Sorry for the late update!
Episode Six:
Bing Bing and Julian have returned home and are each in their own bed. Bing Bing is mad at Julian for being so nice to Elaine, just because she knows the truth about An An and Mr. Lu. (Remember Bing Bing and Elaine don't like each other). Julian said it's better not to let the little things get to you.
The next morning, Bing Bing shows the cellphone video clip to Mr. Lu, so he ends up not firing her. He also ends his relationship with An An and asks her to give back everything he has ever given him. Bing Bing and An An chat in the ladies' room, where Bing Bing discover that An An had known about Mr. Lu being a married man and she understood what she was getting into.
While grocery shopping, Julian helps Bing Bing to see that sometimes it's hard to understand why someone loves someone else.
The next day, Mr. Lu has fired An An. As she leaves the building, Bing Bing takes Mr. Lu's cups (apparently all of their cups are labeled and put in this beautiful cabinet) and gives it to An An. I guess she must have bought it for Mr. Lu, or at least since he asked her to give back his things, now she has something of his.
Bing Bing, Julian, and Lai Chun Wang eat lunch together. Lai Chun Wang tells his story about his wife cheated on him while he was working in Shanghai. He has two kids and pays alimony every month. But Julian asserts that Kristy will never cheat on him.
In Hong Kong, Kristy is eating lunch with her friends, when a foreigner tries to flirt with her. A man comes to her rescue and he turns out to be Wen Hao. She learns that he works at the same company as Bing Bing, but in the Hong Kong branch.
That night, Kristy and Julian chat online, where she tells him about her meeting Wen Hao. At the end of the conversation, Julian gives his heart to Kristy as a present. He tells her that when the renter comes to see their place tomorrow (they decided to rent out their apartment to help pay off their loans to the bank), she should stand firm on the price.
The renter turned out to be Wen Hao. He had just come back from the States, so he needs a place to stay. He likes their home, because Kristy had decorated it according to the Bauhaus style (which I think is some German design school or movement). She said Julian never appreciated her design, so she's happy he likes. After they sign the papers, he tries to ask her out to lunch, but she has to go back to work. They walk in opposite directions, but Kristy turns back around to look at him again.
Back in Shanghai, the secretaries (including Bing Bing) learn that Mr. Lu is being transferred back to Hong Kong. His wife, who is somehow related the CEO of the company, has learned about his affair. Mr. Lu thought Bing Bing had told his wife and tells her to be careful. Now Bing Bing's boss has the most chance of being promoted, so Bing Bing buys all these books on corporate management in order to prepare for her job as the secretary of the general manager. Julian, in order to encourage her, cooks a dinner, but apparently Bing Bing doesn't like reading books. School was not her strong suit. She tells him that she wants to do some Yoga, eat dinner, watch TV, do a facial mask, read some gossip magazines, before reading those management books.
Julian helps her by reading to her, since she doesn't like reading herself. She was moved, but quickly takes away all the books from him and says from now on he can't be so nice to any other women except his girlfriend.
In Hong Kong, Wen Hao calls Kristy for dinner and explains that he can no longer rent her place, because the company just transferred him to Shanghai to fill in an opening. He tells her that if he stayed in Hong Kong, he would definitely pursue her. And you guessed it, Wen Hao takes over Mr. Lu's position. He doesn't operate like the older Chinese generation, where everything is dependent on guanxi. It becomes apparent that he's going to shake up the organization of the company by evaluating everyone's performance. His principles are efficiency, effort, and equality. Since Bing Bing's boss didn't get promoted, he doesn't really like Wen Hao.
Episode Seven:
The secretaries have convened in the coffee room during break time. Bing Bing asks Qing Qing, Mr. Cool's new secretary (Mr. Cool is Wen Hao's nickname), when he will start firing people. Qing Qing complains about having to work overtime to evaluate the personnel, since she has a boyfriend now.
At home, Bing Bing and Julian are drinking champagne, which Bing Bing's boss (Mr. Zheng) had bought because he thought he was getting promoted. Bing Bing is really happy with Mr. Cool, because he is young, educated, rich, handsome, has taste, and most importantly, is not Mr. Lu. Before Mr. Lu would only favor the Hong Kong people, but now both Shanghai and Hong Kong people are chances of getting promoted. Bing Bing encourages Julian to apply for an manager assistant position working for Mr. Cool.
They tell Kristy, so that she go to Julian's home and get his resume and certificates. At Julian's parents' home, Kristy and his mom talk. We find out that it was Julian's dad who fired him, since he was in charge of Human Resources. Apparently, he used to be a government official, but retired and then worked for the private sector. Inside Julian's room, Kristy find the file with the papers Julian needs. Next to it is a journal and although Kristy is tempted to read it, she doesn't.
Back in Shanghai, Julian gets a notice to go to the post office to pick up a package Kristy sent him. It turned out to be HUGE box. Inside, besides his resume and certifications, she had sent him snacks, bed sheets and pillow, Chinese herbs and medicine for making soup, AND the newest style Italian-made suite. She also bought some make-up for Bing Bing, once again showing what a thoughtful and supportive girlfriend she is.
Bing Bing asks her secretary friend to make sure Julian's resume gets past the first round to interviews. But there are over 3000 applicants, many of whom are from abroad and have Ph D. Bing Bing, to help Julian prepare for the interview, visits various real estate companies, pretending to be interested in buying an apartment. Everyone mistakes them to be a couple and all the sales people try to pitch it to Bing Bing. Julian finally gets frustrates and asks why doesn't anyone talk to him. The guy apologizes and said the he seemed the average Shanghai guy who lets his girlfriend make all the decisions.
The next day, Julian and Bing Bing get ready for work together. Bing Bing is surprised at how well Julian cleaned up and also learned that it was it was his father who fired him. At the interview, they first had to pass a written test, which Julian does. Next, Mr. Cool tests each of applicant with beer. Apparently, the company spends several tens of millions of dollars on entertainment fees each year in order to get their contracts and he wants to stop this practice. Unfortunately, all of the applicants thought he is testing their drinking ability and keeps downing the beer.
Kristy finds out that Mr. Cool is the new boss in Shanghai and calls him to help Julian. Unfortunately, Mr. Cool said that he keeps his business and personal life separate, so he won't be able to help her. Next is Julian's turn to interview. How will he do?
Episode Eight:
Kristy had called Bing Bing to tell her what happened and that Julian has really low alcohol tolerance, so Bing Bing goes into the meeting room while the interview is being conducted and accidentally spills the beer. Mr. Cool asks for another cup, but Julian said that it would not be necessary. Mr. Cool is role-playing here as a client, so Julian says that he believes both of two are sincere about striking a deal, so let's talk it out in the office. The company spends too much money each year on these drinking and eating parties, money which could be spent being donated to charities. This will also boost the company's reputation. Mr. Cool is extremely happy with this answer and hires Julian.
Julian is really excited and hugs Bing Bing in the lobby.
That night everyone celebrates at Elaine's cafe. Kristy calls and is surprised that Julian passed his interview. At first, she didn't want Julian to drink too much, but Bing Bing explained that he deserved to relax and she will look after him. They both walk home a little buzzed, and Julian ends up carrying Bing Bing on his back. When they finally reached home, Patrick has returned and is waiting for them!
Bing Bing pretends to hug Patrick and then hits him with the heel of her shoe. Julian isn't really mad at Patrick and tells Bing Bing that they should give him a chance to explain. Patrick says that the more woman is mad at you, it means the more she likes you, and Bing Bing looks really sexy mad. Julian and Patrick go to buy ice (or beer which can be used the same way) for his face. Patrick apologizes to Julian and promises to return his money in three months.
Julian doesn't understand why Patrick didn't just borrow money from his rich grandfather. Patrick explains that his grandfather has always been strict with him and very picky, because Patrick is such a players and squanders all his money. He told Patrick to sell off the some estates in Shanghai (some property on the Bund worth several billions) and then to use that money, or else he won't give him any more money. But Patrick is unwilling, because he knows there are people living in there for many years and they won't have any other place to live. Patrick has decided to chase after Bing Bing again. He explains that she wants someone to marry her and he needs someone to watch over him, so it all works out.
Patrick ends up sleeping on the couch. The next day, Bing Bing and Julian goes to work together. All the girls go gaga over Julian, because he is really cute. At a meeting, Qing Qing had already separated all employees into three piles - red will get promoted, yellow will get continued observation, and blue will get fired. Patrick sends a HUGE bouquet of roses to Bing Bing, who doesn't really care and ends up distributing all the flowers among the secretaries. They ask her about Julian and she warns them that he already has a girlfriend in Hong Kong.
Bing Bing's boss wants Bing Bing to help find out whether he will get fired. Bing Bing returns home to find Patrick having prepared / catered a fantastic feast for her. Julian, in order to give more privacy to Patrick and Bing Bing, doesn't go home and eats dinner at Elaine. She commends Julian for being a good friend.
Here I want to take a few minutes to talk about Elaine, since she is kinda the comic relief here. She is a middle-aged, about to be divorced woman. She KNOWS EVERYTHING! Lai Chun Wang likes her, so he is already hanging out her cafe either eating or fixing things. But he's really slow, so she always scolds him.
Bing Bing, instead of paying attention to Patrick, ends up eating cup noodles. Patrick proposes to her and tries to kiss, but she pushes him away and runs off.

Thanks for the spoilers... this series is getting more interesting, cant wait to watch more!
Finally finals are over! Time to catch up on these summaries.
Episode Nine:
Bing Bing is walking around the streets by herself, when she notices a wedding display (Why does this always happen in drama series?). She imagines herself as the mannequin in the wedding dress. She looks very beautiful. From her expression, you can tell that she very much wants to be a bride and get marry to the man she loves. She just hasn't found the right man yet or she hasn't figured out if Patrick is the right man yet.
Lai Chun Wang is driving Julian home, when Julian asks him if he likes Elaine. Lai Chun Wang laughs and Julian just has to ask what he likes about Elaine. (I am sure the audience are thinking the same question and this conversation is extremely interesting). Lai Chun Wang asks if it's that obvious and Julian's reply is that if even he notices it, it must be pretty obvious. But Lai Chun Wang says that it is a good thing that Elaine has not noticed. Lai Chun Wang likes how she's a bit noisy. He said when he was young he was like Julian and wanted women who had long hair, refined, elegant, was skinny, and knew how to play the piano. Now he thinks: is long hair really that good? What if she doesn't wash it everyday? Then it'll just be oily and dirty. And when you sleep, it might cover your face and suffocate you. And refinement? What kind of woman stays refined after 30? And elegance? It'll just make you feel uncomfortable. And skinny women are only good to look at, but they are cold and hard to hold. And the worst is piano-playing. The piano takes up half the space in the living room and you can't watch TV if she wants to practice. From all this, Julian comes to the conclusion that as men grow old, what they look for in women change. They become more practical. Elaine is getting a divorce from her husband, who is a professor in Hong Kong.
Julian comes home and learns that Patrick has failed in proposing. Meanwhile, Bing Bing is at the internet bar talking to Kristy. . .
Okay, I am going to have to finish this later.
Hmm, a side question. Does anyone find these summaries helpful? Or is anyone reading them?

Episode Nine (continued):
At the internet bar, Bing Bing tells Kristy that she thinks she might not love Patrick anymore and that the feelings has changed. Kristy asks if he is back, but Bing Bing lies and says he is not. Kristy asks if she has fallen in love with Mr. Cool, but Bing Bing tells not to project what she is feeling on to her. Kristy later calls Julian and tells him where Bing Bing is and to watch over her.
Patrick hires two thugs to scare Bing Bing, so he can do a hero saves maiden in distress thing. It worked, but when Julian pays them, they ask for more money and end up attacking Julian. On the way home, Bing Bing tells Patrick that she wants him to truly listen to her and talk to her. She tells him that she doesn't like to read business books, so he needs to read them to her; that when she is tired, he needs to carry her on his back; and when she is cold, he needs to keep her warm (all of which Julian has done for her).
Julian waits for Bing Bing to go to sleep before he sneaks back home and almost gets caught. Patrick ends up sleeping on the couch for the night. The next day, he accidentally walks into the bathroom, while Bing Bing is going to the bathroom. (He had knocked, but she was listening to her discman and so didn't hear him.) Bing Bing is extremely suspicious of what happened to Julian's face (he has a bruise underneath his left eye).
Patrick drives them to work with a car he borrowed from Mr. Lu. Apparently, he is really good friends with Diana, Mr. Lu's wife. He tells them how a little "b*t*h/gossiper" told her that Mr. Lu was cheating on his wife and he had to go back to Hong Kong. Bing Bing said that she was the little "b*t*h/gossiper," and how Mr. Lu was mistreating her and her boss. But Patrick didn't know, so he had already convinced Diana to forgive Mr. Lu and send him back to Shanghai.
At work, the secretaries have a conversation about how lovers grow apart if they don't see each other everyday. Bing Bing said that even if a pair of lovers see each other everyday, it doesn't mean they know each other very well. Julian comes and tells Bing Bing that he has to go to a construction with Mr. Cool and can't eat lunch with her. (Awww.). Bing Bing tells her boss that Mr. Lu might be coming back.
Mr. Cool finds alot of problems at the construction site with materials, licenses, and codes. Mr. Cool does everything by the book and worries for the safety of the building and its future occupants, while the contractors only worry about profits and misses the extra benefits and treatments that Mr. Lu gave them. On the way back to the office, Julian tells Mr. Cool about this, but Mr. Cool does not care. He asks if he has a list of the people to fire. Julian tries to reason that firing employees is not the best way to increase productivity in the office, that it would just scare the other employees. But Mr. Cool said that the employees have too much time and don't take responsibility for their actions. He doesn't like how many of the upper-level managers are trying to bribe him and plans to fire them first, including Bing Bing's boss.
Bing Bing meets Patrick for lunch. He was just meeting a business partner and getting their finances back in order. Apparently, Patrick is flying back to Hong Kong to talk to Diana about the truth with Mr. Lu and wins some points with Bing Bing. Patrick announces his intentions to marry Bing Bing three months later after he pays back the money he owes Julian.
Episode Ten:
The secretaries are talking in the coffee room again about a new yoga place that is offering discount during its opening. Julian comes back and all the women greet him enthusiastically, except for Bing Bing (of course). He tells them to get back to work. After they all leave, Julian tells Bing Bing that her boss might get fired for being too generous with the gifts to Mr. Cool. Then Bing Bing sees Qing Qing (Mr. Cool's secretary) returning all the gifts to Bing Bing's boss. Bing Bing goes into the office and tells him that Mr. Cool doesn't like people who does these things and that he needs to be careful.
That night, all the girls go try out the new spa. Two of the girls show special interest Julian, so Bing Bing warns them that he already has a girlfriend and she has to watch out over him. On the way home, she sees a policeman waiting outside their house complex. Apparently, he came to Julian regarding his stolen wallet and other belongs last night, because he could not get a hold of him on the phone.
Bing Bing returns to the office and finds Julian to go down to the police station. She then figures out that yesterday was a set up of Patrick to woo her back. Bing Bing tells him that she needs to seriously reconsider whether to get back together with Patrick and that she wants to move out. At home, Julian is hungry, because he really has been working overtime all night (Bing Bing didn't believe him), so Bing Bing cooks him some noodles. Julian thinks that she reminds him of Gywneth.
The next day, Bing Bing's boss tells her that he is taking a few days off to go see Mr. Lu in Hong Kong and asks Bing Bing to cover for him. Mr. Cool meets with Frankie Wong (Remember he was the guy who try to take advantage of Bing Bing at KTV.) and attempts to go over the business contract. But while Mr. Cool is all business, Frankie still thinks things works the way they did with Mr. Lu and wants to discuss the details over the dinner with French wine. The meeting ends unhappily.
Bing Bing and Julian discuss how things are not going well for Mr. Cool. Julian tries to warn Mr. Cool about Mr. Lu coming back and that many people are still loyal to him. But Mr. Cool, instead of backing down, decides to hasten his plan to fire the useless employees.
Patrick is supposed to meet Diana that night, but she is sick, so he has drinks with Mr. Lu instead. Mr. Lu asks Patrick to work for him, but Patrick is not interested. The next day, he visits Diana at her home and finds out that she is pregnant, which is why she is willing to forgive her husband and turn over a new leaf with her husband. She tells Patrick that she has met An An, so she knows the truth already.
Kristy is helping to prepare a wedding anniversary at her hotel and goes to a wine shop to pick up a 1955 red wine. The owner tells her that in order to get the wine, the wine sellar and his son's fiance ended up falling in love and ran off together. She sees Patrick at the hotel, who Mr. Lu had just dropped off. Not knowing that Julian already knows about Patrick and that Patrick plans to return the $2 million in three months, she runs after the Patrick, leaving the wine on the floor. Mr. Lu sees this and follows after her. He pays off the $2 million for Patrick, and Kristy, again not knowing the truth about Mr. Lu, accepts the check. This puts Patrick in a horrible position, because now he owes Mr. Lu a favor.
