Well, to be honest i dont think Linda Chung deserve the award yet, thinking and looking at how much Tavia Yeung or Leila Tong had contributed to the dramas. Doesnt mean Linda Chung is a bad actor but i guess she still needs more improvement.

Btw, Is Linda Chung MISS HK ?? She looks kinda Big Size.

Tavia already got her most improved award in another yr's award, don't think you can get this one twice can you?? Well if Shirley Yeung's acting got her a most improved award last time - don't see why Linda wouldn't get it this year for acting like Shirley Yeung. They're both just as terrible as the other - they speak to ppl like they're talking to 3year olds - dumb and dumber.

Besides, these TVB awards are mainly there to fill up spaces and look like they recognise their actors/actresses for their "hard work" and "actual talent". Shouldn't take it too seriously - I reckon most of them are just handed to them out of courtesy.

I Really think Linda should get it. Acutually she did. because TVB is promoting her too fast at a young age. and im not into her yet. but why she is in so much series. that are so good!

I think Linda is talented but doesn't have enough experience to deserve the award, it took others like Raymond Lam and Tavia Yeung years of being extras before getting the award and everyone agreed towards them getting it but these days TVB is just playing favourites...

Yea, I agree with you guys. It's not that she isn't good, but she's not as good as the other nominees. Natalie and Leila should have won that award, but TVB is VERY biased. The only reason they give awards is so in the future, those actors and actresses can get bigger roles, and no one's gonna say anything about it

Never like her one bit. In fact l really disgusted by her acting and TVB managers' over promotion of her. l don't really see her improving in VH2 vs F.H. Same crappy acting and chicken voice. Not a lot of range of emotion. Didn't deserve all the roles she got, not that pretty to begin with for a MISS MCI and bad hair, and lots of pimples on her forehead.

if acting the same way and using the same format in every series means most improved, then i'll get an A for getting all my consistent 70s in class.

This award is total rigged Bernice have been in the industry longer than her and act better than her didnt even win any awards yet. whereas linda only been in the industry for like 2 yrs and already win most improved actress? thats suck. I feel very unfair to other actresses like leila, bernice and nancy they wayy better than linda but deserve nothing. Linda should laughs her butt off!!!!!!

I think Bernice has been waiting for that award since the year she went up against her best friend Tavia and Tavia got it (with Raymond that year of course!) and I think by now, she truely deserves it...too bad she didn't release any series this year.

Leila (War and Destiny), Nancy (Face to Fate) and Selena (Face to Fate) all deserves the award more than Linda but too bad all their best performance were on warehoused series.

Tavia doesn't really deserve most improved since she got it already and I don't think LOW or APCOM is that much of an 'improvement', her performance in TOB as Lee Sau Ning was way more impressive than her character in LOW this year. Not to mention more scenes! I would think if Myolie was good enough for top 5, Tavia should be up there, but then again, TVB didn't give Tavia a good enough role to secure that position as such. She needs a breakthrough and hopefully Dicey Business will offer her that.

On the contrary, I liked Linda back in Virtues of Harmony days...now it's just 'what da?' and that was way before Raymond news. This was back in the circus serious with Benny Chan 'Biters Bitten'?

Well you have to admit that the TVB awards were a little whacked this year. I agree with Charmaine and best actress, but hey there was the fact that Kevin got the best actor too...Perhaps the evaluation criteria has changed a bit lately?

i think she deserves i can tell that her acting is improving from past series. her fisrt series in virtues of harmony was great for a beginner she did a great job. you can evem tell that she worked really hard and i dont know why people are complaining if they got it they got it. just like how charmine and kevin won teh actor/ress award i think they deserved it 100%

I find, Linda Chung kind of "chessy" and all. Just alone that one series she was in (Forensic something). Her role was so annoying, she smiled 24/7 and acted very low b. That award should have gone to another artist. And what's funny is, i am not the only one who thinks that!

for actress who's been in so many series i see very little improvement - i don't know if its just me, but i find the characters she plays extremely irritable and even slappable. She is a classical example of poor acting from a beauty pageant contestant who relies heavily on their looks - even then i don't find her pretty (but that's personal opinion).

I'm really disappointed that she received the most improved award - maybe the most annoying acting is more suited to Linda Chung.
