this series is soo good but so sad, i couldnt stop cryin wen yu hao died, dylan kuo was soo kute in dis movie. but i dont get it if yu hao died in the outsider 1 how can there b an outsider 2 with him in it as well, thats alittle confussin 4 mi. help mi out ne1.

the english title is called the outsiders because of the love story between yu hao and xiao yan zi.....they are totally people from different worlds and both of them are outsiders to both of their own worlds......

the chinese title is called dou yu or fighting fish, actually, there is a fish type called dou yu......and the fishes attack each other....

i think the significance of the black fish painted on xiao yan zi's back is that the black fish represents yu hao and i guess that means she has decided to be with him forever???

This series I got to admit was AWESOME!!! I normally don't watch anything except TVB series, but I watched the first episode, and I couldn't stop until I finished it. The storyline of the series was great Dylan Kuo was awesome, the whole cast did a great job.

Saw this series a couple weeks ago...it was good
Liked the part where the girl (i'm not familiar with the names) found a finger in her bf's jacket. And the other girl said that's a long finger...he can't do this anymore...and points her middle finger up...lol so funny. it was sad when she died, and the other girl apologized for pretetending to be pregnant.

this series is really good, but series one should have been made longer instead of making a second series. Much to my disappointment, the main female character's transformation wasn't included in the first series. The change was too sudden in my opinion .

I have watched a bit of outsider II , my hopes are not that high on this one. sequels usually are that good..... take Meteor Garden II for an example

this drama is nice,i like san zhi and ah qi...haha...very nice...but i think the second series wont be so nice compare to the first.is it...dontknow

believe me. it's just as good, the acting maybe even better. The story line was really strong and very interconnected. definitely not a mg2. but you have to get past the first 6 eps in outsiders II to get to the really interesting parts.

so is the whole part 2 series out yet? or is it still being aired?...(blue) dan zi is not in it at all?

This film is very good, the story about love and friendship. Pin2 so handsome.... the soundtrack is good too, I like Bu Gong Ping

somehow i like the outsiders I than II. i guess i like the story line better in part I, and also the soundtrack was better to in my opinion.

i liked outsiders 2 because the actors had time to get comfortable in their roles and i think they did a better job. alan luo as ah lie was really good and the girl who played lei lei cried convincingly. I watched the second before I watched the first one so maybe the one you prefer really depends on which one you watched first. I also liked dou yu II's soundtrack much more just because I didn't really enjoy the english songs in the first one.

I'm only halfway through thte second one, the first one was amazingly good, but the second one just didn't hve the same kind of attractivness as the first one.

Honestly, what's soo good about this series..Is it about 'KILLINGS' and 'TRIAD' or what???

I've not seen it and My sister could've gotten this series for 20 bucks at first but didn't and later on it went for 15 bucks but she still didn't get it becuz WE really don't know how good it is..She bought the OST to Part 1 becuz her friend recommended the songs or something like that, i believe, but she asked me if it was good,Part 1,i mean, but i didn't know since i didn't read about this series and am not interested in it all but it just seems as thou everybody loves it and it's really good..ahh, don't know...2 of the 3 guys looks cute from the box set...One of them looks somewhat like Wallace something..Forgot the guys last name..Is it him???

OMG...i just finished watching Outsiders 1 and i luved it!!!! originally...i wasnt gonna watch this series becasue i saw the front cover and it looked like a typical gangster movie...but after reading all the good comments from everyone about it...i decided to give it a go!!! after the first episode...i was HOOKED!!!

the ending was soooo SAD!!! i cryed sooo much!!! but i luv sad movies!!

anyway...cant wait to watch the sequel...

btw...the english song sung by a guy throuout the series...is that "Till The End"?

I have just finished watching this drama. I cried quite a number of times actually. The part when Hong Dou died was really sad. Apparently, I never dropped a tear when Ah Hao died. My eyes were so tired after watching 13 episodes in a row.

Strange...same for me. I cried sooo much throughout the series and then in the end when Ah Hao dies....I didn't cry.

Does anyone know where i can find the music, sheet music, score, whatever you call it for the songs in the Outsiders?

OMG! i luv this series...the love between ah huo and xiao yien tse is sooo sweet....awww when he dies...hes soo sweet...hes all like ur the only girl i ever loved....ooh man....so sad....they were soo cute!! he was emotional but when they were together...it was soo sweet....i wish it didnt end that way...they were so close to having a great life....so sad...

omg i just started watching this and i love it this is a good series. i am so stupid this was in the download section for a while already and i just didnt' take a look at it so stupid of me. then i watched one episode on tv and i was great. can't wait until the download is done. so good love this show.

does everyone get that scene in dou yu, towards the end with the meeting with xiong ge and yu hao doesn't go because he wants to spend time with xiao yan zi ... does it go from the part with xiong ge's wife and the bad guy (don't remember his name right now) in the bathroom straight to the part where xiong ge's wife is talking to xiao yan zi about how she's doesn't fit the "mafia boss' girl" role??? it seemed really wierd to me to suddenly get to that scene ....

outsiders was sucha good drama!!!
i was kinda skeptical about it in teh beginning. but WOW it was amazing...
the ending was so sad...but i think it was the right way to end it.
sorta strange how they made outsiders 2 right in teh middle of outsiders 1 though

oooe...i've been wathing this serie in 2 days....
I love the character of " hong dou", really bad to see her beaten up by for guys and her death in the hospital was a emotional scene...
And ' yan zi' face looks so much of that of Vicky Zhao, those eyes, nose...
She looks really cool, after she became " strong".
And a just so hate that girl, who came from mainland china, and lied about her pregnancy..

i cried so much during that scene! and when "yan zi" got raped, i couldn't stop crying. I didn't hate the china girl that much but her face got annoying after awhile but at least she revenged ah Hao at the end.
personally, i hated the "strong" Yan zi. Although she was much prettier, I loved her when she was all innocent and ah Hao protected her. During the middle, when AH Hao and Yan Zi had problems and were kind of cold to each other, i totally lost interest. Just cause i didn't like their attutides towards each other.
and the ending! i didn't hate it or loved it either. I would have liked it if Ah hao was alive but i don't mind him dying at the end either. *shrug* but the outsiders is an amazingly good series.

It's the best taiwanese drama I have watch, I didn't feel like watching the drama at first cause I thought it is goijng to be like some gangsters fighting through the drama. I decided to watch it after I heard the songs and like it very much, the songs are great ........so I fall in love with the drama after watching it. The story was really touching. I even cried towards the ending part when ah hao died.......I support the outsiders

i liked this series both one and two. But i think that their could have been more action and less talk. There was way too much talking in the series. I thought that the music for the series was great. I bought the soundtrack. This was a good series to watch.

i watched the first and the second of outsiders. i heard the 2nd one wasn't good. but like i said before don't just listen to other ppl's comment go demonstrate it urself, because different ppl got different taste. i liked the 2nd one just like the 1st one. too bad we didn't have BLUE in the 2nd one too, but he had SHOW, so i guess it 's ok. love them both, BLUE & SHOW

I wonder why not much ppl talk about Blue or his character in this series. Personally, i love Blue's character more than Dylan (however, Dylan's still my fav. because he's super HOT). Blue's character is soo sweet, understandable, and caring..his character is considers a perfect man. Also, Blue's acting is very very good..he doesn't talk much, but his face expressions say it all. i love the way Blue portrays his character..very professional...he has skills..hehe..
