Rumour About Xiah Junsu's Real Age

Dong Bang Shin Gi's Charisma boy - Xiah Junsu (20 Years Old), went online on 17th November 2006 at 3pm and disclose the public about his real age.
The purpose of him doing this because of th rumours regarding Xiah's real age being only 16 years old, which means he is even younger than the age he started on the official website.

Xiah said, "People here will know my real age." He mentioned that "Now the official birth of the year started is 1987. From the information provided. Initially it was 1986 (20 years old this year), but the fact is it's 3 years younger. I accidently wrote 1987 on the personal profile at SM website." But due to this accident, he has to say he was born in 1987 during interviews.

The fact he is saying he was born in 1987 will make it sound closer to the age of the other DBSG members, and thus, he has no choice to say no.

The music video "Balloons", where Xiah was filming with mini Junsu, was used as the evidence online to spread rumours about Xiah's real age.

A View of Changmin by his mate….

1. Hardworking: Changmin is a very kind person, he never used the informal language when speaking (Korean language has formal and informal style). If he meets his seniors, he’ll greet them one by one. His cries a lot and has exceptionally lots of tears. If he didn’t say what he meant to say, he’ll tend to cry or if any of his elders or managers were angry, he’d tend to cry too.

2. Fans: at the same time, changmin really loves his fans a lot. He would hold on to each of his fans and say: “ I should be the one grateful to you guys.” But he could not express his thanks well and even if tears had welled up in his eyes, he still won’t be able to express himself.

3. School: Changmin is top 10 in school. Although he’s an artist, he had scored full marks for his maths before. If I have any problems with my studies, I’ll get him to teach me and he’ll teach me patiently. On top on that, there are no questions that he has no solution to! His standards are similar to a professor’s! Excellent! ( I knew that his studies has always been good but never expected it to be to this extend.)
To him, having 7 meals a day is nothing extraordinary. If he has fallen sick in school, he’ll make sure that he finishes his lunch before he leaves. In this world, he loves his parents most and next up will be fridge. ( No wonder he bought a fridge for his parents…^^)
He’s an extremely quiet person in school. If you want to take a photograph with him, you can tell him straight. During secondary school days, ever since Changmin’s debut, we’ve lost touch. It’s really a pity. He’s not someone whom you can just play with because his character is quite reserved but easy to get along with. But he’s certainly someone whom you can have lots of fun with.
Although changmin’s studies are good and he’s quiet, he’s still a student who skips school. Once we went out to play. Changmin knew that I had not taken my meal and so he bought bread for me so I get to eat it in class. He’s really kind.

6. Appetite: there are lots of food to his liking and is a well-known big eater. There was once at a waiting area, fans rushed up to him. Because his fans know that he loves to eat, therefore they brought his all types of food. He stared at the many different types of food for a long time. When he receives them, he held on to the fans hands and kept saying ‘thank you’ with inexpressible gratitude. ( there’s just so much of nice food on this earth..LOL)

7. School: Changmin is really shy when he’s in school and he often blush. If anyone wants he signature, he’d definitely comply with their request. (I heard that he can’t bear to reject…haha!) Before his debut, his studies are really really really good. But after debuting, his results have deteriorated because he can’t attend lessons as often. Even during his exams period, he still has filming to do. But he never stop learning English.

According to the Court sources, sometime ago a person [here being direct as Han] said that he's the father of TVXQ Member: Kim Jae Joong. Han mentioned that after he had divorced with his ex-wife, the custody of Kim Jae Joong was given to his ex-wife. However, he became to know that his ex-wife didn't foster the son to her relatives, instead, the custody was given to the third party, and thus, he filed the lawsuit。
After divorcing with the real mother of JaeJoong, he had given the custody to his ex-wife and afterwhich, he started his new life. Han indicated that JaeJoong's foster parents didn't arranged for a official adoption procedure and immediately regard JaeJoong as their own son.
The court personnel said that:"What really matters is whether has the foster son and parents gone through the official adoption procedure,'' 'If the adoption has proved to be confirm, it is indeed difficult for Han to register Kim Jae Joong's as his own child evenif it was confirm that JaeJoong is Han real son through DNA.
He then adds on that:"More people who are related to this lawsuit will be called in for investigation, including Kim Jae Joong and Han who will be having an DNA. Regarding this lawsuit, the foster parents of Kim Jae Joong lawyer said that:'Han did filed the lawsuit. However as Kim Jae Joong already had the surname as KIM , it is absolute alright for the adoption.'
The court will have its first hearing on 29th of Novemember.

한씨는 지난 80년대 후반 영웅재중의 생모와 이혼한 뒤 아들의 양육권을 아내에게 넘겼는데 최근 영웅재중이 친인척이 아닌 타인에게 입양돼 양육돼왔다는 사실을 뒤늦게 알고 친자확인소송을 제기했다. 한씨는 소장에서 “친인척도 아닌 제3자가 아들을 키우고 있어 소를 제기하게 됐다”며 “양부모가 정식 입양절차를 거치지 않고 영웅재중을 호적에 친자로 입적시켰다”고 주장했다.
법원 관계자는 “입양의 효력이 인정된다면 유전자 대조 결과 한씨가 친부로 확인되더라도 호적에 친자를 입적하기 어려울 것으로 판단된다”고 밝혔다. 또 “재판이 진행되면 입양경위 등을 조사하고 원고와 영웅재중의 유전자 대조작업도 벌일 예정”이라며 “입양절차에 문제가 있더라도 입양을 위한 호적정리였다고 인정될 경우 원고가 피고측에 문제를 제기하기 어렵다”고 전했다. 양부모의 변호인은 입양을 염두에 둔 호적입적이었기에 입양효력에 문제가 없다고 주장하고 있다.

Dong Bang Shin Gi member, Young Woong Jae Joong (20• real name: Kim Jae Joong) is currently involved in a paternity/DNA testing case.

On the first of November, Mr. Han (49), who claims he is Young Woong Jae Joong’s biological father, filed a claim against Young Woong Jae Joong’s adoptive parents demanding that a paternity test be performed to prove that he is the biological father. The Dae Jun Court will begin taking in this case on the 29th of this month as reported by a news program aired on the 21st.

Mr. Han claims that in the latter half of the 1980s, he divorced Young Woong Jae Joong’s biological mother and turned over all custodial rights to his son to her. He says it was just recently that he found out that his ex-wife had turned over custody of their son to non-relatives and that they had taken him in and raised him as their own and he wants a paternity test to prove his relation to his son. Mr. Han stated, “I was obligated to file for the test after finding out that, not relatives, but a third party couple was raising my son” and, “These adoptive parents did not file any adoption paperwork, but filed papers claiming that my son was their biological son.”

An attorney commented, “Even if it is revealed that he really was adopted and that Mr. Han is the biological father, it will be difficult for Mr. Han to legally claim him as his own.” Additionally, “If action is to be taken on this case, there will be investigation into the adoption process that was taken , in addition to DNA testing for Young Woong Jae Joong.” “Even if it is proven that his adoptive parents did not correctly file adoption papers, it will be very difficult for Mr. Han to try and legally claim Young Woong Jae Joong as his son because the adoptive couple can claim that it was necessary to fully bring Young Woong Jae Joong into their family.” The adoptive couple’s lawyer states that there is no problem on their behalf because it was necessary for them to claim Young Woong Jae Joong as their own to completely adopt him.

o u bought the third album? that's cool.. i bought the sky single from yesasia and mine said the same thing. when i got my cd it arrived like 3 weeks after i bought it.. it took forever >_<
