In this series, Florence is Michael's ex-lover from 20 years ago. She was also romantically involved with Bobby.. A very interesting character with tons of potential for comedy!!!

20 years ago, Michael asked Florence to use her feminine wiles to "distract" Bobby from competing in a gambling competition. As a result, Bobby lost and Florence realises that Michael had been using her all along... A heart-broken Florence left for the U.S. where she eventually remarried.

After her husband's death, Florence returned to HK where she meets Benz.. apparently she falls for him and openly pursues him.. Can't wait for these scenes!!!

She also feels remorse for hurting Bobby and later seeks revenge against Michael for betraying her..[/spoiler]

Florence is a great actress.. and definitely under-rated. I'm glad she's been included in a number of series since her return to TVB but I wish the roles were a bit larger. Her character in Dicey Business seems to have a lot of potential and I'm looking forward to her performance and chemistry with Benz..

I think Florence is going to appear in episode 12, and I THINK she's the one thats going to tell Bobby about Michael.

Btw I don't think she resembles Karen Lee..

Ahhh. Florence. The first time I saw her was on Kindred Spirit and the last time was in Forensic Heroes. SHE'S AN AMAZING ACTRESS. I think TVB doens't give her enough roles, like female lead. She deserves it after all those years. Amazing as Yiu San.

She seemed to be such a mysterious figure....first appeared to tell Bobby about Michael's trick 20 yrs ago!
Now in epi.21 she said she would help Bobby & stopped Bosco from the competition & told him all the truth about Michael. Yet she did not appear at the scene.( May be in the coming ones....! ) Wonder who's the man who paid for the drinks in the pub after she left & said she didn't bring any money with her????Her rich husband or some other guy......??????
Well I read from some spoilers that she married a rich man & later she helped Bobby to fight against Michael.

[spoiler]It turns out that Florence is the wife of the owner of another casino. She asked Bobby to be the consultant in the discussion with GC Group. Michael and Bobby both talked to GC Group and Michael realized Florence is the behind the competition. Florence's father in law, Churt Yat Fu, is a great gambler and is Bobby's idol. Mr. Churt due to health reason cannot compete in the World Poker Competition. Bobby is willing to sit in for him. Mr. Churt test Bobby and although he failed, he thought he was very sincere and took him under as his disciple and agree to let him in the competition. Michael and Bobby faced off in the competition...[/spoiler]

Hmm.. although her storyline sounds interesting.. I'm a bit disappointed that Florence won't be pursuing a romance with Benz..

so there wont be a relationship between Benz and Florence. Pfft got all my hopes up!

At last she was there to bail Bobby out of prison! So my previous question answered....the man who paid the bill in the pub was her body guard! Can't imagine how life would be like with a body-guard following you whenever you go???
Anyway, it's very clear that she wished to revenge on Michael ! Think the coming series would be more about the conflict between Bobby & Michael !!!!

I think she did a really good job in here. I really like to watch her and Benz arguing. It's so hilarious.

haha she did a good job. its cool that she got rich so fast and so professional. haha its so funny when she argues with benz! lol it'll be cool if they go together.

It was so sad how Benz and her never got a chance to start a real relationship.. I think they would have been a really good couple.. and it would have been funny to see them together at the end.

Just imagine! Benz does all the cooking and cleaning.. and Florence is the boss..

Ahh I really like Florence. She's a great actress and I agree that she should be in more series. With the exception of Forensic Heroes, I haven't seen her in ages! She's got a cool attitude in this, though I'm not a big fan of her with Benz. It's a bit too weird for me.

LOL yea. Florence is the male role in the relationship and Benz is the one doing all the housework lol!
It really is too bad, i was hoping for alot more scenes of them together when I heard they are going to be a couple in this series. They killed off her partner too early and its like exactly after he got her the purse too .

Really feel sad for Florence & Benz! They could be such a lovely couple & Benz really ordered that limited-edition handbag for her! ........so sad!

she was pretty good here =) but her character didnt have much for her to explore as well. just a lil at the front and more at the back. i wished her character had more lines and benz and florence character had the room for continuation. i really liked that pursuing of benz, it was a rather interesting and fresh pairing =) cool!

I love her righteous role in Dicey Business. I thought she was a con artist because she was like telling lies hahah but then when i found out how she help bobby, it was really heart warming.

i like her character in the show and how she helped and supported bobby. her character is nice. she wasnt the one to blamed for the loss of Bobby's brother since it wasnt her idea. her character later was really likable after that.

I was glad to see her again! The last serie I saw her, was also with Bobby, but this time a very different role. I like to see her more, her acting is great! I loved the parts when she was with Benz!

love her in this series especially when she counter attack benz scoldign and etc, haha! she is also convincing as a rich widow...

Im glad to hear Florence is back as I haven't seen her for quite a few years. She has feelings for Benz? Wow!! She hasn't appear often in the eps I'm watching. Will she actually help Bobby in the end? The part I'm watching right now claims she is going to Phillippines but she never did go and Bobby is mad at her.

i really like her and her character in DB. it's funny watching the scenes where she tries to hint out to Benz.. too bad he died in the end.

i rekon she such a strong women in handling such a big business n involving in d gambling world as well lik she on her own doing all dese such a strong women.

I agree, the younger version looks great but 20 years after, she is a strong women. She is taking control of a casino and she helps Bobby a lot. Too bad lost Benz

She is a goddess sent from heaven for Bobby and a devil from hell for Michael.
Why is she so determined to destroy Michael? Maybe just because Michael dumped her 20 years ago.

wow i really like Florence she's so talentuous..well..i think that "Florence fall in love with Benz" it's like..kinda weird..'cause he's too old for her..anyways.. She's a very good actres..very like her ^^

Haven't seen her in a long time. It's great that she's filming for TVB again. I find her character very refreshing in this series. Even though she was a mnior cause of Bobby losing Bosco, but after all those years she has helped Bobby get back his career and out of jail the time Michael framed him for stealing money out of the casino. At least she was willing to come back to help him. Her chemistry with Benz was pretty cute even though they didn't share many scenes together.

I thought she was going to end upp with benz. Too bad he died or they could have made a fab couple. Shes nice in here and I liked her.
