I just had experience a few hours ago. Damn, it was so scary.

I woke up roughly at three o'clock in the morning. I was pretty tired still so I willed myself to sleep. Soon, I got into sleep paralysis (meaning that I couldn't control my body but my mind was wide awake). I was lying on my back and my limbs were sprawled to different directions. It was not long after I felt a presence on top of me. I couldn't see it but I could feel it. I don't remember what happened at that moment at but then, I felt it thrust inside me and at the same time, I felt sensations on my neck since my head was tilted to my left. It was as if something was suckling and kissing my neck. And the feeling was so real; the thrusting, the kissing and the grip on my hands. In sexual terms, it was a positive feeling. I tried to will away the feeling so I closed my eyes. But instead, I saw the creature's NEGATIVE image, hovering on top of me and "doing" me. From the silhouette, the creature looked human, spiky hair and lean body. After a few moments, it finally stopped and I regained control of my body. And another creepy thing is I was panting heavily. I didn't go back to sleep for I was sacred.

What do you guys think of it? I can't deny it, there really was something.

an incubus is actually a demon like creature, not a ghost per say. Sexual predators, yes.

Think of it, not much really. Could say it was a nightmare and you woke up all of a sudden panting to it. Possible, but hey I wasn't there.

Believe in such things: sorta, depends though.

All I can say: try to hang something in your room to ward out things like that.

That's impossible. Not to arch about it but our house is protected. My dad has some ties with politicians and stuff. And I don't have a significant other right now. And it can't be a family member because my room was locked and I woke up and found it locked. I'm the only one who has the key to my room. And drugged? The thing with sleep paralysis is that most people who experience it also experience powerful, often realistic, hallucinations.

What you experienced could have been real, but it's just as probable an incredibly strong hallucination.

In my own experience, I was also held down by something, but I became angry with it, more so than I was scared, and ended up scaring it off instead. Afterwards I prayed, and it hasn't happened again, since. I personally believe that it was probably just a very lucid dream, but it never hurts to play it safe.

I've heard stories similar to these from a few people. They could not speak or move like they were paralyzed in some way, but it did not seem like they were fully awake. Kind of like a dream but when they wake up they feel a little different.

REM sleep...dreams occur at this stage of sleep so it is normal for you to dream of such things and then wake up. During REM sleep your body is paralysed, so it also fits in with your description. Some people's brains are so active (and it can be due to anything like sports, games, work, or even sexually active) that during REM sleep they are still partially awake. On scientific grounds, I really do think that it was only a dream.

I never experienced this kind of thing before so Iam not sure about it. But sometimes u will feel the dream are so real that u cant tell if it was in real life or just a dream ^^ I think it have happend to me when I was younger *not the ghost thing*.

I actually had what I consider a spiritual/sexual experience today, for the first time ever. It felt like a familiar loving spirit, maybe of a past love from a past life? If I remember correctly, Incubus preys on women and Succubus preys on men. One of my friends did have such an experience with an incubus. Althought I do not really want to know the details, she said it did feel really real. I think there must be some inner demons that take control. So it is quite scary. My mom always tells me its all psychological, but I'm the superstitious type that believes in these things. My mom thinks it has to do with living habits and eating habits. If you live your life a healthy way and eat healthily, things like this wont happen to you. I was told by an elder maybe 8 years ago to not sleep with your arms cross on your chest. He said that those things will get you when you sleep. so i never slept with my arms cross my chest, i remember 10 years ago and i did have an inccident where i felt alsept and i couldnt move my body and couldnt speak, and i remember my arms were cross on my chest that time. Well first of all about the paralysis I have gotten that before where u wake up and can't move.
