Liza said that her character is somewhat like "Miranda Priestly" from Devil Wears Prada, but acting wise, it's totally different. And when asked if her character would have a lot of intimate scenes with Benz Hui, she said, "I don't know, but I would have to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on Benz Hui when he faints in one of the scenes."

YIPEE!!!! A sequel It's a pity dat we hav to wait until next year to watch dis. If they are only going to film in july then we will only get to see it da following year. Argh!! I LOVED THE BICKERING AMONGST THE MOTHER IN LAW AND WIFE, IT WAS THE BEST PART. WONDER IF THE NEW ONE WILL HAVE A MASKED HERO LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONE.

Recently, I just saw WOIL and I thought that the beginning was done really well. Up until the end, it just wasn't as good as the drama had started.

So now that there's a new sequel that will be coming out, I don't know how well it will be this time. I'm sure this sequel will attract a lot of viewers when and if Myolie & Bosco onscreen together again.

Agree with you... The first half was good but the second half seems to rush everything and left out some important details such as character development. The ending is too rush .

I am so happy that Boscolie can be in another serie together , esp. this is in modern time, there wil be more sparkles between this couple . Hope this serie will have good script. I cant wait to hear this confirm and costume fitting of this serie.

Would this be a modern series or an ancient series. I don't see how they can pull it off in an ancient series.

I can't wait until the cast is confirmed.. hopefully Boscolie will be paired up again, they were what made the original WOIL series so successful! I'm looking forward to seeing their sparks and chemistry onscreen =) I know that Myolie will be in the series for sure, one of the producers recently confirmed it in a news report... something to that extent anyway. I wonder what the plot will be like, hopefully this modern version is not as bad as LMS was.

Myolie is definitely confirmed. The producer Kwan Wing Chung said he is writing this role especially for her. he is hoping this role will earn Myolie the best actress award next year. He also produced War of In-Laws as well as To Grow with Love.

Oh yeah, I remember reading that piece of news too. It's funny how the first WOIL was written especially for Liza Wang and it also won her the Best Actress award.. and now Producer Kwan is hoping to secure Myolie the best actress award at the 40th TVB anniversary next year. Hopefully this series isn't a huge disapointment.. I find that the most hyped up series tend to be so disappointing (e.g. Dance of Passion, To Grow with Love).

Anyone know if the minor cast is going to be kept the same too? I hope Shek Sau and Christine Ng are in this too!

I'm glad dat they writing dis series just for myolie. I think she deserves an award for in woil. Too bad she had to be nominated together with liza. Now she would hav a better chance to win an award since dis series will be written just for her. I have real faith that Myolie will get the best actress award for her role in the sequel to WOIL. You can tell how much she loved working on the first one and her performance demonstrated just how much she did. She was wonderful, and it was ashame that Liza took the award instead. I know that she'll put her entire heart into filming this sequel and will enjoy each and every minute of it. Especially with the WOIL family getting back together!! It'll be perfect, and Myolie and Bosco will get the chance to spend time together again!! Lets see their off-screen relationship develop even further!!! Maybe, Bosco may have a high chance of winning the best actor award too! I can't wait for this sequel!!!
