Park Jin Young's first female group 'Wonder Girls' will finally be releasing their first single on Feb 13. This group consists of five talented girls who auditioned in Park Jin Young's "Talent & Live Voice Project 99% Competition" that was broadcasted in 2001. The title song 'Irony' has a hip hop rhythm that is easy to sing along to. Composer Brian Stanley, who is famous for creating mix songs such as Chris Brown's "Run It", contributed to this single by making a remix version of the song 'Irony'. This is a very appealing song with a dynamic choreography. Aside from the title track, there are two other great tracks entitled "Bad Boy" that has an electronic sound, and "Feeling Sorry" that has a great R&B melody. - credits to purpletiger86

these girls arent that great.. i mean they're good.. but they're not amazing.. only 2 girls can sing out of the group. I was all hyped up about this group cuz jyp specifically said these girls have amazing vocals and best out of the best... dancing skills... average singign and average dancing.. i mean i give them props for debuting live... but yeah they dissapoint me. Hyun ah is already gaining anti fans... because of her past.. hopefully wont affect any other group memebers.. but yeah you should at least give credit.. cuz i am pretty sure this was taken out of soompi?

Wow, just downloaded their album and I really like it! && I watched their Mv. I can't believe how old they are! The 92'ers DO NOT looks my age. LMAO! Their dancing and singing is ok I guess. Whoever picked their clothes . . . a bit too . . . showy imo. LOL. They're still realllly young so they have time to improve! Will be looking forward to their songs and such.
Oh yea, one question . . . how can their specialty be "chinese"?? Does that mean they like study Chinese??

Yeah... Gonna agree that they're all average... Cant really compare, if you wanna compare with CSJH. Before that I was so curious that they say there was a new group that can compare with CSJH. After listening their album, they cant sing ballads. This really shows their vocals... But they are still young, so looking forward for more improvement...

well i think that they did great for new comers....they are awesome....and i don't think that they costumes for their performances are showy it is so cute unlike baby vox reV that shows so much skin.....i also think that their voices are great compare to their age....and i also think that they will be higher than cheon sang ji hee....that is just my thought...i can foresee that they can have a bright future and they also have more improvements to do to be the best...i hope that wonder girls can be the best.....coz i like them they didn't had plastic surgeries coz i scanned their vids and pics, i know it's diff. but i don't think they did surgeries i only think that they become mature bec. it's part of growing up everyone will grow into a beautiful lady....and one more thing they are so young so i don't think that the surgeons will allow them to have plastic surgeries.....well it's just my opinion though.......but for me thay are the best among the rest!

^ Actually, I heard from my sister`s friend dat when korean ppls are really young, prolly when they`re around 5... they get plastic surgury so when they grow up, it seems like they grew up wit the same face as in childhood. But, I`m not saying it like Wonder Girls did get surgury tho. ^^
I actually think Hyun-A is the best in dancing out of the whole group. I would say she`s my favourite `xDDD

Hi, i thought Wonder Girls was the "girl version" of Super Junior who was supposed to debut in early 2007, and that SM changed the name from Super Girls to Wonder Girls.. lol. anyways i was curious about them then. i listened to "Irony" and i quite like the song, but not their ballads.. their singing skills are okay but they're all young (89-92ers! =O and they look mature) so i believe they'll improve.

sun ye and yae eun can really sing seriously they have their vibrato stuff liek that and they can also hit really high and low notes and they got great voices have u seen their radio live for the song fallin yea they were good yeah they are talented lolz

i think so hee's really cute in irony.. and uhmm.. i guess that's all i can say.. 'cause seriously, i just saw the mv a little while ago, and well, it's not that bad. they're very young.. i guess that'll give them more time to improve..

i LOVE wonder girls their music is great and i love their style only one thing that bothers me is the 14 year olds trying to act sexy and stuff... they are great, but it disturbs me... jyp should wait till they are all older to put the sexy image on them...

yeah all of the members were trained for a long time, except one who was found in audition. SM Town's Supergirls (supposed to be the "girl version" of Super Junior) are going to debut soon, so i think medias will be comparing Wondergirls to them and not to BoA.

The Wonder Girls are okay. Out of the five, I think only Sun Ye and maybe Ye Eun are talented enough to have their own solo career if they wanted to. I really like Sun Ye. I think she's got a lot of charisma and has the potential to go far.
Here's a live performance of them singing SES's I'm Your Girl.
I wonder who the heck was vocalizing at the end. Didn't sound good at all, but their performance in general wasn't so bad, although the first girl (Sun Mi I think) can't sing at all.

Coincidentally, the day of the college entrance exams in Korea usually falls on the coldest day of the year. All bundled up, this star looks like she is ready to take the all day exam…
It’s Wondergirls’ member, Yeh Eun on her way to her highschool in Ilsan. Also taking the exam today is fellow group member Seon Yeh.
FYI, the large brown disk that Seon Yeh is holding is “yeot� (trans: 엿)- a traditional Korean taffy candy that’s very sticky. The stickiness is suppose to make the test taker “stick� or pass the test. Other goodies given as good luck charms on exam day are chocolates and rice cakes.

(Don’t you love the Korean media because they tell you the identity?) The highest bid was 5.5 million won (i.d. is nunggali. Just in case you want to call him up and ask him how old he is). Other winning bidders were Kimiou1004 (4 million won ? can’t figure this out), soultran (3.52 million won), jauwa79 (3.5 million won- most likely 79 years old) and jacob1945 (3.5 million won- obviously born in 1945).
Of course, the money will be going to a good cause but what an excellent excuse for the old dirty ajashis to go out with young and innocent (?) school girls.

I never listened to Wondergirls before but their latest single Joyo Joyo came out so I downloaded it XP And then I got Tell Me and I'm starting to like them now! There's loads of clips on youtube of people dancing their Tell me MV. Lol Like a lot of people dancing Rain's as well! I didnt know that they were as young as me! YAY! That makes me like them more xD

Wonder girl just won two awards at the golden disk awards. i think they won the popularity award and Bonsang Digital Music Award! for tell me which was #1 for 7 weeks! Congrats to the girls ^^ im soo happy for them ^^

The girls are now out with "I'm fool" or Ibaboh. This was shown on MTV wonder girls Season 1
