i actually know a good hosting. i use that myself =D http://www.hostingjust4u.com/ it is a bit expensive, but i use it myself and it is hell easy and cool to use =D i dunno..... but maybe change the 'forum' to another one and try uploading (like don't change neything, just upload the forum from another like discuz or something =D) and if it works, then move the forums... =D
