As you all know, I did my first solo debut performance today on M.Net's M.Countdown. And, As for any artist who's been in a group for a long time and comes out with a solo album, I was pretty darn nervous up on stage by myself. I do have to admit, I did get a few lyrics wrong, but for my first time on stage ALONE please be easy on me... Phew, it ain't easy going solo so I give props to Tae Woo, Son Ho Young, Park Jung Ah, Jun Jin, and Minwoo... I'll do my best in future performances. Please, if you can, help support my album... and for you non-Korean speakers, there is an all English track on this album so hope you enjoy... thank you and God bless!!

I just finished my second SOLO performance today on MBC. I'm not sure how you guys thought of the performance, but I was still kinda nervous... Not as nervous as the 1st show but, just a little because I thought that I might mess up again...HEHEHE...
I would just like to say thank you all for the cool comments that you guys wrote in this forum about the first performance... and I would like to ask you all to continue to support the new song and if you guys are able to, watch as many shows as you can...hehehe....
Also, my album will be out on the 18th so if you are able to get a copy in Korea or if you live elsewhere, there are a lot of sites now a days that sell Kpop CD's... Don't wanna sound intruding, but please, if you do purchase a CD, purchase them from sites that count as sales in Korea... if not, it hurts us in a big way... I'm speaking on behalf of all the singers in Korea...

You guys should really head on over to the soompi Brian thread and support Brian by posting on the thread your comments, encouragement, etc to bump up the number of pages of the thread! cos as superficial as it sounds...the number of pages a thread has is an indication of the artist's popularity!

For those who havent seen the recent YSMM with Brian on it, i've posted a "report" on what happened over at the Soompi thread. I'll copy and paste it here for those who want spoilers, though seeing the real things is heaps better (eventhough i had to skip non-brian parts). here goes:
anyways...JUST finished watching YSMM with Brian and Hyun Joong (very disappointed it was only a one part episode)...i skipped all the non Brian bits so my recount might be abit off but here goes...
1) it was HILARIOUS when there was this silence and then you hear this massive snort that sounded like a truck honking and everyone turns around to see that it was coming from Brian.
2) Brian and Hyun Joong are such cute buddies, it was so adorable when Hyun Joong was lost and didnt understand what they were talking about and Brian was trying to fill HJ in on what's going on, then HJ said something which i assume is funny cos Brian laughed so hard he slipped off his chair (if i wasnt mistaken).
3) omg....Brian's effect over women is undeniable...there's this part where one of the MCs who was sitting next to Bae Doo Na (i think that's her name, or at least that's what it sounded like they were calling her) said that she told him she though Brian was cute/attractive or something along those lines and Brian was like "is that true?" and so beign the flirt he is he said he would get blown for her.
4) there was also this part where Brian was describing to Bae Doo Na how powerful the wind is (because she was about to be blown) and his expresion was just so funny.
5) my FAV bit was whenever Brian got blown...omgosh...i nearly fell off my chair laguhing...the first time he got blown they told him to do an "uljang" pose and he did this really cool side pose thingy and then the wind came and just blew his hair to massive heights and he ended up looking like Dragon Ball...and the funniest thing is he actually did this sexy expression when the wind was blowing his hair but when he realised how ridiculous he looked (Hyun Joong was trying to cover his hair up for him to save him embarassment! lol) he quickly covered his head with the palm cards.
6) i think Brian also spoke about his complex but im not too sure.
well that's what ive managed to gather from quickly looking through the episode...hopefully there will be subs to this soon so i can watch the whole episode without skipping most of it.

It makes me wonder too...about the whole army thing. If Brian retains his US citizenship and continues with the(a) visa, then he won't need to fulfill the military requirement.

Omi goodness!! I pray Brian gets better! So many of us would be heartbroken if Brian couldn't sing for us anymore! There HAS to be a way to get it taken care of. 99% of other sources list Brian's birth year as 1981 so it should be right. just turned 26!

proceeds and number of sales at yesasia don't go into account for sales. so even if brian's album was the number one selling album at yesasia, it'd mean diddly to him and the billboard charts.
