I think it's easier to pull off a cute look than a sexy look. Only certain people can pull off looking sexy without looking slutty or like they're trying too hard. I think Ayumi is much better suited for a cute look. She doesn't look right when she tries to be sexy. She looks like she's trying too hard. Hyori pulls off the sexy look better but sometimes she looks kind of raunchy.

Overall, I prefer a cute look. It's more wholesome and it's something I identify with more.

It really depends on what kind of girl your talking about. Some of the girls just can't be cute no matter how hard they try. I like cute girls better

i agree Ayumi pulls of Cute better than Sexy. I saw her on SBS music videos show, and she was singing cute honey. in the video she was wearing a sexy french dress, but when she was dancing, she just seemed adorrible. No matter if she trys to be sexy, i think she'll always just be cute. ( like a teddy bear)

Both are not exactly easy to achieve and most can't do both. You can look too cute (like sickeningly cute) or you can look too sexy (like slutty).

Though I think SHG (Full House) and YEH (Goong) pull both looks off well.

But I think the cute look is more universally popular. Like, you'll see lots of girls who can pull off the cute look have fans all over the age spectrum...but I feel for the sexy look, there aren't as many older (as in elderly) or younger (children) fans.

It's harder to pull off the sexy look..because there's two kinds of sexy...sexy looking classy or sexy looking trashy..
When you try to be too sexy then your going towards the trashy slutty look but if you go for just the sexy but not that much then it can become classy..

Cute is really easy to pull off because you just have to look Cute and bubblely and smile alot

but Sexy you have to suck in the stomach and hold your posture and face in a certain angle it's alot to pull off being sexy.

but one Korean actress starlet that I know can pull off both look would be Song Hye Kyo
because if you look at her pictures cute and sexy she looks good in all of them..also in her Sexy look she isn't looking slutty or trashy she looks classy...she looks good...

Actually I prefer a mixture of both. You can be cute but don't be so fake and act all hypergirly and stuff, and be sexy in a non-provocative way. Actresses like Son Ye Jin and Song Hye Kyo definitely pulls it off with their blend of sexy and cute apeeal.

I dunno. I think sometimes when the stars act sexy, they look very cheap and when they act cute they appear like airheads. Character-wiseJust be normal and I thinkt aht would be best.

Lee Hyori pull off all the styles nicely. Honestly, i like her sexy look...it suits her skin. Dang, I want her tan!!!

Since I'm female myself, I prefer the cute look. But if it's exaggerated cuteness to the point where it looks blatantly fake, that's really irritating. Note: some Taiwanese celebs are perfect examples. I think natural cuties are like Yoon Eun Hye and Han Ji Jye.
I agree too with those who said Ayumi looks better cute than sexy while Hyori can pull of sexy very well. Hyori is the kind that exudes sexiness from within without looking slutty. I do like her.
So perhaps the perfect girl is the one with the right balance of cuteness and sexiness.
