it's good that she won an award in the most recent baeksang arts awards, congrats to her but.....errr....can i ask you guys something? when will she ever win an ACTING award???got any idea? i've noticed her winning only popularity awards, stuff like that and as an actress, most likely she is expected to win a recognition atleast for her acting, right? feel so bad about that, well....she's pretty, no doubt bout that but appearaces are only a part or a requirement of being an actress, talent is the most important...i'm not in any way insulting her acting but that interview perhaps with her dealing with some laws in various countries of the world and how they introduce Korea’s laws on educating talented children, blah, blah, blah...i believe that there are certain people out there who are more appropriate for the job or the interview to be exact,..but Kth...hell no way! and what does her intelligence have to do in her projects, may i know? none of her movies or series even cfs had ever been observed prior to her "intelligence", and for me she can use her wit in acting but so far i haven't seen the slightest improvement in her job, whatsoever...i suggest that she just continue studying and pursue other fields like being a doctor or a lawyer if she can't prove enough of herself in acting,,that's my views, kth fans...

As for the new educational show project, for sure the staff and management of that station have done serious study on what the show requires for a host. If KTH met the requirement or not, its them who should decide on that..not me..not you…

I got confused when I saw the photo of Lee Wan, walking on stage with a girl I was wondering if it's Kim Tae Hee because she look different or it's just her dress. Kim Tae-hee Shakes Up Her Image in New Ad



Kim Tae-hee has a new commercial that's rapidly becoming popular on the Internet. The actress performs an unexpected dance scene in the new spot for LG Electronics' Shine TV Phone. The commercial had been talked about in the news before it was even broadcast and it has since became a hot topic among local netizens.

Star News, an Internet newspaper, covered the spot in an article titled "Is that Kim Tae-hee? Check out her dancing." Other web outlets like Sports Seoul TV and Inews24 also picked up the story. More than 160,000 web surfers checked out the spot in the Star News story and another 50,000 viewed it on Sports Seoul TV and Inews 24. The popularity of the clip made those articles the first, second and fourth most-searched video clips on Korean portals.

The clip opens with Kim swaying her body to a music video on a Shine TV Phone. Then she starts moving her hips to the rhythm, and eventually breaks into a full dance sequence that spans the gamut from merely cute to downright sexy. LG says it's the first dance spot for Kim, who usually plays elegant and intellectual roles.

Meanwhile, the market for digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) handsets is expected to grow to 10 million units now that terrestrial DMB has started nationwide. LG hopes to hold its lead in the DMB handset market with its Shine TV Phone.

The Restless DVD is already out in Korea on May 14, and as of now, there's only Clubbox links to download the movie, but i do know of a member frm www.kim-taehee.com who is going to hardsub, split and upload the movie to direct links. while waiting for the DVD to release on online sites, i went to download & watch the movie first, well what can i say? try and watch it if you can i posted my first impressions over @ http://forum.kim-taehee.com/index.php?show...t&p=5700965 , my 1st impressions is based on watching the movie raw first.... cause i wanted to feel the movie. but before tht i had read the subs file while waiting for the download to finish. i'm gonna watch it again soon with the subtitles by today hopefully, if not by the weekend.

Actress Kim Tae Hee has rushed into filming for the movie 'Ssawoom'.

'Ssawoom' (Director Han Ji Seung; Production Cinema Service) which matches Seol Gyeong Gu and Kim Tae Hee as a married couple started official filming on the seventh last week at the Seoul Film Studio in Kyonggi-do, Namyang-ju.

After filming started, Kim Tae Hee, acting the same age belt as Seol Gyeong Gu, filmed and studied acting side by side while hearing advices separately from director Han Ji Seung.

An aide of Kim Tae Hee said, "She is in the midst of an acting class every time she reads the scenario for every filming separately with director Han Ji Seung. She is doing her best to show a natural, daily appearance."

This aide said, "Because she knows there are all the answers in the scenario, Kim Tae Hee goes forward in her scenario analysis. She carries the scenario around in her CF filming sets."

Kim Tae Hee and Seol Gyeong Gu will love fighting thoroughly in 'Ssawoom' which is scheduled to open in the latter half of this year.

Nyahaha, perhaps I really am, sis Mira. Then again, that's because of the image she had already installed in my imagination and eyes. It's already programmed that I can't easily grasp if she diverts from one image to another -- in a drastic way. I can grasp that latest CF. LG Cyon's Kim Tae Hee is at 1st place of the CF model effect


Brand 38 laboratories (Brand38.com) did their regular investigations on 30 advertising models in South Korea and LG Cyon model Kim Tae Hee appeared to be the model with the highest advertising effect for the first half of the year 2007.

Such a result was investigated after Brand 38 laboratories (Brand38.com) did a couple of interviews on more than 2,000 men and women above their teens from April 2nd to April 13th. 30 CF models who had been chosen through the first investigations in March were presented as the candidates in this investigation.

Based on the SMBI (Star Marketing Brand Index), the index that Brand 38 laboratories developed independently to measure the advertising effectiveness, Kim Tae Hee for LG Cyon occupied the first place among the entire CF models with 122.25.

Appearing in 2nd place with 107.31 based on the SMBI index is still LG Cyon's Kang Dong Won. Sequentially, the rank from the 3rd to 5th place are Dong Bang Shin Gi for Smart uniform advertisements (105.03), Lee Hyo Ri for Anycall (102.00) and Kim Hee Seon for DHC (94.89).

And then the order is as follows: Lee Yeong Ae for Xi (89.68), Jeong Woo Seong for Giordano (87.73), Won Bin for LG Cyon (86.60), Song Il Kuk for Baekseju (85.38) and Lee Na Yeong for LG Tromm (84.98).

On the other hand, Jang Dong Geon for Samsung Kenox VLUU received 8.80 out of the 10 points full marks to hold the foremost place in the 'Good Feeling Influence Power Best 10'. Following after are Kim Ah Jung for Ohui (8.71), Jo In Seong for International phone calls 001 (8.54), Kim Hye Su for 신도 브레뉴 (8.50) and Song Hye Gyo for BC Card (8.46).

Moreover, Mun Geun Yeong for GS Caltex received 8.50 points out of the 10 points full marks going up to 1st place in 'Trust Influence Power Best 10'. Following after her are Boa for KB Card (8.36), Hyeon Bin for Paris Baguette (8.35), Cha In Pyo for Rogatis (8.30) and Jang Dong Geun for VLUU (8.30).

In 'Purchase Desire Influence Power Best 10', Kim Hye Su for 신도 브레뉴 got the highest of 8.50 points out of the 10 points full marks. Won Bin for Baskin Robbins 31 (8.37) occupied 2nd place, Lee Na Yeong for Natuur (8.36) is in 3rd place, Boa for Seoul Milk (8.35) is in 4th place and Kim Hye Su for SM5 (8.31) is 5th.
