Has anyone seen this series? Their english is kind of bad (thank god for subtitles) but it's a very cute series.

yea, i saw the first six with english subtitles and its a very cute drama series.
At soompi its a hugh talk which is really great. I just hope that the english subtitles would be done much faster.

I have seen this up to chapter 6. Chapters 1 and 2 have english subtitles but for 3-6 I was able to get the synopsis. It would be great if someone could point me to the synopsis for chapters 4-14. All in all a good movie. I especially like both female leads. They are very pretty.

I have watched parts one through three and have fallen in love with it.

Even though the Korean actor's/actress's English are not the greatest, I am very impressed with their ability. I don't understand Korean and must abide by the subtitles, but I have to give the actors a high five for what they have done.

I think they are doing a fairly good job representing America. At times, Americans are much worse than what John Ford did to Kim Hyung-woo (Kim Rae Won's character) at the beginning. (Kim Hyung-woo takes a sick John Ford to the hospital, but the next morning, Kim Hyung-woo wakes up to find that John had walked out on him. He is almost late for class and barely receives a thanks). We sometimes are too self centered here because of the way we are brought up. So, way to go!

This is a great series that I believe everyone should watch. Continue adding subtitles

I've only seen up to episode 6 and it's already my favorite drama. I think it's the whole thing about Koreans going to school in the US and how Hyung-woo uses his knowledge of the law to get out of a lot of situations, including saving his love Soo-in. That and Kim Tae-hee is cute and I would give anything to meet her after watching this drama...

i'm watching this show right now...gotta love it. i am so impressed with Kim Tae Hui. she was such a loathsome character in STH and in here..she's just a doll! KRW is kinda hot now that i think about it! and btw, i can't picture the USC campus and UCLA's Royce Hall being "Harvard University" at all!

most of "harvard law school" is actually the USC campus...Hollywood uses the USC and UCLA campus a lot when they want an "East Coast" school..."Harvard" in Legally Blonde is USC. you can see UCLA's Royce Hall in several scenes and part of "Bruin Walk"

i agree... the english was really bad.. tho first i really gotten crazy for dis drama because kim tae soo is so pretti n she was from STH *absolute fave* n it attracted me how it is supposedly located in harvard... watched till ep 8.. kinda lost interest because dey r back in korea now... tho still good... tho it sumtimes pisses me off when the guys r tryin to speak english... the grls spoke it so much better than em

haha the english is kind of funny... but kim taehee's is actually pretty good, and that other girl's is too. it was filmed at ucla and usc, and i go to ucla, so when i was watching it i saw my library and my classes and stuff. X)

i wouldn't say that this drama has a very good plot, their english is pretty bad (which really annoyed me), but kim rae won and kim tae hee make a very cute couple. i only watched this drama because of their cute screen time together. i loved kim rae won's character...so romantic!!!

I'm watching this right now,its my first Korean series..lol.Its quite good so far but the actors esp. Kim Rae Won has very dodgy English -.-

I like both the main character for the guy and the girl. The girl is just so cute... I wonder if she is fake or all natural. I think the movie is just great. I watch the whole series in a day. I got the chinese version so.... I didn't hear them speak in English at all. But I cry too many times watching this movie... so for those of you that haven't finish watching it.... be prepare with cleanix.

But just for a though... does any of you have the subtitle for this whole series in English? I wouldn't mind to watch it again only if I can understand the beginning part about what they are saying while they were in Harvard.

Yes, this is a good series. ...and NO, they don't speak English in the entire series... just SOME of the scenes in Harvard and Korea...

I think this series is pretty good, lolz, i think all the characters are cute, especially the main actress and actor!!

This is a very good drama to watch. The earlier episodes were entertaining and funny but I think the later episodes really allowed the main characters to demonstrate their acting prowess. Kim Rae Won and Kim Tae Hee have a wonderful chemistry. I liked the ending too - so refreshing and different from the very depressing and sad conclusions of the other Korean drama series.

I would definitely recommend this drama. It is one of my favorites. I can watch it again and still love it. The story is good and I love the way Kim Rae Won acts in this movie. A definite two thumbs up.

I love it so much, especially - at the part in school.. 2 guys chase for a gals..and It always happend this kind of situation in our days of life but i hate when Sui-in left jus like that. I don't like this series at all. It's fascinating seeing the building structure of Harvard but that's it. The professor is too old. As far as I know, mostly college professor is not that old. They're retire if they're that old. Another flaw that I think ya should notice at the beginning of this series. How did the professor know who got accept to the University or not. He doesn't have any said that matter at all.

Episode 1
Hyun Woo (Kim Rae Won) goes on a plane to attend Harvard Law School and meets Jin Ah (Kim Min) on the plane. She tells him that she knows the book that he is reading. Hyun Woo is curious but doesn't talk much and is not able to find out who she is. With the help of his future fiance, Seul Gi (Jung Sol Hee), he stays at a motel before he movies into his room at the dorms. He meets Soon In (Kim Tae Hee) at the motel. He mistakes her as a prostitue when he sees her going into a room with a middle-aged man. Hyun Woo goes to Professor Oh (Oh Young Jae/Kang Nam Gil) for advice on school. He is surprised to see Soo In helping the professor take his clothes off in the office. Hyun Woo follows Soo In to figure out what was going on. He is introduced to his dorm people at a dinner that his roommate John Ford takes him to. They all have incredible backgrounds and he also meets Jung Min (Lee Jung Jin) at that dinner. Jung Min tells Hyun Woo tho study a little more before going around telling everyone that he's from Korea. At the freshman welcome party, Hyun Woo sees Soo In again with a famous lawyer, James Yoo (Johnny Yoon). He also sees the woman he saw on the plane. During the party James Yoo faints grabbing his chest and Soo In does emergency procedures..

Episode 2
Hyun Woo is confused by Soo In. Soo In goes to a small run-down restaurant with no customers to meet her father Yong Gu (Joo Hyun). Yong Gu promises her daughter that he'll recover and lets out a sigh. Soo In goes to the library because she has nowhere to sleep and meets Hyun Woo
Hyun Woo still mistakes her for a prostitue and threatens her that he'll call security. He stays up all night preparing for Professor Keynes' lecture but Keynes purposefully does not let him participate. Hyun Woo tries to join a study group that John Ford is in, but they don't let him in the group. He wanders not being able to join any group. He ends up hiring a tutor through Seul Gi. Soo In walks in as the tutor. Hyun Woo is bewildered. He finds out that Soo In is a medical student and that the middle-aged man was her father.
Hyun Woo also finds out that Soo In was simply checking up on Professor Oh because his health is in poor condition. All of his questions are answered. He is also surprised that Soo In studies, holds a part time job, and volunteers to take care of an Aids patient. Hyun Woo goes to lecture and formally argues with Professor Keynes that he is being purposefully excluded from the class. After the argument, Professor Keynes finally gives him the right to participate.

Episode 3
Hyun Woo and Jung Min argue to go on a date with Soo In. Soo In tells Hyun Woo that she already arranged to go with Jung Min and disappoints him. Hyun Woo joins the volunteer group that helps aids patients to get Soo In's attention. Professor Keynes announces a mock trial competition. He says he will choose two teams based on the pleadings they submit. Jung Min recieves help from Jin Ah's law firm and prepares with his study group. Both teams submit a pleading using the same case as the subject. Keynes chooses both of them. Hyun Woo finds out that Soo In was depressed recently because the football player aids patient passed away. He cheers her up on the football field, and attempts a surprise kiss...

Episode 4
Jung Min is mad at the sight of Soo In and Hyun Woo. Jung Min prepares for the mock trial competition with Jin Ah's help. He also hides all of the case study books so that Hyun Woo's group can't find them.
Hyun Woo gets mad and goes at Jung Min but Jing Min hits Hyun Woo. Jung Min is confused when he finds out that Hyun Woo is the son of a famous layer. He is even more determined to win the competition. Hyun Woo meets the victim's family but to no avail. He finds a clue while playing around with Seul Gi.
Finally the mock trial begins. Jung Min argues based on the facts that Jin Ah and James Yoo taught him. Hyun Woo wins by stating the crucial reason. Hyun Woo and Soo In celebrate their victory, and Jung Min tells Jin Ah that his father committed suicide because of Hyun Woo's father...

Episode 5
Soo In decides to help a patient despite Jung Min's warning. The person starts to breathe again but remaing unconscious. Soo In and the professor are accused of treating a patient without a medical license. Soo In is put in a dilemma. Hyun Woo tries to help Soo In but the situation doesn't get much better. The patient then finally regains consciousness.
However, Hyun Woo is shocked to find out that the patient's guardian is preparing a lawsuit after being persuaded by Jin Ah. Jin Ah asks Jung Min to be a witness and puts him in a tight situation. Hyun Woo looks up other case histories to help Soo In and tries to meet the patient despite the visitor restriction. Hyun Woo looks at Jin Ah and Jung Min when they run into each other in front of the patient's room.

Episode 6
Jung Min receives an opportunity to work as a clerk at the federal court as Jin Ah planned. Jung Min feels held back because of Soo In's problem, but he heads for the interview anyways. Soo In attends the disciplinary committee meeting. Hyun Woo finally finds a way to help Soo In with Professor Keynes' help. Right before the final decision is announced, Hyun Woo gives the Good Samaritan as an example and the committee decides to not hold Soo In responsible. Jin Ah notifies Hyun Woo and Soo In that the patient's guardian decided to drop all charges. Soo In and Hyun Woo are excited, and Jung Min who left the interview to come help Soo In is disappointed at the sight of the two.
Soo In and Hyun Woo don't have much time to spend as Soo In leaves for her volunteer trip right after. Soo In and Hyun Woo borrow a beautiful vacation house and go together. Soo In tells a playful Hyun Woo that they mst part. The next day, Soo In leaves Hyun Woo...

I just love this series. Love the couple KRW&KTH. They are soooo cute together. I got to hear their english accent, and got to know more about laws. I rather like Prof. Keynes. My prof. was much older than Keynes, and yet, my prof still teaches next semester for he likes teaching. Did I mention the main couple was very adorable????

i don't like this series too. it's just not appealing. the lead actress is beautiful and good, but the lead actor....and when they communicate in english, luckily there are subtitles else i will not understand what they are trying to convey.
but overall, it's not that good as the title sounds

KRW and KTH are both good looking and they are cute as a couple.
I also like the second leading man; he looks like my idol BYJ.
