I became a fan of this pairing when I watched them in Fong Tak & Miu Chui Fa.. they were so cute together and I thought their chemistry was very fresh and fun. I was really excited to hear they would be pairing up again in this series.. and I hope their chemistry will be just as good in a modern series as it was in an ancient one.

Part of what made their chemistry good in FT&MCF was that Amy's character was so playful and mischievious and Patrick was the complete opposite. In this series, Amy's character seems more serious though.. so it'll be a different type of chemistry.

The chemistry is still intact. Watch them at the food stall in Episode 9.

but does anyone find amy's glasses kinda weird? can't she get a pair of more fashionable glasses? even the pair she was wearing in the flashback of her in highschool were much better than the ones she's wearing now!

Oh I love their scenes together in episode 10. They are such a sweet couple and Amy was so cute when the first thing she uttered at the hospital was "Mom, where are my glasses?" Haha that really had me rolling on the floor. And then the way she tried to turn the pages with her right arm in a cast?? It's a real change to see her act so funny.

There are however some things which aren't too logical...like how Patricia can visit Patrick at 3am in the morning. Except for emergencies I think, normal visiting hours is usually before 8pm.

But I have to praise ATV for making the ward look quite real. Maybe I'm too sick of seeing TVB's hospital setting, I find ATV's hospital setting more authentic looking for some reason. And ATV would use real bars and restaurants. So much easier on the eye!!

Yups.. they were cute together in the hospital scenes.. it's apparent that Amy is falling for Patrick.. too bad he's dating Patricia.. Can't wait for Patrick to realise his feelings for Amy..

Seeing all these comments makes me anticipate the pairing of Patrick and Amy. Gotta have to wait one week before I get to go home and watch it.

can't wait for amy and patrick to hook up, the patrick-patricia pairing is not that interesting. I want to see something more meaningful than just alot of kissy face action. when amy and patrick's characters it just seems they have more in common. just my opinion thus far.

There are both my favourite actor and actress so it nice to see them pair together again. I think both of them got great chemistry when paired together.

Patrick and Patricia officially break up in ep 17 and they start having problems at the end of ep 15.. BUT still no signs of Patrick-Amy cuz Patrick's preoccupied with his little sister's predicament..

Dunno how many eps this series is supposed to have.. but it's taking sooo long for Patrick-Amy to develop...

can't wait to see they two together...they make a nice looking pair...both of them got great chemistry when paired together...

By the end of episode 20.. I think it becomes obvious to Patrick how much Amy cares about him.. so maybe in the next few eps something will happen between them..

I'm still anticipating a fast-foward a few years moment in this series..

It was kinda funny when Patrick beat up the cab driver cuz he thought the driver ran Amy over.. and then he's like.. Uhm.. next time be more careful! Grabs Amy's hand and runs.. poor driver..

Amy and Patrick finally getting married! Well I'm praying they'll become husband and wife because Patrick still seems to show feelings for Patricia? I feel he loves Patricia more, after all, why would he draw a portrait of her?

I don't like how they got together cuz I feel like Patrick's feelings for Amy are not that deep. I've only seen first few episodes so far so it's too early to tell. However, from the
past series, I think it won't be a disappointing pairing. Let's hope ATV put up some
serious drama here vs TVB for a change.

They match better then Patrick and Patricia. I dont remember or they matched before. But I found that Patrick is much handsomer then 10 years ago.

it's because patrick is in jail now. plus he doesn't want to see her. he shows up again in episode 34 when patrick gets out of jail.

Yeah.. but even now that he's out of jail.. he doesn't want to continue their relationship.. so Amy's cenes are still very little. She's supposed to be a leading character (judging from the pic on the poster) but I think Patrick and Hawick get the most screentime.

That hospital scene where Amy was telling her mom that she'll help her find a suitable liver no matter what was soooooooooo sad. It made me cry my balls out.
鮑起靜 (Bao Hei Jing) is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuch a good actress. And notice how she didn't put on any make-up at all?
I HATE it when actresses put on really heavy make-up when they play someone who's really ill or someone who has undergone a huge operation.

I'm so annoyed with Patrick for not wanting to get back with Amy. But I guess what he has planned right now might put people around him in peril...so in the end, it's for the good of them both.

i love the pairing of these two, they have really good chemistry. i hope patrick and amy will pair up again in another series, they are definitely not a boring pair to watch.

it was really sad during the period when sam and kelvin broke up, i'm glad they are finally back together now.
