i would pick both, because i love energetic dogs and i just love to play wif them, they are like ur friend
i like cats because they're mysterious, they have their own style and attitude!! i like to cuddle them and stuff!!

I grew up having both as pets, but they are usually seperated: dogs at home and cats at parents' work place.

Dogs listen and follow people around more, and sometime obey to simple orders, and easier to attach to people.

Cats are more independent, always run out to places when you are not around, and don't follow people around as much. And don't get too attach.

I like dogs over cats, but I do pet cats when I see one and the result: a lot of scratching and biting..........

My gf like cats more, so need to make an arrangement for that, may be getting a puppy and a kitten when they are almost the same age, they will get along better or at least the dog won't hurt the cat, but I don't think it can anyway, so the cats always have the upper hand.

i've only ever had dogs as pets... don't mind cats but just never had them as a pet! i find dogs more friendly and obedient.. i just love to see their tails wagging

I would love to have a dog over a cat. Cats are easier to take care of but I find them rather boring because all they do is lie around all day and sleep whereas a dog can actually do tricks and play fetch with you, not to mention dogs can watch the house for you.

I have had both cats and dogs and both make great pets. If I have to choose I would pick dogs. My favorite dog breed is the german shepherd. I am not really a big fan of small breed dogs though.

i would definitely choose dogs, because dogs are man best friend, loyal to the owner, unconditional love, guards the house.unlike cats which are not as man best friends as dogs are.

I prefer a dog because I have been living my life mostly with dogs in my family and had bad experiences with cats before. I had a kitten for a short amount of time and it would try to scratch me or bite me every time I pet it. It did manage to scratch me one time and it wasnt pretty. With dogs I dont have to be scared everytime I try to pet it and they are more fun.

I love them both they are beautiful animals. Cat is maintenece free, less work. But dogs are loyal & your best friend.

Dogs ... because I like dogs more than cats . Chow Chow dogs, I haven't seen a Chow Chow dog for such a long time. Chow Chow dogs looks soooo sweet and cute ... I would like to own a dog in a few years time but still thinking about it ........... because it is alot of responsibility. It is not just responsibility you need to give the dog, you will also need to give the dog, love, care, warmth, shelter and food .

Gotta be dogs for me, dogs are expressive with their emotions, you know which side you are on with a dog. It wears its emotions on its sleeve, er, paw. You know when it's angry/barking or when it's happy/wagging its tail. In other words, it's a deconstructed male in its simplest form.

Now, with a cat, you don't know what the heck is going on, what it's thinking, what it will do. In other words, it's a female in the highest form.

i love dogs more because in a way, i think that they are really more responsive to you and though they can be a little noisy at times with all their barking, they are still so cute! =]

Well i would pick a dog because dogs seem to be more energetic and active compared to cats. Cats to mean just seem to lay around alot and dont do much.

I love dogs because they are loyal and you can train them. Dogs are always happy to see you and cats only come see you when you have food. Never had a cat and don't intend to.

I prefer dogs as they are more active and caring. Cats on the other hand, tend to sit in one place and stare at people. I have a pet dog and wouldn't consider having a pet cat.

I think it depends on your lifestyle, since dog need more attention then cats. With dogs they tend to attach to people more and where as cats they are more independant.

I think I would prefer dogs because they are more obedient and they get quite attached to their owners if you care for them and love them. Cats, on the other hand, are more independent and do things at their own will and are not exactly as loyal as dogs are to their owners.

DOG. they are obedient and no doubt is mens best friend. they are more 'stick' to human unlike cats u will have to 'search' for it... when looking for dog juz call its name and it will come out.

Dogs, I really want a dog a few years ago. But because my mom is allgeric to them.
