Summary

Yip Ching (Yeo Vivien), Yip Kiu (Li Sze Yan) and Yip Yan (Chen Chi Yiu) are sisters. When they were young, they met a Gypsy girl (Yung Cho Yee, Joey) who foresaw that Ching would meet her true love, who has a four-leafed clover birthmark, when she turns eighteen. In the blink of an eye, the sisters have grown up and are now sixth-formers at the Greenwood International School. The beach volleyball team captain Yue Yat Sun (Szeto Shui Ki), a star student, is handsome and cheerful. Many girls join the team just for him.

The sisters see a four-leafed clover birthmark which matches the description given by the Gypsy girl on Sun from three different angles. However, Ching is indecisive and lacks confidence. Kiu and Yan are busy trying to set up chances for her to be with Sun. Remarkably, they also find the same birthmark on a bad student named Nic Fong (Choi Kay Chun)!

TVB's youth drama "Prints on Red Sands" (Hearts of Fencing 2) will begin airing on Sunday and a promotion was held in a shopping mall yesterday with cast members such as Vivien Yeo, Charmaine Lee, Yoyo Chan, Charles Szeto, Vin Choi, Jenny Cheung and Monie Tung taking part.

Producer Chin Kwok Wai indicated that the show has twelve episodes and will finish filming completely in two days time. Airing will be until the beginning of next year. Later, there will be a final scene shot at a swimming pool and the female stars will be wearing their swimming costumes. When asked if they will film another episode if the ratings do well, he laughs that they will not because he has used all the production budget when they flew to Australia for the location filming.

This is Vivien's first appearance in a series and she is quite nervous because her Cantonese is not very fluent, so she is worried about the viewers not understanding what she is saying: "My Cantonese has actually improved greatly, but this made the producer feel that there was a continuation problem, because I was so bad at the beginning. Beforehand I continually asked in Cantonese and rehearsed my lined and even spoke to myself, so everyone thought I was pretty mad at first."

As for the last swimming scene, with the producer making the girls appear in their swimsuits, Vivien says awkwardly: "I am so fat and the other girls are so slim, so I really daren't wear a swimsuit. If I have to, then I will have to do some keep fit and sport, but I will not diet because the last time I did that, I fainted during filming and everyone felt it was due to my dieting." After this incident, TVB arranged for Linda Chung's housemate Carlene Aguilar to stay with Vivien to look after her. She laughs: "Carlene is very westernised and cute, she even cooked for me herself."

Shawn Yu will making a guest appearance in the show in a blood donation scene and he says that he has given blood all along and even fainted once whilst donating!

Yah, I just finish watching the first episode. Among the special guest appear in the first eps is aaron kwok and andy hui. but the voice of the main female cast in cantonese is quite funny. I think she is one of the member of S.H.E group where she is standing in the middle of the series poster. Maybe, she is not a fluent in speaking cantonese. it is so weird when i heard her sound.

she was actually one of the contestant from mci 2004. she is learning to speak canto. i liked the first epi, very enjoying and funny. cant wait till next sun. for epi 2

oic, no wonder when she speak cantonese, it sound like some foreigner learning to speak cantonese. I feel so funny especially when she is speaking to her sister when speak fluently cantonese.

I heard this series is only 12 episodes...

seen the 1st ep and it seems enjoyable but for me, this cast doesn't appeal to me as much as the old cast. maybe after a couple more episodes.

the first episode is nice.. lots of cute girls... but i was wondering? who's the guest star that they showed after natalie tong... the girl with the glasses saying that the coffee smells nice? she looks freaking familiar... can't put my hands on it... plz help?! i think the chinese reads To (or Yiu) Jee Ling.. but my chinese is horrible.. =(

WOW... this movie came out faster than expected. Thought they were only planning to film this movie...... Too bad this series is coming out pretty slow. One chapter a day..

I jsut watched the first episode.. and omg the guyz are so ugly.. (well in my opinion or maybe they just didn't get the hot sides of them).... LOL.. (well except for one.. the guy that's cool and can beat everyone up.... i think he's the guys in the left in the last pic of the first post..)...and there's some pretty crapy actin in this series.. I dunno.... maybe they'll inprove through out the series.... the series is kinda catchy, and funny especially when aaron kwok came out (so jokes)... yeah and I agree.. there are WAY too many ppl to remember..

this series seems cool.. this is prolly base on the recent olympics and trying to influence teens to play beach volleyball.. but its kinda short.. only 12 episodes

she probally does.. because if you didn't notice.. on his cellphone chain.. it also had the lucky charm... (I think that's why the camera zoomed in on it.. =P )

the acting is better then the first, i only hoped that the main char didnt have an accent

i don't like this series. the theme song...if they can't pronounce properly, then don't sing english. i don't know why so many people in this series say that ~a son~ is cute. i actually think he is the ugliest out of all. any guy is better than him (except for those two djs) i hate the girls yelling when seeing him coming out holding the volley ball. also, the girls can't even act. when mia is reading the note telling her furtures (when you watch carefully), she is actually laughing.

hm..its hard to say...because only first episode is out...so really..u cant judge it now...i think this series is going to be good....but that's just my opinion

seen the first ep. I think so far it's okay most of the cast look alright but I think the girls in heart of fencing 1 looks much better

This series is pretty good as of episode 1. The people in part 1 looks better, but I think people in part 2 acts better. And I find part 2 to be more interesting. I don't know why, I this series is pretty stress-free. It's like u dont have to guess who is the bad person or this and that. The theme is simple and there's comedy in this!

i'm actually enjoying this series, i find it better than the first one already because it actually has a plot to it...

does anyone else think that charmaine lee look different in almost every picture? also in the series!

i like the characters of vin choi as nic fong and ip kill (2nd sis) and charles szeto adn the trid sis is really annoying, i mena charles is not even hot and is meant to be marn yun mei at school.

I like the 2nd sister the most. The plot is kinda interesting now, but does anyone find that some of the ideas are portrayed in a very cheesy and lame manner?

Getting episode2 right now. I don't think you can compare this series with the Hearts Of Fencing 1. 1.because it's a totally different sport, 2. characters on a different level. In the previous series, I think the characters were pretty familiar in that we knew them from somewhere. In this series, alot of the characters are people who have previously not been known or only had very small parts in other series.

As for who look cute, I think all the girls arent that nice =P
As for the guys, they're all rather ugly aswel apart from Vin Choi [bad guy] who looks really cool ^^ & nice XD!

I agree with most people in that the main female sounds abit funny and does affect the outcome of the series, but I guess she needs to be given a chance, but maybe they should have let her be someone with a smaller part like being a different sister so she didn't have such a big impact?!

i really like yoyo chen in this series. i think she's really cute and pretty
