Does anyone know who will be singing the theme song for this series? I REALLY hope it's not Bowie. He is a great actor but I don't really like his singing voice..

Bowie sings the themesong and OMG, it's bad. Not as bad as the one from "Vigilante Force" but it's still horrible. What's with the english lyrics "love is the clue"? What does that mean? And his "yeah yeah" was annoying too.

I don't get why Bowie gets to sing so many theme songs.. I remember in some interview.. Kelly Chen said that maybe it's cuz he has a very distinctive voice.. HAHA..

Totally Agree! Bowie ALWAYS sings the songs for his series, really annoying. This one is one of his worst! What I hate about him singing is that, it makes me feel that Bowie thinks he is the only good singer for the series since he is the main star. Get the crap out of me! Btw, like the English SubThemeSong, does anybody know who sings it? If they do, can anyone upload it?

Yes, lately bowie sings all the themesong of series he leads. Not all are good. In fact more than half are so...so...

BUT, I think it is not bowie's decision. It is up to the producer or TVB management to decide who the themesong singer is.

I like sub-themesongs in CIB, especially the funky song everytime Samantha (Maggie) is on screen? Do you all notice that?

LOL the themesong's horrible. it's supposed to be a cop series but....where's the cop feel in the song?? it sounds like a themesong to a stupid comedy series. and then there's the english..."chasing the truth, love is the clue" wth?? and omg....all those yeahs annoy me. Bowie's singing is alright...but i dont think he suits singing these type of songs.

and all the funky bg music annoy me too. dunno why...maybe cuz there's too much of it. lol

Bowie is definitely not a good singer in any way. It's just the songs that he sings -- they all have good tunes.
This themesong isnt bad - but the english is horrible. Worst themesong of Bowie = Vigilante Force

In the theme video.. there is some guy who points a gun at Wong Hei but I can't make out who the guy is..

i like the songs they play when they are about to go to commercial and back. they have the same 10-sec clip every time. i like the woman's short song.

Bowie is ok at singing, I guess it just depends on the song. And its not his choice if he sings the song or not I think its the TVB producers. They should've made a song where both Bowie and Ah He sang it....

Bowie said in an interview that he recorded this song in a rush, like a day or something cuz he had to go overseas so the recording was rushed so that could be why...

this themesong made me crack up sooo much!!! especially the 'yeah yeah yeah' bits.. i couldn't stop laughing. and bowie's singing didn't help it much.. i dunno why but bowie's singing seems to be going downhill. i used to like his songs, especially during the war and beauty period. his two themesongs for that series were mad. healing hands 3 was alrite, and dance of passion was pretty fitting, but this? haiz..

I agree.. his voice and singing style is better suited for period dramas like WAB and DOP..

i think like the healing hands series, they are to release an OST here. Firstly am up to chapter 2 and i have a liking for the english songs featured so far here - the restuarant one when bowie and wong hei was having dinner , the one featured at the end of chapter 2..when the credits rolled. The tune in between the commercial breaks.

Anybody know the name of the English song at the end of episode 13? It's sounds very good.

I really like some of the music they use in this series.. the background music that they play in episode 14 when Samantha goes to meet Mark after work is especially nice.

I think it perfectly captures the feeling of their relationship.. kinda innocent and fresh..

I like all the English songs that are used, they fit really well. And it's not only the songs, just some of the random music sound effects are great too. I think alot of the songs are TVB "in house" ones unfortunately, so they would be hard to find.

even though bowie doesn't make the theme song as best as it could be, the actual song itself is quite catchy. i sometimes find myself humming to it! haha

ye the music really sucked. its just weird when your watching a canto series and all the music is like wanabe r&b. overall i thought this series was a BIG dissapointment.

I really need some help finding the English songs from the CIB serie... And would appreciate any help or clue of how to get them. The songs is for my girlfriend, most bcuz she told me to find them. Secondly, it would really make her sing haha. But I have searched for some nights now, without any success... It was easier to find the others.
