DBSK part 2 (the thread you're all currently reading) has been in business for about four months. Back when the thread first started and was !EXPLODING! the mod crew took a careful examination of our 1000+ posts rule and decided to revise it.

The NEW RULE is that a thread must reach 2000+ posts AND been active and open for at least two months. Well, this thread is pretty much over 2000 posts and has definitely been open for two months. So anyone who has checked out the old thred -- or was there when it closed -- knows the drill.

We need a new DBSK topicstart (aka: first post). A brief example: when I was creating topicstarts a few months back (when we started doing this cleanup thing)... basically, some people would post a handful (like 6-8) links of youtube videos that they thought would be nice in the topic start. Others would post up images, others posted up discographies, brief histories for me... etc. And then I just took everything else (with a little help from wikipedia!) and put it together for a topicstart.

Note: the topicstart does not have to be thoroughly exhaustive and comprehensive (read: I certainly don't want it looking like a wikipedia page or anything! No need to be that thorough!). Case in point: I think my current topicstart is TOO LONG!

In other words: please post up links/informations/etc that you would like to go into the topicstart. The person who is "in charge" (and I use that term loosely because I wish for everyone to feel as though they were a part of the topicstart) of creating the final product can start putting everything together as he/she feels necessary. You don't necessarily have to -- I do have universal editing powers, so I *can* edit your post -- PM me your first post... but you can if you'd like (read: I would prefer it if you did so...). After all, I wouldn't like to edit YOUR post without your permission (especially if you've done nothing wrong!)... but NO NO NO NO! don't post it in here! That would ruin the purpose, right? Well, *I* like my topicstart to be a surprise anyways. Once you think everything is a go, you can just click the handy "New Topic" button at the top of the Korean Male Artists forum and... create the new topic!

*I do have a few tips that are... pretty much necessary in the new topic (small things though). So yes, I would like to receive a PM with the topicstart so I can make sure it's a go...

The highly anticipated 2nd album by Tohoshinki is released! With one album, and many singles where they challenge some dance songs, this time's album includes 7 of these dance songs. In May they will be starting their tour. For now, they will be focusing on Japan activities and prepare for the concert. This time with their improved Japanese talk, let's have fun talking about their 2nd album "Five in the Black." Yunho: Yes! I think it's a very complete album.
Jaejoong: In this album we have compiled the different singles' dance songs which we have challenged and there is a variety of dance songs.
Junsu: Compared to the first album, because there are more dance songs, it leaves a stronger impression!

Honestly, I really don't know lol. They just have a lot of charisma and charm, so people are naturally drawn to them. They are the most popular boyband in Korea, if not Asia, but they are still very humble and don't have oversized egos.
Not to mention, they have beautiful voices, faces and dancing skills!

What's your favorite song?

I would have to stick with InSa, simply because it was the first song that I heard from them. It hooked me in from the first hearing, and it's the song that is basically responsible for my obssession with DBSK (and kpop) today.

I would again have to speak about how humble they still are. They don't "act" like celebrities, but instead more like just the boy next door. They aren't afraid to get embarrassed on tv, and they know who they are, so their personalities truly shine even when they on on tv.

I'm pretty sure most of you can guess already who it is...If not, it's JUNSU!
Why? Well, no one can deny that he's the most well-rounded member of DBSK. He's got the vocals, the dancing skills and the looks. His charming and cute personality also won me over. (Yes, Joyce, I KNOW, I KNOW how much you love that camwhore!)

What is the worst thing about them?

Maybe having the "boyband" label is already bad enough...
But I'd have to say that they are too manufactured, they need a little more independence and creative input that goes into the group. SM controls EVERYTHING, so I guess that's why a lot of people look down on them. "They're just another typical boyband, artificial, no talent and all about looks..." Tru, true, they are pretty artificial, but this boyband actually HAS talent compared to many, many, many other boybands that are out right now.

Michi Kaoru, part one is the one where they all sit in the van with the blind-folds, and part two is the one where they actually go to the school and perform. It's also the one where they play with the dolls! I'd have to say part two is better because it's more fun, and don't forget to get the special because we catually get to see them choosing the dolls. The boys are such cute dorks.

I think it's a combination of talent, looks, personality, hardwork, modesty, brotherhood, and honesty to themselves and their fans.

its heart, mind, and soul; thus my nickname . why? well, bcz it's the first I saw them sing on youtube and I was blown away by the lyrics, the live performance and the looks. so I watched the whole live concert, and I think it's their best live perfomance till now. Other songs include Aisenai, my destiny, proud, eternal, unforgettable, whatever they say, One, Insa (joongies version), magic castle, begin so mostly acapella and ballads. The way they harmonize their voices together is amazing and is really their unique and strong point.

It's Jaejoong; something about him really draws me in. he sure has unique looks, and really define the word beautiful for a guy, plus an amazing, heartworming widerange voice,but i think its his personality that attracted me; the combination of cool, cold, hot,sexy, mysterious, dorky,shy,and last his sadness.

their lipsynced perfomances. sometimes I do understand but most of the time I just find it stupid, I prefer their japanese performnces bcz all r live. Second, is that they target the female audience mostly which doesn't help with boyband image, I think they should try nd attract more male audience.
