what's the question again? singers with captivating and heart melting voice? tough one since I have quite a few faves but here's a few (in no particular order of preference):

xiah junsu (dbsk) - strong vocals, technically flawless and always hit the rt note
jaejong (dbsk) - stirs my heart and soul with his passionate voice. can sing both low & high notes well
tei - love, love, love his deep voice & his romantic ballads
park hyo shin - man! this guy may spot the androgynous look but his voice is so husky and romantic

JJ and Junsu from DBSK/THSK.

They have wonderful vocals and from their many performances and solos, one can tell that they never have difficulties doing live. I have been listening to Korean Music for quite a while but none have captivated me like DBSK! Partly because of these 2 singers!

Xiah's personality is a gem in the industry and I hope nothing will change him, I am sure alot of his fans will agree with me when I say his voice brings you felicity that you can't explain. His voice is also very crisp and clear and his parts when singing Try My Love is still my favorite.

JJ's vocals is really smooth and it has that bone-melting quality...but yet in a blink of an eye, he switches from ballads to rock! I love his solo MAZE...the song speaks for itself regarding JJ's talents!

Omo, his voice is just soooo touching and unique.

but i wouldn't say either is er... "heart melting"

...Most Korean singers are good but most sound alike whether they go high or low, R and B , Pop, Ballad and Rock Ballad, etc and that goes for both sexes but the most astounding voice I've heard so far, that has the most potential because he's just new in the business, is that of Kyuhyun of Super Junior, he's different. His voice is powerful and his vocal range is unbelievable, I think he's the only one who can go international...the thing is, he may not know how good he is because it looks like singing comes too easy for him.
...Sung Sikyung is of course on top of my list because I love how he sings ballads.

Park Yoochun. For some reasons, I really like Micky's voice. I don't know how to explain but something just makes me attracted to his voice.

Jaejoong(both live and cd) is no.1 voice for me. I know because I look forward to his part in every performance. His voice sometimes lacks body and power but omg the beautiful timbre.

No. 2 are junsu(live) and yoochun(cd).

i love super junior. .. . their voices melt my heart.. they make me smile when i'm sad, they r my hope when i'm losing, they r my isnpiration to go on.. i love super junior forever!!

Jaejoong. His voice is soothing, clear, and angelic. He can hit notes high and low (more high than low ke ke). His face maybe stern when performs, but the passion comes from his voice. Just close your eyes, his beautiful face is actually redundant, his voice alone win fans' hearts all over.

To be honest most ballard singers do... I really think Park Hyo Shin has a beautiful voice its just so sexy to hear him singing XD

Xiah Junsu has the best male voice I've ever heard...he's an amazing singer.
I also love Tae Yang's voice because it's soothing and just sexy.
Their voices both melt my heart lol.

kyu started off as baritone with suju, but sang more bass notes during KRY.. his vibrato is much-controlled unlike the others, thus, really pleasing to the ears

Hmm, I like Yunho oppa but I would most definitely go for Junsu oppa with heart melting voice. For me, JaeJoong oppa has a slightly more girl-ish voice(Own opinion ) whereas Junsu oppa has this really amazing voice that melts my heart when he sings.
Another singer would be Hwanhee oppa but Junsu oppa is my number one

i really love jaejoong's voice. it's soft and a little husky. junsu has a nice voice too, but it's just not right for me.

LOL Boo everyone just lists TVXQ. D: I love TVXQ, but I've got to say that Seungwoo and Gyuhoon from Soulstar make me melt more than the dongbang guys. Kyuhyun from Super Junior, too. His jazzy solo from the Hyena soundtrack was *_*.

Hwayobi; ive been stalking her videos these days and i love her sultry voice. soulful as hwanhees voice : ) and you can only hear a bit of her accent in her english songs. but i love it. especially because shes one of the few who sing in english and you can actually understand it xD

Fly to the sky; i like both hwanhees and brians voice. they complete each other.
hwanhees husky and deep voice & brians pure voice are perfect for a duo.

I love Micky Yoochun's voice. It's really calm and soothing.
I also love Bi Rain's voice, but recently I discovered another voice I really liked.
Actually he was featured in Rain's new song 더 끌려, which is More Attraction in English.
The guy that is featured is Taewan aka C-luv. When I first listened to his voice, I was amazed! I immediately searched up his name, but he's not too popular so it was kind of hard finding results. His voice is super smoothe! Here's one of the very few pictures I found:



Besides that, I also love Kyuhyun's voice from Super Junior and Jonghyun's voice from SHINee!

The voice that has captivated me belongs to Super Junior's Kyuhyun. That set of pipes needs to be insured. He is in a league of his own. At age 20, he has not yet even maximized his full potential in singing. Years from now, his soothing voice will surely attain the polish that will draw more people to that undeniable gift he has.

younha..she can make a sweet voice(e.g. rain and the bar) to the most saddest voice that i have ever hear like in the song umbrella with epik high and hating..yup..to me,no one can beat her yet..

for guys,changmin because his voice in song "i love you" is quite soothing..
jaejoong and yoochun also..their voice is quite soothing..
TVXQ also cause in bolero is the most beautiful song i had heard..

My vote definitely goes to Hero Jaejeong. His voice is like a melody that melts every listener's heart. His voice has a unique X factor that I can't stop listening to TVXQ's songs!

I think Park Hyo Shin has arguably the best voice in Korea. He's so soulful. His voice is definitely the most beautiful one I have ever heard. He can sing any song and I can't help but feel something inside. I think that is his talent- the ability to make people feel with his music. For anyone who has watched I'm Sorry, I Love You, you've heard his beautiful voice singing Snow Flower/Snowflake.

xiah junsu is an addiction.. i just don't know but it seems that he can do all types of songs.. emotions overwhelming, power and quality... just listen to him in love in the ice, beautiful thing, rainy night, afterglow, bolero...

I never really was into boygroups.. but then DBSK came along .. xD
And changed that all.. with their powerful vocals..
So when i found out about DBSK i thought that Junsu was amazing.. O.o
The passion, emotion he sings with .. its indescribable..
But .. Jaejoong's my fav memb .. when i hear his voice in songs like ;
Tonight, Love After Love, Love In The Ice.. and so many more, i'm just hooked.. xD
And don't get me started on their A cappella.. that's just simply amazing .. xD
But .. i also like ..

As for female singers.. BoA is the number 1 to me..

As much as I love LOVE JunSu's voice, I don't think it melts my heart like those two ^^. Su has an amazing voice, I'm always floored by his live performances and his technique is second to none. But when I hear him I just think 'WOW AWESOME SINGER'. Sometimes it bugs me. >.< It doesn't make my heart skip like JaeJoong's and it's not soothing like Kyu's.
