Some things to look forward to in Episodes 21-25..

Anne finds out about Nancy and Derek's relationship.. John also finds out.. but not from Anne..

After Frankie and Tavia successfully find the last martial arts master (Evergreen & Fiona).. John allows her to rejoin the Flying Fish sect.. Frankie leaves and Tavia misses him.

Joel finally reveals his feelings to Tavia.. but she refuses him.. this leads Joel to resent Frankie.. and although Nancy loves Derek.. she agrees to marry Joel who will one day be John's successor..

[Spoiler] Nancy agrees to marry Joel because John threatens to kill Derek if she refuses. On their wedding day, Nancy leaves with Derek. John nearly kills Derek but Frankie saves them.. They go to Raymond for help to heal Derek. [/Spoiler]

Frankie starts to suspect John's identity and John tries to kill him.. Luckily Raymond saves Frankie.. John tries to turn everyone in the White sect against Frankie..

In order to save Tavia's life, Frankie reveals that she is the leader of the Dark sect's daughter.. she agrees to "spy" on the Dark sect for John..

Anne finds out that John's been working for the Dark sect..

[Spoiler] She dies a tragic death at the hands of her husband.. who learns afterwards that she never intended to reveal his true identity.. [/Spoiler]

Why did Tavia refuse to be with Joel? Didnt she love him all the time? Or has she fell in love with Frankie at that moment?

I think initially.. she meant for Joel to be with Nancy because she knew Nancy really liked Joel.. but then later on she falls for Frankie..

awww.. thats sad how anne dies . lookin forward to see a further development in frankie and tavia's relationship ^^

I have a funny feeling that joel is goin to turn bad.. because i think he changes a lot after nancy left him... he scares me sometimes.. i guess maybe it's because he is so insecure about everything now!

Poor Anne...she gets killed by her husband, John. Its so sad that he realizes she never wanted to reveal his true identity...

Im so glad that Nancy gets to be with Derek.

i think the death of anne will kinda be a good one. although she has to die, i think this is a scene where it makes everybodi sad. well. some people. she has a good character in her, and for her to die, is so sad. nancy marrying joel, =[, they dont even like each other. another one of those marriages. *bleh* lolx. anywayz. im waiting for it! =D

I think so too, esp when he didn't get love from either of tavia and nancy.... since both of 2 girls like him initially... when he told tavia that he liked her, but she refused it.. and he did not look kind and nice any more like b4.

i was wondering, [SPOILER]when nancy and derek jumped off the cliff, frankie had gave them a paper. wat did it say? i couldnt reallie read the chinese. =P [/SPOILER] its kinda spoiler but i have a question about it. =P hope someone can answer it!

I think i need to ask the same question, I cannot really read the word because is small, and hard to read, so can anyone tell us what did frankie writes on the paper..

I have a question in episode 23. When the evil master saw Tavia, they said that they've met before, but they have never seen each other before in this series. Did I miss an episode or something? Can someone please help me clarify this, or else it's going to bother me for a long time. Thanks.

Maybe he's referring to the beginning of the series when Tavia & Raymond gave antidote to the White sect when they were poisoned by the heart demon. Not sure if they met anytime after that...

When they saw each other in episode 23, Tavia doesn't seem to know that he's the evil master, and the evil master even said that because they had tea together once that he'll not kill her. Any ideas, anyone?

hm... I quickly watched those scenes again at least 10 times.... since I've taped it... .... the paper is written "山窮水盡疑無路，日落西山鴛鴦亡"..... anyone can read chinese and good at translation, plz help... because I'm not good at it...
however, in later episode, (yes, I've taped the scenes again )lee bo yee said these words again, but it's a bit different...."日落西山" has change to "太陽西下” ... I think this's a bug....

it's probably a scene taht was cut off. Remember that both Tavia and that guy with a bad fashion sense went to visit Tavia's mom's grave on the same time?

I'd imagine they met eachother then. It's such a standard TVB scene.... but probably got skipped.

it's a poem frankie wrote for nancy and derek...literally it just says that "at the end of the mountain and river there is no road / when the sun sets the [lovers] will die".

the first phrase "山窮水盡疑無路" actually is an ancient poem with another phrase after it, which is "柳暗花明又一村"...which literally says "weeping willow's dark, flower's bright, there will be another village" and means after the sorrow will be joy. (incidentally, the first word of this phrase is "lau" which is also derek's character's surname...does nancy's character name have anything to do with flowers? cuz hten the "lau ngum fa ming" would be referring to how they're dark sect/white sect)

my random guess is that the poem might have said that when you reach a place with no road to travel on, there is hope of finding another village but you'll have to create this opportunity yourself.

and maybe the second phrase means that the two lovers will disappear from the world after sunset, as opposed to them dying...? (as in they disappear and no longer get chased by all those ppl against them)

anyway, chinese isn't my first language so this is my version of what it might be. i'm sure someone else has a better explanation than me....!!

The second phrase that is written on the paper is slightly different from what Frankie says, but basically means the same thing. The first four characters of the second phrase (in both the written - 日落西山 - and spoken versions - 太陽西下) refer to when the sun sets in the west.

山窮水盡疑無路 柳暗花明又一村 -- think the gist of these two phrases is that even when all prospects appear bad and there is no place to turn, there will always be a way out (or, equivalent to the phrase about there being a silver lining).

in ep 25-26 i felt SO bad for selena...how she got tortured was pretty intense

Episode 21-25, so sad that Anne died, John was so evil how he stabbed her and Frankie was framed for everything & he looks so lost and hopeless. Tavia's costume really cool as she turns into the darkside. Raymond is turning bad because of what happen to Selena, what they did to her was too evil! I was in shock.

Anne's death scene was poorly done...This is a moment where Anne chooses to die instead of being with her husband...that although she cannot bear the person John has become, she still loved him...and yet...it may have been because of Anne's poor acting but that scene did not stir up emotions like it should have.

The Selena torture sequence...only goes to show how "good" people may in fact be evil...and that evilness and goodness rest not in the martial arts school that you belong, but in your behaviour. I was quite shocked that this scene was shown as you don't often see entire torture scenes in TVB series...especially when a man is torturing a woman.

Totally agreed. I think this shows showed more 'blood scenes' than some of the other ancient show... I mean the 'reaaaaaal' blood ~~~~ slash~~~ slash~~~

Any spoilers? Can anyone tell me what happened to Selena?
