.. LOL actually i think i started crying from episode 10 and then from then on.. i was waterworks til the end. AHAHA. =)
