I haven't seen the girl who plays Steven's younger sister in this series in any other series.. at least I don't think I have.

It seems her character is Steven's half-sister.. she will be playful and optimistic.. I don't know much else..



Can anyone shed some light on this new actress? What other series has she been in?

I think I also remember her guest starring in Woman on the Run.. not really sure it was her.

She was a very annoying character (up to epi.3)! How dared she say such things to her mom, step-father & brother?! Absolutely spoiled.....so unreasonable & nasty! Actually she gave me a very bad impression already in epi.1 but she seemed to be getting worse & worse!

I hated her so much for deleting Bernice's message to Steven in his mobile phone!
Or else they could well be together again in epi.3. Just feel so sorry for them!

Can anyone confirm that Ha Yu is Yoyo's stepfather? Cause I am really confused about Steven's family. All I know is that Mary Hon is Steven's stepmother. Yea, Yoyo is so spoiled, I was happy that Steven slapped her when she was going crazy yelling at her mother. So far I am not really fond of her character. But I really want to know what makes her hate Ha Yu so badly, besides the fact Ha Yu is a gambler.

BTW yoyo chan was in the first case of Forensic Heros. She was the little sister. Her brother killed the whole family.

At first i thought(after the first 2 eps) Yoyo and her mother is not related to Steven and his father. After episode3, its confirmed, they arent blood related. While she was pissed and yelling at him in ep3, she said "I dont have such a father, I have never liked him, looks like a dumb@$$, makes little money, WHICH PART OF HIM IS SIMILAR TO MY REAL DAD." I had to actually go back and rewind and play it 2-3 times to actually hear it well. I didnt realize she said that at first.

I find her more attractive in the series than that poster posted on top lol. Also yea, i dont like the role she playing, the part where she deleted the text message on the phone really pissed me off, at least tell your brother about it after he bought you food T.T!

Back to epi.1. Yoyo complained about the paints in her room being fell off! She went back to the room to show Steven. There was a conversation between Ha Yue & Mary Hon....she said Yoyo's temper was ever so bad since she carried Yoyo along & married Ha yue. She never treated him nicely!

yea...i dont really like her character either...her voice is quite high pitched too i find as she's throwing tantrums...lol...

i hate her character in the series.... itz so rude and mean.... she don't even consider the father n the brother as her family.. even though if itz true that itz not blood related but still it's your family... n i agree that her voice is very high.... annoying when she talks a lot... hope throughout the series she actually will turn better and not be as rude....

Mm yeah.. Hate her character here.. she's just WAYYY to spoiled and WAYY to annoying.. she's RUDE and IMMATURE and UNCONSIDERATE. In ep 1 she was abit annoying until it get to ep 3 woo if i were steven character i would slip her too. She really think she is like the most important person in the world or something.

I thinke Yoyo Chen's acting is ok. I don't hate the actress. But gosh!, her character is annoying. So self-centered and always complain and complain and complain. Everyone just pampered her too much. They should kick her out of the house 1 day and let her endure a little hardship on her own to give her a lesson. When she deleted Bernice's message, I wanted to give her another slap.

I only watched four episodes so far and every time I see her I was like OMFG, what is that girl doing? Can she be any more rude? Seriously like some said before, Can I smack her? I really really want to.

However, kudos to the actress! I mean to be able to play a character that can be universally hated by everyone shows that she has decent acting skills. Keep up the good work!

In Papa's Love You [I think it's You not sure], but she was a cameo in that movie ... but yeahh I haven't seen her in other series/movies. But in that movie and so far in this series, she seems like a spoiled brat that's very b*tchy ..

She was the Indian fiancee of 'Henry' in Welcome To The House. Also an annoying character. But she is definitely a lot worse here...

oh gosh! how i HATE her character! She is soooooooo unreasonable, and the way she talks to both her mom/step dad.. just makes me wanna slap her! And i hate her for deleting Bernice's sms to Steven! argh!!

She is looking good, I think she is a model before she acted, because I saw her in magazines for icecream & supermarket adverts!

I dislike her character so. It is so different from the character she played in sunshine heartbeat...

Doing okay for a newbie though there was some serious overacting in certain scenes and the flow of expressions within a scene is not smooth. That is to be expected especially when she is among a very strong cast of Steven, Ha Yu, and Mary. Amidst other newbies, she can probably get away with it, but next to these seasoned actors/actresses, her shortcomings are highlighted.

Based on the post above I realize that is exactly why I was annoyed with Yoyo Chen in this series. She was RELATIVELY good (at acting) and absolutely adorable in Sunshine Heartbeats, being paired up with Vivian Yeo, Charles Szeto, Vin Choi and Charmaine Li who are all mediocre at acting. However when compared to the veterans, I realize there's a lot of overacting in her expressions.

I like that her character has guts and that she was good to Steven in the first few episodes, but based on the spoilers I think I'm going to despise her =T

she's quite pretty and her acting is quite decent (i won't say good cause she's only required a few emotions in this series). her character is horrible tho.

I think she does a nice job as a newbie, although it does seem like she has something stuck in her throat sometimes. I don't know, perhaps it's such a welcome change that Linda Chung isn't in this series that it's such a relief lol.

Character's interesting too. We usually see the typical cute girl role for the main protagonist in the story (such as Kenneth's sister, Kate), but she's the opposite. She's spoiled, greedy, and mean-spirited, which is a nice change. It would be interesting to see if she would evolve into a better person or not.

Can there be a person in this world that has a worst personality? I mean, even Vin's character is better than hers!! At least, he feels guilty after disrespecting his uncle, unlike Yoyo, who yells at her parents and brother 24/7!!!
